The representative at reception was not so caring. The first car was clean but the check engine light was on and the back door did not shut close easily so we asked for another van. The other van we got was extremely dirty outside that we could hardly see through the window and had to use the wiper washer to clean it up a bit. Inside the van was poorly clean and smelled like dirt and manure everywhere and since we were in rush we just took it. But we could not stand the smell inside! Very very poorly maintained van in terms of cleanliness. Returning it was easy and fast so thank you.JOHN D.
Great experience. Have not rented in a long time. So much easier. Walk in reservation was pleasant and efficient. Check in took less than 10 minutes on a Saturday. Was offered help in the lot finding the Van. Good equipment. Better gas milage than I expected. Someone met us in the driveway at return told us to leave the key on the seat and the email was mailed. Reserved a van at location 1 ... the van wasn't there, no explanation Went to loaction 2 ... van was there but would not start Went to location 3 (w/out a reservation this time) no vans available Went to location 4 (on S Raymond) ... van was there! Yaaay! Never again.THOMAS P.

I dropped my trailer of early but was charged for extra days and then told I HAD TO PROVE I dropped it off early, becasue the check in agents didn't do their job correctly. I eventually got it refunded, but I was still charged and extra >60 $for the drop off location's mistake!SENECA V.

My only problem with this location is it is hard to get them on the phone and going through some operator in another far off place is rather frustrating as they don't have the info that I need. I have had several hitches installed there and they have the best deal in town. Highly recommend them. Also there is no parking area designated for customers so it is a bit of a challenge to figure out where to park as there is always a million trucks and trailers stored there and virtually no street parking either. Otherwise I find the staff friendly, willing and very helpful which these days is the exception rather than the rule.Jacqueline E.

This location has consistently disappointed. Either equipment unavailable, or trying to overcharge. Yesterday we returned a clean truck, gruff employee said what about drivers compartment? So I vacuumed and wiped down that, still an extra 25 $cleaning bill on my charge card. 1 hr hold on customer service line.IVAN Q.

Vehicle was fine. Staff was not friendly. Location has no parking for short-term rental. Forced to park on the street (if spaces are available with two hour limit, or pay for parking at a pay lot. Rental was for four hours. Logistics on the lot are a mess with blocked access, and vehicles parked wherever making it challenging to maneuver in, around, and out.JOSEPH W.

Although the staff was friendly, they didn't have my reserved unit available which required a downgrade in size and was on the second level with no elevator. This required multiple trips up and down with heavy boxes and heavy furniture to a non-air conditioned second level. This was very frustrating and took 3 hours to load the unit where it should have been up to an 1 hour with the reserved unit that was on the first floor.Isaac A. | Premières impressions

Mobile reservation system turned out to make trouble than it is worth. Too many steps required when I arrived at the location to complete reservation. Employees seemed to resent mobile reservations.James B.
The truck had several bumps and scratches and the light for oil change needed was on. So maybe a better upkeep of the trucks. I didn't mind because I was just picking up something and dropping it off.ADRIANA L.
The locations were great, but dealing with customer service over the phone and being shuffled around to 4 different U-haul locations up to an hour away to fulfill my reservation was extremely stressful and burdensome. I could have picked up the truck from my initial location the morning of my reservation, but didn't end up with a truck until 4pm because of the poor communication between locations and corporate and the reservation/inventory system.DAVID B.

Shanna is an exceptional customer service person. She handled my issue of a late fee without my asking her to. I was apologizing for not reporting that the unit was empty and that I cost them the ability to rent it sooner. I fully had accepted that I owed them the fee. I'm a senior citizen with knee & back issues. She remembered that I had come in earlier with daughter to return the truck & noticed that was having difficulty walking. You should inform renters right off the bat that there will be regular increases on the monthly rental fee. This is one of the reasons we left. You should also consider expanding the parking lot. It's too small for a company that offers a lot of services. I witnessed a confrontation between a customer and one of the staff yesterday precisely about this issue. I asked for receipt to be email and it has not, and your system was "down" and had to wait 30 minutes to pay for 8 months of storage. Would like rent not continue to raised I have been here since 2013, 6 years is the cut off of storage rent increase if not may find another, and there was a White male worker, no name tag, being very annoying and female Black was also annoyed by him she said something about gas he was working on, he also said "your storage went up another 5 bucks". when general manager came out that guy was gone from office.
