Gas said 1/4, but it was empty! Ran out of gas going to gas station!! Costed me an hour of labor for movers

You need more employees at the front desk. There was a line and only 1 person working at first. Even with 2 it took long and online check in does nothing to speed it up. I was there for at least an hour. Also the trailer had no brake fluid in it and there was none on site so they had to run to the store to get some and only realized it was empty because I said something. Also no parking at this location.

I like the hours of service. The quick check in was a little tricky. I would like to COMMEND WILLIAM ON HIS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was courteous, professional and made spending my money renting a truck pleasant. The employees at the counter would do well in taking a ‘page' from his ‘book'.

Overcharged me. I used Uhaul for the past three-five years and the first time that I'm told to use this location and not Ben's, I have a bad experience. Teach ethics and customer service. I will not rent again.

The trucks gas was siphoned and was on empty. It was supposed to be at 1/4 of a tank. The worker who rented me the truck said that there was nothing he could do and told me I had to drive it on empty to get gas. I was told that I still had to return it with a 1/4 of a tank even though I received it on empty. When we returned the truck I was told I would get 20 % off the rental cost because I received the truck on empty. I never received the 20 % off and they were supposed to email me my receipt and I never received it. I will never be rent from this uhaul again.

It would have been very helpful if the renting location would have explained how to drive the vehicle. There was a couple of button on the dash that I didn't what they were for. Had to do with pulling a trailer. I attempted to call U-Haul direct but it was a 30 minute hold time. So I just hung up.

Nehemiah gave great service, the best! We are seniors and do not understand computer stuff and he was very helpful. Difficulty turning in truck due to inability to work system. Not everybody has these skills so an alternate way would be great. Should not have to pay $20 fee.

UHaul was given to me with an Empty gas tank. Ran out of gas between this location and the half mile to the gas station.

Exterior was filthy, but that didn't bother me. After getting on the highway the next day, I learned that my left turn signal and brake light did not work. So I drove to Arizona with that because I didn't have a choice.

Only thing I did not like was I did the pre check in and put all my billing information in and the drivers information. I was told my payment was made but when they went to pick it up they were told my card could not be used since I was not there and they had to scramble to find cash in order to pay for it. If you do a precheck in then the card listed should be the card used

I was suppose to have a credit on my account and not be charged the last two days I had the u Haul due to service needed and I was not charged properly I waited on hold several times to speak to a customer service rep for 1 hour at one point call back is not an option

From the moment I walked on to the lot, I felt like the staff was there to help me. The gentleman that setup the rental was very friendly and efficient. I came back for additional items and he and the lot staff were very efficient and courteous. When I returned the vehicle it was jus as quick as answering a few questions, a quick smile and I was on my way. I will go out of my way to rent at this location again.

I interacted with two different employees during the course of renting a U-Haul from this location. They were both incredibly courteous and also funny. Moving can be stressful but they made the truck rental portion of the move very easy and smooth.

Picked up trailer and found screw through right front tire. Location was unable to change tire and advised me to run it until it blew and use the road service that came with the rental. That advise is unsafe putting the trailer and me at risk of an accident.

I'd like to give a shout out to the black gentleman with big hair behind the desk who got me all set up with my van and also, later, assisted me in storage. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. Most notably heâ€"unpromptedâ€"used my accurate pronouns of they/them. That is a decency I rarely experience and it meant a great deal to me. All employees I interacted with today were above average, but I am highlighting this individual because of the excellence. Merci.

Truck was in immaculate condition and drove VERY well, given that it had 155 000 mile on it!!! Great job of maintaining that vehicle, folks!!! And your customer service? TOP NOTCH!!!! Next time I have to rent a truck - I'm calling YOU FIRST!!!

The fuel indicator is definitely wrong. The contract stated the fuel was half rank but in fact it's less than 1/8 of the tank. Also, right after I make a turn to exit the u haul location, the fuel indicate jump from 1/8 to nearly empty. So I had no choice but to fuel 30 dollar gas immediately. Other than this , it was an awesome experience.

Awesome staff!!! Shout out to the general manager Abel and Thanks to Amos for checking me back in even returned a viable peace of software I unknowingly left in the truck. And thanks to the gentleman that was working the day I picked up my truck. He had it ready to roll for me with out any issues. Keep up the awesome customer service and Blessing to you all.

Gas gage was wrong recorded it went to put gas and fuel was coming out from under the truck. Took the truck back and the guy at the desk said to call roadside when we brought the truck back. Both clerks were unfamiliar with the stores system as they came from a different store in Fontana. Waited and waited as the lady that was helping me was going back and forth trying to help the other worker. Multiple people were in line having problems with their trucks which made the wait even longer.

Staff were awesome specially Eris and Dinis! The call center completely screwed me and reserved a unit that was already taken. Had to drive to a completely different city twice to get a storage unit. This caused me to use up alot of the gas I just put in to return the vehicle. Good thing the general managers are awesome cause this review couldve gone south if it wasnt for them.

This was my 2nd time renting a storage unit from U-Haul. I have experience nothing but positive. The staff is friendly, the location is always clean, and most importantly my belongings were safe. My only complaint is that there is no elevator, and I had to load, unload, carry my things up the stairs, load and unload again. I knew what I was getting my self in to when I rented the unit. I was very happy with my over all experience with your location, and staff members. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Parking lot is poorly lit for accessing my unit after office hours. Lots of homeless lingering in the lot and NEXT to the door to the storage area… I felt unsafe. Staff are super friendly and very helpful though

The weekend team here at this location has always been extremely helpful every visit, and every time I needed helped with something. I will continue to go to this uhaul location because the excellent customer service they provide.

Inside walls of storage units are made of 1/2" drywall which in some places had come loose allowing someone to reach into the unit next door. If you wanted to you could simply push through the wall. Not at all secure!

The manager at this location was very helpful and a very nice person who took time to serve and help customers with respect. Re storages: Cost was high, and indoor units tend to be smaller and difficult to load and unload.

They tried to charge me for an extra month after I moved out five days early. Actual move out was July 10, 2020... The charge was July 15... I don't think it was intentional, they apparently did not check the unit.

There was an issue with our UBox being able to be transported, but they were nice and worked with us to find a different solution so our move was not too delayed.

The facility said that they had an elevator to the upper units,both on website and on the building outside.It doesn't.The manager lied straight to me saying there was 24hr access to the unit.Yes lied.
