I rented a pick up truck. Upon checking the truck, the photos I were sent via text to approve did NOT match what the truck actually looked like-plenty of those x stickers placed on numerous parts of truck that were not in the photos I was sent to approve. I checked to make sure that the tailgate opened, and I'm relieved that I did, because it did NOT open. This took time and delayed me from what I had to use the truck for, as I had to change my reservation to another truck....one that had almost NO gas in it, yet I was told to return the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. So not only did I have to find the nearest gas station to put gas in it....I had to return it with more gas than what it had when I picked it up. I was told I would see a credit on my cc bill....I haven't seen it yet. I had also rented an appliance dolly and because of the delay, I wasn't even able to use it. I always use UHAUL because it's convenient. I'll be using Budget from now on because I get a discount with AAA.Alexandra P.

When I arrived there were about 3 to 4 people by the dumpster throwing things out I guess, cleaning a truck maybe but they seen me arrived and seen me walk in the building and I stood in there for about 10mins waiting for someone to assist me. I thought maybe someone was in the back or something. So I walked back out and went up to one of them and ask if anyone here, turns out they all were workers. I didn't like that very very poor everything would not recommend this location due to this staff.but the truck are great and cleanTyrell M.

We reserved a pickup truck for today and when we got there they didn'tb have one. The guy said we could get the van or 10 in box truck. I asked if it was the same mileage as the pickup and we were told yes. When i got my receipt it showed we were charged 89 cents instead of 59 cents. We r very unhappy. Truck broke down twice. Had to have it jumped to start again. 20 mins on hold with uhaul. Lucky someone offered to jump it before anyone at uhaul answered. Then wouldn't start again once at drop off location.SCOTT R.

Make sure the windshield is clean before the customer takes it. My windshield was so dirty I couldn't believe they let me take it like that. I get charge if I bring it back dirty but they don't deduct from your payment . When returning the vehicle it has to be left with the same amount of gas or you get charged but if you go over you don't get reimbursed as I learned today. That's a double standard .ROCIO A.

This vehicle is not made for short people. I'm 5'2". I could not reach the gas pedal or see over the steering wheel. Fortunately I was only going a few miles, but I would not have been able to use this for anything long distance.DIANE D.
Do not use mobile app to pick up U haul. It's a disaster , time consuming and inefficient. Plan on picking up from the office , so make sure you go during normal business hours.PAUL D.

Do not rob them for 8gals of gas at 5 dollars a gallon like you did to me. I stopped One block away and filled the tank to over 3/4 of a tank which was more than it had when I rented it. I put 13 gallons of gas in and you guys screwed me by charging me for 8 gallons of gas when you could not have fit 8 gallons of gas into that tank. I will never use you again unless you credit me for the $40 that you stole from me. I will tell my friends not to use you. And I have a lot of friends. John dempseyJohn D.

The truck was dirty on the outside and inside. Had to stop on the side of the road and buy winded to clean the windshield. The fuel gauge was not at the 1/4 mark like the paperwork said. It was at 1/16. The heater control switch was missing. Could not use the heat in the cab. They offed bother van but was in worse condition than the current one. I refused it. Customer service was just rude and thought that I was inconveniencing them because it was at the end of the day. Just poor conditions throughout the entire process. Will not rent againMathew L.

Total nightmare experience. DO NOT RENT from this location. Extremely expensive and gave me a very old, dirty beaten up truck both inside the cabin & outside with tires that needed much air. This particular location Put me on hold for 11/2 hours then locked up & left home for the day the day before my rental. Failure to communicate, that they didn't have a trailer even though my order was placed 3 weeks prior to pick up. Didn't return a call even after filing a complaint for the district manager. Neither the manager nor the district manager resolve multiple problems and issues. They did not follow the pandemic protocols in assuring that I received a clean, sanitized interior to travel in. Never again will I give my few grants to u-haul.Roy C.

The facility is spotless, the unit was spotless. I had to use the bathroom, very clean and well stocked. The directions to get in after-hours were not that clear, it took a few extra minutes for me to get into the building. But once inside, you could tell that this facility was well taken care of. The text I received when I booked the unit said there would be a lock waiting for me in the unit. There was no lock, luckily there was a Target nearby and I was able to purchase one. However, when I went to the office the next day to seek a refund for the lock, the person was unable to help me. She was very professional and took down my information. I was told to come back when a manager was available. The lock was less than $14. I would expect that employees can be empowered to make a $14 decision, especially since I had a receipt and the text stating a lock would be in the unit. I have not had a chance to go back to the office, so I am still out my money. I provided my cell number, no call back. That is why I am rating this just average.
