I had a fantastic experience renting two furniture dollies from U-Haul of Old Bridge. Daniel was extremely helpful-he took the time to understand my needs and recommended an additional piece of equipment that made the job significantly easier. His advice saved me time and effort, which I truly appreciated. The store was clean and well-organized, and I was especially impressed by how spotless the bathrooms were. The equipment was in great condition and worked perfectly. Overall, the staff's professionalism and attention to detail made this a great experience. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

We accidentally went to this location, instead of a different designated location, to pickup our reserved rental truck, since we usually pick up here. Despite this, Dan was great in accomodating us, getting us an on lot truck matching our reservation. He also responded immediately to our text when we noticed an icon on the display which we did not understand.

My usual UHaul rental center didn't have the truck I wanted so I needed to use the Old Bridge location. This is a well run operation with friendly and helpful people, in both the early and later parts of the day. Almost new truck too.

Unfortunately the truck we ordered was not available so pick up was at an alternative location about 10 minutes away instead of 5. We had to pay extra to then return the truck to this alternate location instead of closer to where we were using the truck because they switched our drop off location. We had to pay extra for miles and then had to pay extra to fill the tank when finished. Overall a fine experience the truck did what we needed it to do, but the added inconvenience was not worth a more positive review.

They need more than one person working there. Everything took a while becuase the one older gentleman had to go back and worth doing everything. The process itself was pretty easy.

Overall very good experience. Jacob was great with pickup and answered couple questions i called in about after I left the lot. Drop off was quick in and out. Person who took drop off advised he would check into the cooler if minor issues i noted with the truck.' All good. Thanks.

I have used this location twice in the past year roughly 6 months apart from each other they are supposed to open up at 7:00 the first time in the spring someone did not get there until almost 7:30 this time someone did not get there until 7:47 when you have a reservation and they are so irresponsible not to set their alarm clock in the morning and you can definitely tell with no apologies no excuses no good mornings just very unprofessional

The app sucks big ass fucking balls. It's never running properly and you cannot return the equipment the way you're supposed to always times out never loads making it frustrating

Very nice people BUT the cutout on my 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport was jagged and not done very nicely it looked like it was cut out with a butter knife. You should teach the installers how to create a trim or border around the cutout area to finish the installation nicely! Again VERY nice people in the location just poor craftsmanship!

The truck was in poor condition. The key switch was damaged/worn requiring multiple start attempts and moving of the steering wheel in order to get the truck to run. There were also very bad front-end issues, and the truck would violently shake when the brakes were applied. As a mechanic I can tell you this is not usual wear, there are damaged components that need to be addressed. Especially concerning at when braking at highway speeds. The truck had a low tire pressure warning on left rear when picked up. I felt the tires especially the left rear was overdue for replacement. The driver's visor was hanging as well. I thought the personnel were great and took me in with no prior reservation but I had the feeling the entire rental that the truck was going to break down or leave me stranded with that faulty key switch or other issues listed. Not a great feeling .

Truck was clean but the truck was old and did not drive well. The front end seemed loose, the driver side door did not close properly and the the trick steered to one side.

Found the staff to be rude and not helpful. The check engine light came on in the truck I rented and I could not lock or unlock the drivers side door with the key… also had a hard time just closing the door. When I returned the truck the employee couldn't care less.. his only concern was if the truck was full of gas and cleaned. I will avoid U-Haul to the best of my ability in the future.

I lost everything in a fire I mean everything and I was compensated nothing. I lost things that were monumental to my family my kids. All overnight ! And because I didn't have rental insurance (which should be included in all units and what I thought I was paying for) I was not reimbursed for none of the items I lost.

As stated Above Old Bridge NJ Facility people working there we're NOT Friendly at all. I was treated Like I was bothering them. Acces to storage unit difficult Due to U-haul trucks parked getting in &out of units,I was Extremley disappointed in the way theu Handled themselves I had just Driven a 1 000 miles and to be greeted in the manor I was Recommend that Facility. In Florida I was Actually considering starting a u-haul Rental place. I've been looking to invest in something N Make $ but if that's the reputation U-haul will be showing I'm not sure my hard work would give me any profit Highly disappointed. But the Florida U-haul was not asgrandish looking but much more personable. Sometimes that makes it or breaks it.

I was annoyed I rented a 20 foot truck and needed a larg storage unit and was advised that I would have a storage unit large enough for my belongings based on the truck size only to get to my destination and discover they only had 10 X 10' available which caused me to have to rent to seperate units. The staff however were extremely helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated them.at the old bridge route 9 south U-haul staff. Big cuddoz to them.

They rent me a storage unit and then when we go back to put our stuff on it it was locked up and then we have to drive back miles away from there to Syracuse new York to find a storage unit for more money and then after we pay in full a 10×15 they took our money and put it on the truck. Not very helpful at all.

FYI. I noticed there were rodent droppings on boxes & in one of the boxes that had sheets/towels; it appeared it had made a nest. But, I did notice a rodent bait trap after we cleaned out the unit.
