Tank warning signal turned on as soon as I got to end of street. I should have received a credit as gas was less than it was supposed to be on pick up and I still filled to 1/4 tank as requested.

vitra rDon't lie to your customers and before you call them make sure you know what your talking about Customer Service on the phone after hours was fantastic Train your new employees better so they know what they're doing! There was only one employee there that actually helped us and she's fantastic! She definitely needs a raise. Overall we probably won't be using U-Haul again because of the lack of training and communication. If you want to be better TRAIN your employees, your entire business is based off of customer care you need to be able to at less fake it!

PRAVEEN BUHaul webpage shows $19.95, While I reserving showed $42 something and included 243,85km of free Then on the next screen it showed $84 for 93km of free Last screen it quote me $104 When I was in the shop the quote was $118 After I returned the truck it was $84 The clerks and manager were rude, and kept telling me that I made mistakes online.... There is nothing else to say, UHaul should be ashamed to have a website this confusing. It should be against the law. I blieve you should have the logs of all transaction, and you can validate these random numbers (km and $ amounts) If not, I have the screenshots.

KONSTANTIN KThe door retraction mechanism jammed with the door open, making the equipment unusable. The location employees refused to provide a credit. I believe this is because they prematurely closed out the contract since another customer was waiting to rent the equipment and it was within an hour of closing time.

LUIGI SSome units don't offer elevator. It is unknown how facility come up with that arrangement to offer second floor units without a working elevator. Call and ask or check your unit before wasting your time. Store manager was helpful and provided a refund however logic of charging more for units without elevator just not right in this type of business.

So well kept, so well knowledgeable and trustworthy. Most of all they perform more as a friend then a employee, the staff feels like your family. Leaving actually made me feel I was going to miss them. If I was ever to need a storage site or need to rent equipment… I would be back in a heartbeat. BORISLAVA TOutside of the location being immaculate and always easy to access. I was extremely grateful of the care that was taken when I came to move out of the unit. It had been an extremely long day as I had to travel 6 hours to get there, load by myself and then travel 6 hours back. The person om the desk had Informed me I needed to go back amd get my lock. Realizing how tired and overwhelmed I was she stepped up to say no worries, I will get it. I can't express how much that meant to me. Merci encore.

GHASSAN KCouldn't do the online pickup as uhaul system was down. Employees were rude and uninterested in working. Rental was buried behind other vehicles, had to wait longer. Employee moved other vehicles and was short with me and told me to move my rental. I had to remove the window guard and pull the vehicle out. Went back inside as link to approve vehicle didn't work. Would not give me another link. Employee came back out, did a quick walk around, checked the gas gage, got out and locked the keys in the vehicle. Longer wait while he figured out how to get in it. WE opened the back doors and got the doors unlocked. He then was muttering under breath, folded the window sign, put it behind the seat and said your fine to go. I can't begin to express the lack of any customer service or interest this locations employees have. Rude, unorganized, and just a huge time waster going to this location. Uhauls online everything is brutal to use and lucky if it even works. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone. When you have to go looking to find your rented vehicle, which has been reserved for a week, early pick up system doesn't work, the assistance # goes unanswered, etc....ya BIG WARNING SIGNS, never mind everything else you have to deal with, with the employees. You have become subpar Uhaul.

EDWIN PWe used this self-storage facility in the summer of 2024, and our experience with customer service was above and beyond our expectations. I have used other self-storage facilities in the past, but my experience at this location was exceptional in comparison. The facility was very well maintained and Lorelie Aumann, the general manager, was understanding, friendly and very helpful. Although this place is quite far from where I live, I will definitely return here if I need storage again.

It took forever to get my truck because the ladies there were to busy telling one another that they hated each other and not doing the things they need to do to get me processed. When I checked my mileage and gas, the gas was significantly lower than on the paperwork. I stopped to tell them but the three ladies were to busy smoking to do anything about it. They said just take a picture (which I always do) and it will be fine. When I returned the truck I filled the gas to the same point on my picture. When I got my invoice, I was charged for gas because the staff were to lazy to fix the problem to begin with. Then I had to call to get it fixed. This was a terrible customer experience. This location has always been good to deal with but the last couple of times I have rented, the customer service was poor. I would have given the Overall rating of this location Excellent if it were not for the terrible service I received this time.

KARANKUMAR KI was reserving the uhaul for 24hrs they gave an estimation with 0,69/km during estimation of reservation in online and charged me 0,79/km when i went there to pick the uhaul and i was forces to give $20 extra for that additional charge with my kilometres. I am a Uhaul customer for long time. I changed my mind and next time onwards i am going for Home depot they are giving unlimited kilometres.

Upon attempting to pick up the truck at 5am, I was unable to do so on the app because the UHaul rep who worked the night before did NOT assign a truck to my reservation. Because of this no "pick up" button appeared on the app and I had to wait 2hrs until the office opened. Even then, a truck was not ready with the items I ordered (dolly and blankets) AND the tank was not full as I was travelling a long distance. This error resulted in crucial time lost in my move and caused me to incur additional stress and expenses. Extremely disappointed with the service and I would not recommend!

Jason CThere was much confusion when I checked in about the equipment I had reserved, even though I made the reservation on the app and had clear confirmation. It was resolved fine but it did not inspire confidence. Also this is the only dealer where was told I should drive to the back, find the trailer and attach it myself; usually hook up is done by a staff member. Probably will avoid renting from this location again.

Then I got a call from someone at the dispatch and the rest was a bit of a nightmare coordinating, from random pick up locations, a drop-off location that was inputed nowhere near the storage locker, rude people on the phone, a 45 minute call to try and sort out the drop off with no resolution. Other than the experience at the storage facility, the process with Haul was a bit of a mess and I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't want a run around.
