Need more maintenance,you've to really bang on the door before it close or else it stay open.I really have hard time closing the doors

The rental process was easy. The vehicle was clean, just wreaked of weed, I know you can't help that. You have plenty of moving, packing and storage supplies available. The worst part is the location. It's a beast to try and get out on the highway at rush hour.

I was given one price for mileage then charged another I was told a dollar fifty a mile how much charge a dollar 99 a mile I will never use U-Haul again and I will tell everybody else I know not to use U-Haul

This is my fifth rental however this time the traler popped off within a mile of leaving the facility. I was travelling down grade and fortunately the tongue fell down and slid under the truck. One safety chain popped off and the remaining one kept the traler from smashing into the back of my car. Making things worse was being confronted by a 4 foot apartment troll telling me that I could not park the traler in the middle of the road. Despite explaining to this moron they trailer popped off she persisted and eventually got out of her car threatening to punch me in the face. I r

I originally booked a different location closer to where I live, but the mobile check in process on your website kept telling me that my GPS wasn't in the right place, even though I was literally standing right outside the door. Please fix your website so that doesn't happen again. My reservation was transferred to this location because of that.

Everything was great, the people were fantastic but I was unable to use the 6X12 trailer I rented because i did not realize that the rear ramp was only 57" wide and I needed a full 60" to load the machine I had to move..so unfortunately, I pulled the trailer home and then pulled it back the very next morning.

I was Charged an EXTRA 70 DOLLARS ON TOP OF THE 80 that was estimated because of mileage and I know I didn't go that much over but oh well ILL NEVER use uhaul AGAIN so in the end it cost OVER 200.OO DOLLARS for 4 hours

I received the truck at less than 1/4 of a tank. It was returned at about the same yet was charged because it.

I had requested for a one way 20 foot truck for the move on 02/19/22. This booking was done 2 weeks ago and confirmed. I was supposed to pick up from Perth Amboy, take it to Woodbridge and drop it off near south Brunswick. As everything was confirmed I also call for the movers, friends and lined up utility cancellation etc. On the day off pick up, I was told that I would have to return it back to the same location. They also said that someone tried to call me on 17th and left a VM (I couldn't find the VM). I had no option but to pick up whatever was available as I had already planned the move and it wasn't a choice anymore for me. Upon reaching the destination I tried calling them again to check if they can give me an alternate or a closer option. Not only it was inconvenient for me to return the truck but it was a day with a storm and amber alert were sent out to postpone all unnecessary travel. I tried reaching them again to request if I could return it at a different place. But they only gave me two options either to return it at the same location or pay four times though money.

Drop off location is very cumbersome. There were two trucks and three trailers all getting dropped off at the same time and there was no room, nor did the employees have a grasp on how to work through these issues

All of the items I requested to be in the truck were NOT there. Dollys and furniture pads and they still tried to charge me!! They blamed me for not checking but with mobile pickup, you get the keys and GO!! What's the point of doing that if you're still going to have to come inside. I will never use this location again.

I've had a couple vehicles, one with no wiper or wash on the driver's side, one with frozen back door and there is not enough staff. They need to hire an additional staff member.

Please fire the woman in this office! She was rude/disrespectful and overall a horrible individual to deal with! She went as far as to call me an A**hole in front of other customers! This women need special training on how to treat individuals that come into her store! This old Bridge NJ location needs better individuals to assist the customers now some woman who has a chop on her shoulder that treat the customers like trash! Absolutely unprofessional

I was annoyed I rented a 20 foot truck and needed a larg storage unit and was advised that I would have a storage unit large enough for my belongings based on the truck size only to get to my destination and discover they only had 10 X 10' available which caused me to have to rent to seperate units. The staff however were extremely helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated them.at the old bridge route 9 south U-haul staff. Big cuddoz to them.

They rent me a storage unit and then when we go back to put our stuff on it it was locked up and then we have to drive back miles away from there to Syracuse new York to find a storage unit for more money and then after we pay in full a 10×15 they took our money and put it on the truck. Not very helpful at all.

With all the money required to rent a space and also used the truck service, I wish the only prerequisite to get at least a month free was not “renting a one-way truck” when they don’t even have that.

FYI. I noticed there were rodent droppings on boxes & in one of the boxes that had sheets/towels; it appeared it had made a nest. But, I did notice a rodent bait trap after we cleaned out the unit.
