We were running behind from having friends not show up to help up move - we contacted the woman on the phone and she said no problem and that the next guest was waiting for our arrival. Upon arrival we got charged for 2 truck rentals because we were late although the conversation we had went otherwise! Quite upsetting. Understandable but stick you one plan. Don't be nice and say everything is fine then double charge us.

They first tried putting me in a truck that had significant damage to the drivers side, undocumented on the website during checkout. I'm not taking that risk at return On top of that, the vehicle had maybe 1/8 th tank of gas. Not only does that not get me where I'm going, their agreement says I have to return the truck with at least 1/4 tank... Wtf??? You guys suck. I insisted on another vehicle, and that went well, but still ..

Ensure rental vehicle is fully maintained. Mine had oil change light on upon pickup as well as low tire pressure light. I had my mechanic fill tires. Light came back on during my trip back down from Big Bear. I had to fill tire again to get home. Turns out there was a nail in tire that was there when I picked up the van. That was all a bad experience and affected mileage of course. I also think tank should be full on pick up and should be returned full. The service client at location DID discount my final bill due to the tire issue. He provided excellent service. :)

The person at the front counter was very very rude! I ordered everything online so I could save time but he was giving me attitude and jus wanted to argue but I did it all online to avoid this. When I first walked it no one was inside the store for about 5 min.

Your "self check in" feature is not a self check in feature. It's just an app that puts more of the responsibility onto the customer to fill out forms and take pictures. Unless I can actually check in without having to wait in a line, your "Truck Share" feature is not yet as advertised. Also, your people charged me for a lost dolly that they never gave me and now I'm on the phone wasting more of my time trying to fix their mistake. Would not recommend again.

It's important to have adequate tools to move ..in the process UHAUL staff made it easier, not only did they have provide a great truck abut they also provided exceptional customer services. Are family are extremely grateful.

Unclean vehicles. Horrible customer service. Never explained to us the refueling rules, and also never refunded us money for less miles driven. Asst manager is rude and not helpful. Told us we did not have to do anything extra before returning vehicles, and then proceeded to charge us a refueling fee. They did not even leave us enough gas to get to our initial location. Horrible service and unclean vehicles.

Truck was old - a thousand dints and scratches which took and age to photograph and graph on your app. The Steering on the highway terrible ( massive amount of slack) and quite frankly dangerous as the truck wanders in the lane. Also the Rear brake light and rear turn signal not working. The location is a nice facility and the team friendly but they clearly need to improve the maintenance checks.

The employees in that location were so lazy. They were talking to each other the whole time while customers were waiting. They were making jokes and not caring about their customers. A pregnant women walked in to drop off an item and the employee said we don't recycle those. The other employee asked him why he said that, then he replies “ I just wanted her to take it back” very sad. I've been to many locations for Uhaul and this was just too crazy for me. Please do something about that location.

I had to use the app to pick up the truck and it was the worst experience. I tried to take pictures of the van because it had scratches that were not marked. I tried to take pictures of the gas because it was lower then what it said but once again couldnt so I ended up paying for gas I didn't even use. I had to spend over an hr dealing with the app. I really didnt appreciate my time and money being wasted like I hope you guys do something to fix that or accommodate for the stress I went through

they could not provide overnight parking for a 24 hour truck rental. they told me to move my car to the street and didn't mention, until asked, that I would certainly be ticketed because the city does not allow street parking over night. they then told me that I could purchase an overnight parking pass but did not offer to pay for it or give me any sort of discount for the inconvenience. I had to rush to complete three tasks to get the truck back in 8 hours but paid had to pay for 24 hours.

We had the cargo van for less than 24 hours and were charged for 2 days rental. When first picking up the vehicle, we were advised that if we returned it after close of business we would be charged an add'l $20 so we made the effort to be there first thing in the morning at 7 am but were still charged an extra $20. The gentleman who helped us with initial rental made no efforts to speak up when we couldn't hear him properly from 6 ft away, behind plexiglass and wearing a mask. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

Our reservation was cancelled because they said I input the wrong number. Could not have happened because I received phone calls to change location for pick up. Than I was promised a fuel credit due to the extra driving for the new truck. They said it would be given back to me when I returned the truck. Didn't happen. The truck also had barely enough fuel to get to a gas station.

The online check-in process took a awhile and I had to restart the page a few times and fill in different information to get the keys. When we got to the page where we pick up the keys, it wasn't clear if we were to wait by the car or go into the building. It took around 15-20 minutes to complete the online check-in process.

Update the trucks - add a rear view camera, they're very inexpensive. Include charger. Get the dolly and blankets out unless rented. The lock on rear cargo door was broken. There was no way to secure our items overnight. That caused a great deal of stress for us. By the time we loaded everything it was too late to call uhaul or to go buy one. That is uhaul responsibility. We weren't permitted to leave the truck at another location. Very inconvenient. This truck itself had Arizona plates!

This center charged me $20 hidden fee for after hour dropped. Also this location did not inform me the $20 after hour charge at the time of renting. I rented so many times from this location in the past, that they did not charge me for after hour drop. If this is a new policy, they should inform the customers at the time of renting. If it is possible, please refund $20 after hour charge, since I did not inform at the time of renting. Thank you.

The odometer reading on the self-checkin was INCORRECT. It indicated my starting mileage was 300 miles less than what the odometer actually read. I tried to get help correcting this issue, but no one was willing to help or even interested in helping. I was unfairly charged for 300 extra miles I didn't put on the vehicle.

There were two issues. The man who checked me in after returning the truck seemed to have a bad attitude when I inadvertently didn't begin parking it other than where it was supposed to be parked, then he added a ticky-tack extra fee for gas (even though I had filled it to the point where I noted it was when I first picked up the truck. When I noted that additional charge on a later text, I called them back and the lady at the desk noted that the tank was virtually filled where it had originally been, and agreed to reverse the gas charge. Instead, I noted the next day that an additional $10 charge had been added. I'll be calling once again to get this, as well as the gasoline charge, reversed. Frustrated with their business practices.

I've rented uhauls before and they were never this difficult. I understand this are distant now, but this was pretty frustrating experience. All though I received the vehicle and completed my move, the experience at this particular location of picking up was disjointed, unorganized and frustrating. The mobile pick up did not work. I did not receive the dolly that I reserved. There were multiple other factors that I'm happy to discuss over the phone to help improve the customer experience.

Historically, I have had an awesome experience with the store. However, my last interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. When dropping off a trailer (and this is my 4th time in 3 weeks) normally they greet me, unhook the trailer for me and tell me to have a nice day. This experience had me arriving to a man who did not even want to get off his stool. He told me I MUST back the trailer into the spot instead of just dropping it. I backed halfway into the spot (where it would be easier to disconnect and just push it into place ) put the car in park and turned off the engine. When I exited the vehicle the rude employee said "Why didn't you do what I TOLD YOU to do"? He then refused to unhook the trailer. I was in a time crunch as by this time he had wasted over 15 minutes of my time I unhooked the trailer myself while he stood there mumbling that he didn't understand why "you didn't listen TO ME". I dropped the trailer and proceeded inside to close out the bill where I was handled very professionally and had a smooth interaction. I understand we all get tired, and I understand that everyone is feeling the stress of Coronavirus and the BLM movement (which I FULLY support) - however, that doesn't excuse an employee from doing their job, does not excuse them being rude to a customer, and definitely is not appropriate for me to be treated rudely by a person of color just because I am not.

The Van had a low air pressure warning, had a "needs oil change warning. I could tell no one was even trying to clean the van during this time of Covid. Your employees are nice people, but you should not rent vehicles if you are not maintaining them and keeping them wiped down between customers. Shame on you for that.
