The three employees I interacted with were amazing and so very helpful- extraordinary level of customer service. The van however had oil on the floor and low tire pressure indicator light. Ran fine but had to borrow a friends moving blanket to cover the oil.

When i rented the space they gave me the wrong cubicle #2324 AN UPPER LEVEL THE CORRECT # WAS 1414 SO I LEFT MY STUFF IN THE AISLE UNTIL THE MORNING WHERE I STRAIGHTENED OUT THE CORRECT ROOM # SO I COULD LOAD MY STUFF IN A GROUND LEVEL CUBICLE

This vehicle is not made for short people. I'm 5'2". I could not reach the gas pedal or see over the steering wheel. Fortunately I was only going a few miles, but I would not have been able to use this for anything long distance.

Do not use mobile app to pick up U haul. It's a disaster , time consuming and inefficient. Plan on picking up from the office , so make sure you go during normal business hours.

I'm grateful to the staff who helped me change my drop off location after the gentleman from brothers car wash called me and threatened me for not returning the truck 2 hours early.

Do not rob them for 8gals of gas at 5 dollars a gallon like you did to me. I stopped One block away and filled the tank to over 3/4 of a tank which was more than it had when I rented it. I put 13 gallons of gas in and you guys screwed me by charging me for 8 gallons of gas when you could not have fit 8 gallons of gas into that tank. I will never use you again unless you credit me for the 40 $that you stole from me. I will tell my friends not to use you. And I have a lot of friends. John dempsey

The truck was dirty on the outside and inside. Had to stop on the side of the road and buy winded to clean the windshield. The fuel gauge was not at the 1/4 mark like the paperwork said. It was at 1/16. The heater control switch was missing. Could not use the heat in the cab. They offed bother van but was in worse condition than the current one. I refused it. Customer service was just rude and thought that I was inconveniencing them because it was at the end of the day. Just poor conditions throughout the entire process. Will not rent again

Total nightmare experience. DO NOT RENT from this location. Extremely expensive and gave me a very old, dirty beaten up truck both inside the cabin & outside with tires that needed much air. This particular location Put me on hold for 11/2 hours then locked up & left home for the day the day before my rental. Failure to communicate, that they didn't have a trailer even though my order was placed 3 weeks prior to pick up. Didn't return a call even after filing a complaint for the district manager. Neither the manager nor the district manager resolve multiple problems and issues. They did not follow the pandemic protocols in assuring that I received a clean, sanitized interior to travel in. Never again will I give my few grants to u-haul.

Doors of the 10 feet truck won't closed Driver side the truck has 130 tousend mile on it They call me to change the truck they gave the wrong one as they said but I believed not safe to drive I returned it in 4 hours she won't give you 24 hours because ethe first or the month!!!!!

I have rented numerous times at this location. It takes a little bit to get the paperwork filled out and sometimes a line forms but that is due to the lack of labor force , they are doing their best. Floors in old building have wide gaps so items fall off cart if you hit them too hard. Besides that it is very clean and well kept.

I ordered a dolly with my reservation and it was not placed in thr truck. This is particular hindered my move. I expressed this once I returned the vehicle at the location and was assured that the charge would be removed. I checked my digital receipt and the charge for the dolly was still there.

Maybe add more staff on the weekend. Those poor kids were so busy and some of the customers were complaining. Other than that nothing, the staff is amazing. I wish I got the names of the two employees that remembered me when I returned the equipment. That in itself is amazing considering the consumer traffic you have :)

I was trying to move my things from the U-Haul in Connecticut to the U-Haul in North Carolina and I ended up needing one extra day to exit the U-Haul in Connecticut and they had no way to work with me on that I tried to get a prorated rate. they wanted the full month and nothing else when I asked if I could just get until 10pm on my last day to have things out they said no I would be locked out of the unit at 7 PM that was not the case when I moved in there. I was for sure loading things at 10 pm. I could not understand if I would've been late on my payment I would not be locked out, but because I was requesting an extra day that I was willing to pay for they could not work with me. Well I'm back in NC and decided not to use uhaul and will not use them again for trucks either.

I reserved my uhaul van online, paid and was given the key, when I got to the van it was not the one I reserved So they switched the vans and I was told the other reservation would be canceled which it was but I was still charged for it as well as the van they switched it to, so I was double charged.

I want to thank Fred and Uhaul for standing behind me through this difficult situation. When mice decided to move in my storage unit I lost about 3/4 of my things. Everyone else tried to tell me Uhaul probably wouldn't compensate me. But I carried faith with me. Uhaul is one company that still values customer service in a day where it is hard to find. It wasn't easy for me to lose my high school year book or my children's' sentimental belongings but I was respected and felt valued. Thank you again Fred and Uhaul for doing what's right! Godspeed

Make the gas tank full when the customer picks up the uhaul, it's easier for the customer to return a full gas tank than guess how much to put in if it's less than a full tank.

Interior of truck smelled strongly of cigarettes or marijuana. The interior was dirty and sticky. For the cost of 50 $for a rental of less than 1 hour for a total of 9,9 miles I will never and I mean NEVER recommend anyone I know use this location or Uhaul in general. Total rip off and the staff was young and uninterested to say it politely.

The representative who did my rental displayed a high quality of excellent customer service. He spoke when I entered the store and eventhough he was doing something on the display floor he immediately stopped and assisted me with the rental. He even came out later to help me adjust the side mirrors as they were manual and I did not realize that.

The young lady ( black woman)that works in your facility has a bad attitude, does not know how to treat customers, my 2 encounters with this person was the worst, get better help, was not in uniform, everyone else was, had on a sweatsuit not cute

The facility is spotless, the unit was spotless. I had to use the bathroom, very clean and well stocked. The directions to get in after-hours were not that clear, it took a few extra minutes for me to get into the building. But once inside, you could tell that this facility was well taken care of. The text I received when I booked the unit said there would be a lock waiting for me in the unit. There was no lock, luckily there was a Target nearby and I was able to purchase one. However, when I went to the office the next day to seek a refund for the lock, the person was unable to help me. She was very professional and took down my information. I was told to come back when a manager was available. The lock was less than 14 $. I would expect that employees can be empowered to make a 14 $decision, especially since I had a receipt and the text stating a lock would be in the unit. I have not had a chance to go back to the office, so I am still out my money. I provided my cell number, no call back. That is why I am rating this just average. Frank Ficaro 203-556-4792
