I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS STORAGE AGAIN!! A LADY BY THE NAME OF TINA WAS SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE!!! SHE WILL LIE ABOUT THE THINGS THAT SHE TELLS YOU ABOUT THE COMPANY AND WHEN YOU BRING IT TO HER ATTENTION SHE WILL LIE AND SAY SHE DIDN'T SAY IT!!! I USED THIS STORAGE FOR 5 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON EITHER ONE OF MY STORAGES BUT WHEN I FINNALLY DECIDED TO LEAVE THAT'S WHEN I WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
