Wouldn't recommend any company that feels the need to charge their customers for something they didn't provide. If a customer rents a trailer by the day, they should receive a refund for any days not used. You don't need a contact form from me as you already know who I am by the fact that you sent me this email!

The uhaul driver side door had a big dent in it causing the door to not close all the way, the check engine light was on for an o2 monitor, and there was some sort of fume leaking into the cab of the uhaul. We had to roll the windows down to air the fume smell out. The fumes gave us headaches which is very dangerous especially when someone is pregnant and breathing in the toxic fumes. I will never rent from this uhaul ever again!!! Poor customer service!!!!

I did an after hours pick up and it was very smooth.

When I arrived to pick up truck that I had arranged online, I was told I needed to pick up at different location on other side of town. Then upon getting to that location it was closed and wasn't due to open for another 2 hours. I found the next closest location where a wonderful young man took care of me, but the whole experience was very negative.

Make sure you have enough dolly's available. We had to ride to another uhaul to pick one up and then they didn't have one either we had to pay for an upgraded dolly.

Absolutely terrible experience. The location changed from my original location without a phone call or a text. When we showed up, the man was unapologetic and sent us to the new location. When we showed up to that location they did not have our rental and were very unhelpful. When we finally got to the third and final Uhaul they did not even have the dolly that I had reserved. When I brought the truck home and started packing, I noticed some oil slick on the inside of the truck and almost slipped while carrying a box. It was obvious it was not thoroughly inspected beforehand.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Not sure if it was intentional with this division, but I worked with all women. Not trying to be gender biased, but this was the most seamless experience. Every driver was extremely punctual and communicated extremely well. This is the opposite of renting a truck and dealing with men who tend to have power trips. Great job, 10/10 would recommend.

Until UHAUL allows customers to attach their EZPASS to a rented vehicle so that our tolls do not double due to "admin fees" I will not rent another UHAUL-owned vehicle for a trip going through a toll zone. Over the past year I have rented UHAUL vehicles four times, and on the topic of tolls and the company's inefficiencies they have been unyielding and unsympathetic. I have an EZPASS for a reason, and I should be able to use it in any vehicle I am driving--owned or rented. Congrats on losing my business by way of something you can easily fix but refuse. This is poor policy design and wretched customer service.

The Tire Pressure Sensor on the Passenger Rear was not reporting any tire pressure. The Cargo Van still worked for the use I rented it for. The original rental location - H&M Roadside was very helpful. They found me an alternate location and a cargo van to rent since the pickup truck I was going to rent was still being rented by someone else when it was time for me to pick it up.

Get better employees. Uhaul was fine, i had a good experience at first. However, a year later (this year) someone fraudulently charged my credit card for the initial shipping of my containers, which had already been paid. IF that wasn't bad enough, they also reopened my account without consent and started billing me again and charging late fees and sending out lien notices on goods they don't even have, because again I emptied them last year and closed out accounts in good standing. The FACT that NO ONE will RESPOND OR HANDLE THIS ERROR IS WHY UHAUL WILL NO LONGER GET MY BUSINESS OR MY FAMILIES AND FRIENDS BUSINESS. THEY ARE ALL APPALLED ON HOW THIS IS BEING OR NOT BEING HANDLED.. I have been dealing with this for over two months and no results have happened. I am done with Uhual. The next response from me will involve my lawyer. Submitting this review is the only email I have received from them, which was a mistake on there part. Don't ask me to rate my experience in the middle of a HORRIBLE experience that hasn't been dealt with yet.

Unable to reach anybody that can handle a situation. I had to make 6 trips to the office for a matter that was not resolved, you can check cameras. I moved out of the storage unit 07/16 the office was notified in person, I was still receiving emails about late fees and had a balance even though I paid in full. Eventually the balance was deleted. Records was not kept well or updated. My stuff have mold or/and mildew, I have pictures, but after the headache and time lost, I just wanted to be done with uhaul. The manager bad talk an employee basically saying the person was new and incompetent, which is not a leader move nor professional. The manager lied and my face and when question about he said "well?? I don't know".

I got a code for "gate or building access" but there was neither a building to enter nor a gate (outdoor unit). I open the unit and an alarm starts going off. I tried finding someone to ask about it, and a guy (moving u-boxes with a forklift) that was there said that there was an arm/disarm panel at an adjacent building. I enter the code and get "access denied". I go back and ask the guy about it, and he said that the location was changed to an un-manned location and that I needed to drive to a different location for customer service. I elected to instead call that location versus driving my loaded truck down the road. Several calls, no one ever picked up, waited on hold with uhaul for longer than the estimated wait time, pressed the intercom button on the keypad that said it was monitored at all times, but got no response. I finally decided to just drive down there. The guy I spoke to at the main location confirmed my code was good, but said the system has been screwed up and to just ignore the alarm when it goes off. He also programmed a swipe card for the unit in case that worked; it didn't. The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable and explained that through the cameras they would disregard the erroneous alarms from the broken system. The alarm going off is a minor inconvenience, but my biggest issue was the lack of warning initially, not knowing what to do, and the inability to get in touch with anyone on the phone or the intercom-in retrospect I wish I'd redeemed my month of storage at a different location.

Bad customer service, my key card never worked, i could never pay my bill because no one could get the cash draw open or they didnt have the password to open it. My outside storage unit was always filled with mosquitos. Just one big headache.

I moved out of the storage room and contacted the manager who had. I tinted to charge me for the storage. I have phones numerous times to and The manager has refused to contact me after seven messages and calls made to him.via UHaul customer support (where the store number always connects when I call even during regular hours.). I have requested a refund for the months charged and would appreciate someone at corporate office helping me. 478-302-8510

Worst experience I've ever had. The check in and checkout process was a nightmare. No one at this location so I used the website as instructed. The check in was so complicated and I had to speak to 3 different services members just to get through it. Checkout was even worse.. the website would not allow me to enter my mileage and because of that I could not complete the checkout. I called a service member and was transferred and waited nearly 35 mins just to have no one pick up. Called another time and finally someone said just lock the keys and park the darn truck. I don't recommend making customers use a website to do this. Just hire some people and make them available at all locations to help customers. Nightmare.

Have better customer service. Be could not get ahold of service to pay always had to fight on where to pay bill. Savannah from mobil Rd in Pensacola was excellent she gave her personal number to get things done. Couldn't get nothing done with uhaul corporate.

The WORST experience. Our box showed up 10 hours after our requested time and was barely standing it was so poorly constructed. It was picked up the next day per our agreement and was to be put on a truck and shipped out within a couple days; however, when it was taken back to their facility, it was not checked in properly and sat in their yard for 5 days without any acknowledgement. We spoke with the shipping manager directly and was assured that it would be put on a truck that day and would still get to us by our "guaranteed" delivery date of 10/11. Several days later we called to check on it and it still hadn't been shipped. Finally, it got put on a truck and started to make its way to us from Florida or Oregon with a new "guaranteed" deliver date of 10/16. On 10/16, we received a phone call that it had been delayed and our new "guaranteed" delivery date is 10/18. Thankfully, it arrived in Oregon the morning of 10/18 and we received a call right away that we could pick it up anytime. The excessive delays are only part of the problem we have with UHaul, the worst part is the customer service (or lack thereof). Every single person we talked to, aside from the nice gentleman at the Klamath Falls branch, was rude and unhelpful. Each time there was a delay, we were reassured that for every day it's late we get $50 back, as if this was supposed to make us feel better. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or care from anyone we talked to, only the lack of ability to do their jobs. Due to this unbelievably awful customer service, we will never be using, nor recommending, UHaul again.

The online system used to access order and billing information is somewhat cumbersome and confusing. I struggled to be sure that I had been billed correctly or that my order details were correct. I wanted it simpler: Reserved date. Deliver date. Pickup date. Storage dates. Billing for each item or N/A.

I got stopped by a Mississippi State Trooper because the license plate was damaged. About 2/3 of the plate was just torn off. I think you should refund me the total amount I paid. It was very inconvenient.

This location did everything to fix the screw up at the location I was originally supposed to pick up at. Lara was very knowledgeable and had such a pleasant attitude. She got my reservation straightened out and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.

Impossible to get someone on the phone; when they finally answer they transfer you to the uhaul main number. The driver never arrived on time after repeated efforts to have my u- boxes delivered.

The delivery driver of my cube was able to change my time to accommodate me. She was very friendly and professional! I did not visit the site, so I am unable to answer the first questions.

My UBox arrived on 6-11, but I was not called until 6-29. I was back in town 7-1. On 7-2 it rained. On 7-3 the mover never showed. On 7-4 the new mover was denied access. On 7-5 I got my UBox.
