The only issue I had was with dead mice in the unit and urine and feces in a few of my boxes containing linens. But due to the overall good custom service I received I didn’t make a fuss about it. Just made management aware. Destiny and Holly were awesome!

I also was not happy that no one informed me that you no longer took Discovery, which is what my autopay was on and then I was late and had a late fee.

An charged me full price for my first month even though it was the first day after i got there.i rented another truck while there charged 70$ my receipt said 63$. I should have the unit and access to it! My bank says it was taken out so why did I have to move or pay again

I found another storage place within 4 miles of uhaul that charges $100 less for an 8x10. My unit was a 10x10. Also everything I had in my unit that was wooden ended up having mold on it. It wasn't on these pieces before they were put in there.
