The truck was dirty. It had some kind of oil all in the back of the truck and up the ramp. Ramp was slipper because of the oil. We had to put cardboard down throughout the truck so my mattress and other belongings wouldn't get the oil all over. I paid to rent 12 moving pads and only received 11. I was never told that I was going to be getting a text to do the truck inspection. By the time I seen the text, the link had expired. Also I called last night to see if I could drop it back off at the location I picked it up. She told me no because someone was waiting for the truck. That was a complete lie because the location I dropped it off at had at least 20-25 trucks the same size that I used. They were for round trips or one way trip. Me personally will never use this location again. Also the other 5 people helping me move will never use this location. *stars.Faith A.

This location was great, but my original reservation was at another location, who had 3 trailers, but would not rent those trailers to me, and said the trailer I had reserved had not been returned yet. They sent me to this location, and once I was finally hooked up and driving away, I received a call from the first location that I was late for my reservation! Really? Please do better! I also never brought up my $50 reservation promise, but I feel that I was owed after being sent on a wild goose chase to get my equipment I reserved.GLENN S.

First of all I was offered the option of taking a truck with no fuel in it!! That should never be an option!! Second truck only had a quarter of a tank in it!! Does anyone there actually do their job?? Why is it the customer's responsibility to fuel up these trucks? The truck while it actually clean was in poor running condition. During the drive it barely made it up hills and it was not near its full capacity load wise. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had using Uhaul.CHRISTOPHER F.

Then we were sent to this location. The team stepped up throughout the entire process. The made customer service takes an entirely new look. Online instructions were incomplete and led me to believe I could access my unit without going to the office during business hours. Email gave me an access code that has never/will never work. Online instructions should mention that you still need to go into the office to complete move in and get an access card in order to access the unit. Customer Service needs to be #1. Even though your company is nationwide (international), areas and various departments had no clue what other departments were doing. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience and will NEVER use Uhaul or recommend Uhaul to anyone I care about. Even though the major issues were on the company side, I was still not refunded appropriately nor for my time/effort/stress having to spend more hours than I care to admit to trying to clean up Uhaul's mess. If I'd had been paid for the number of times I was hung up on, transferred to the wrong departments and states I probably wouldn't have had to pay for the move at all. Absolutely pathetic and disappointing. As a manager, I would have fired several people and would have done the "right thing" by refunding more than $50/day for delivery delays.BETH C.

The store manager Larry Brown and his staff were nothing short of amazing!! My truck needed alignment and a tire replaced prior to my trip and I worked with them to get the vehicle repaired and road worthy. Larry made an adjustment to my bill to cover my inconvenience that was very fair and without any hassle at all. I would highly recommend doing business with that location to all my friends. Trailer tire straps were broken. Right rear tire had an air leak and the fold down fender on the left side of the trailer would not properly latch and would fold out on its on going down the road. Have had good experience before with trailers unfortunately this was not a good experience and really unsafe.Justin M.

I chose a vehicle that was advertised as $19,95/day. When I arrived at location the price was $99 for the rental and the person there was unable to explain why the cost was FIVE TIMES the advertised price. This is classic bait and switch. You got me this time but I will endeavor to not use UHaul ever again. Stop fucking the consumer with unclear advertising. Will not recommend UHaul to my friends and business associates. The trailer smelled really bad like weed. It made all our new furniture smell like weed. When I asked the associate about possibly getting a discount he just said the management didn't care and that the never give refunds or discounts for any reason. Uhaul overall is lacking in customer service. When uhaul arbitrarily makes a change to a reservation, no communication is provided to the customer. Numerous errors from both direct employees and subcontractors of uhaul causes great strife when making reservations for uhaul products. Once all the errors and issues were worked out, the actual cargo trailer worked out great. It's unfortunate it took several reservations to get ONE to come to fruition.STACI C.

I got the run around twice. First on the original day I was suppose to get the truck and then told not available even though was told it would be there. Then switch to the next day in the morning get there and told the truck wasn't going to be there until evening. Told to go out of the way to Puyallup if wanting the truck in the morning. Truck rental too expensive. Especially when you charge for the truck, then by the mile including leaving and coming back to the rental location. I would not recommend using a uhaul to other military family as it is simply too expensive especially when moving trucks are needed often because they are always on the move. The mileage rate is outrageous. Also, the truck needle stated I was going 70mph when really it was pushing 45mph barely 50.PESALELI M.
