The wait to pick up a reserved vehicle was over 40 minutes. You need a better way to get customers out the door that have reserved and already checked in online. Had to give my information to the clerk even though I had already checked in online. There has to be a better way.Paul M.

I believed I had an issue with the price discussed with the lady who called me the day before the rental (there was no truck available at my preferred location), vs. the price charged. This is the last time I ever use U-Haul, noone ever knows what's going on, the 24 hour pickup has NEVER worked at all, I always have to get help from the counter and they can never find my order, uhaul is dogshit and I'm 100 % using one of your competitors next time. I did everything online and all was fine except that I could not complete the online booking. That is, I wasn't able to complete the last step. I had to wait in line with everyone else. It's not clear to me what would have changed had I been able to complete the process. Would I have been able to bypass the client lineup and pick up the vehicle more quickly? This should be clearer. I checked in via the app, was directed to pick up the key in the lock box- lock box was open and empty I asked the associate for help, and she was said that I needed to get in the line (which was long) to get the key. Only 1 employee working at the counter, took over 1 1/2 hours to get the rental. Trailer had garbage and cigarette butts in it. Employee hooking up the trailer did not know how to hook up the chains. I have rented from uhaul over 15 times, and this was the worst. Hello please hire more employees and train them before throwing them out on the lot on their own!!!Nathan A.
It should not take 50 minutes to rent a truck. 1 rental agent on a saturday? It would also be nice if the truck was checked out with the customer not left in a mud pile for the customer to find and check over and find dents and someone to report them to. Arrived early to pickup the truck and trailer neither equipment was in front Ã ready. Was first told te hey did not have the trailer. After insisting the clerk check I was told well maybe we do go in back and find the attendant to look in the yard. Yes me the client was to go search for an employee to find the trailer. They find the trailer with gravel in it. Attendant did not even clean it out. In addition hooked it up to truck and signal lights was burnt. All this took 45 min. Truck was dirty, muddy and windows and mirrors were filthy. Response on well the guy did not have time. Plus truck was 3/4 full. Upon the return I waited over 25 min. In line to be penalized and charged double the rate. Tried to explain I've been waiting in line why should I pay double the rate. The guy said not his problem if they are short staffed. I was livide. Only complaint I have is that my whole reservation I made online with somebody at the 1877 number it the whole reservation was wrong from my spelling of name to rearranging my cell number. I was also supposed to get a 10 ft truck and they messed that up to told me I was paying 29 for the truck plus insurance gas and kms. I put gas myself and u guys charged me 185 plus taxes instead. I reserved a specific size and left my credit card on file to guarantee the space I needed. When I got there, they told me they didn't have my size. I ended up having to get two spaces that cost me $150 plus taxes more than what I had reserved. When I went to the manager and told him what had happened. He told me I should have come in and reserved right away. I told him that the person that I spoke to on the phone never told me that. He told me that it was too bad and there was nothing he could do. When I finally had to take the two smaller units, there was mouse feces all over the ground. The facility is poorly maintained. I've been using U-Haul for over 2 years and so far my experience are pleasant. The Manager is very understanding and helpful, (I believe his name was Steven), who helped me previously. Jason, the gentleman that assisted me yesterday July 1st was very accommodating, super patient and helpful. All the staff are approachable and friendly. The customer service is awesome. Although, the wait time on the phone is way too long being on hold. The mobile check In and out is super convenient. The website could be improved. The storage units are clean and well maintained. *The only request I can ask is that for the units that are on 2nd level could really use a mechanical lift to help elevate and lift the furniture/appliance, household items, because just like me with back injuries could help not contribute to more injury and prolonged the back pains when moving the stuff into the storage(s). There was rodent droppings in the unit. I couldn't quickly locate a broom to sweep out the unit, so I had to use my shoe to try and remove as much as possible before storing my items. Additionally, the heat is still on in the loading dock and made it uncomfortable for unloading things unless we kept opening the garage door. These things aside, the experience was great - staff were friendly and attentive. The person who unlocked the locker was done their shift by the time we were done in the office but still showed us to the locker so the other employee could continue to work in the office.Tiffany W. | Premières impressions

The manager and staff at uhaul were always very professional and answered all my questions patiently, they deal with a great deal of customer driven stress but always keep their cool. The security set up with keypad sign in and out is the best in the industry, far better than the competition. - the trucks were not parked in order: when we picked up our truck, it took 4 times before getting a truck that was actually accessible. The first one was stuck between two other trucks, then, the 2nd one, one door was not closing, the 3rd one was also stuck between two trucks... We had to look at a truck available (i.e. in front of truck line) and run back to the staff inside to tell them which one was in the front.
