I extended my rental three more hour was charged another day after I took it back and was told the they was sorry but the person I spoke with gave me incorrect information and that they could not help me. Hung up..

they should inform you if not returned on time that you will be charged for another day. I was busy moving and did return it 3 hours later than I expected. When I received the notice that they were trying to reach me it was right at closing and I called at 7:05 and no answer. I di return the truck that same day, but it was not signed in until 7am the next day, which seemed as though I had it over night. I was NOT TOLD THAT upfront. Tried to dispute the extra day charge and was denied. I was not pleased with that.

Horrible customer service! Loved the initial process of getting the UBox, then when it arrived to my set location I had issues. Service agents spoke down to me, I then had issues with closing out the account. I will never again use any of uhauls services and will never recommend it to anyone.

The Representative Everett that waited on had no customer service skills at all. No smile, no courteousness nothing dry and monotone throughout the entire conversation. Due to this being the only location with the truck size I needed, I would have went to another location.

Everett (manager) leads by example and sets a high standard for customer service. He goes above and beyond and so does his team. I could rent from closer facilities but I prefer this location due to the service.

If a customer is able to rent a truck for 24 hours for the same amount they can rent for 8 hours they should make the reservation for 24hours. You should ALWAYS offer the same thing you would want to receive.

Awesome awesome customer service. This is my second move with this location and I have had a great experience. The general manager went over and beyond accommodation when we had an unfortunate incident with our truck lock. He was courteous, responsive, and diligent in solving our problem. I couldn't have asked for better service on such a hectic day. Thanks for all your help!

I am writing to commend the exceptional customer service extended by Sabrina of the Greensboro, NC site (West Friendly). I called on Monday March 15 asking that the UBox could be delivered on Tuesday March 16. She said "let me see if that can be done". She checked the schedule and stated that the box could be delivered in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to meet her on Tuesday because she was the driver. Sabrina is professional, extremely pleasant and an asset to your organization. All other experiences with this Ubox rental were extremely negative (initial reservation, shipment and premature charging of the 980 $fee). Sabrina was a welcomed bright spot. I rated the location overall average because I only interacted with Sabrina and have no idea how the other parts of the location function.

The fact I only drove the vehicle three times and the man said it was at half a tank and to come back filled but gave me truck and it wasnt even full when it was givin. Charged me an extra 20 dollars and said I used 7 gallons of gas when the hand didnt even move from the spot.

Only issue with vehicle was a constant squeak in the front brakes when applied. I was treated very well by the staff at this location and I think your mobile app is intuitive and the return process was easy. Will definately use this location again when needed.

My experience with this Uhaul location was horrible. Terrible. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was told by the lady at the counter that they closed at 7:30pm. I got back at 7:13pm and there was someone checking in a truck so i pulled the uhaul truck right behind that one. The guy never came to check my truck in. Then i went to the door it was locked i knocked on the door and nobody came. I sat in my car and tried to do the self check in and my window browser was not working so i went back to the door and knock (mind you there was staff on the building... you could see them standing behind the counter waiting) a lady came to the door and said to try the browser again. I told her multiple times it did t work. I showed her on my phone that it didn't work. She didn't offer to help. Didn't offer to bring me in the store to check the truck in. Didn't offer anything. I got charged with a 20 $fee because by this time it was after store hours and when 7:30pm hit everybody came out the store and went to their cars and left! Didn't offer anything!!! Rude staff.

Clarify online that your location on W Friendly in Greensboro NC is a rotation location and the trucks must be returned to the same place. When someone books a truck online, they assume all locations follow the same guidelines. If your location is different in any way, it should be clearly spelled out prior to registration confirmation. I read through everything before booking because I was trying to save money, and ultimately I ended up wasting an additional 83 $because I had to drive an empty truck back to the original pick-up location rather that one closer to my destination and was charged by the mile.

Jazmine was so kind. She took my reservation over the phone, assisted when I didn't know where the hookup for my pilot was, and allowed me to change the cargo trailer to a larger one. She made everything fast and efficient. Excellent service à la clientèle.

Location was incorrectly marked on the map where the truck was parked. Associate could've been more professional and assisting me in locating the truck. The truck was filthy inside and outside. The pictures of the truck appeared as if it had just been washed inside somewhere. But it definitely was not.

Please add the ramp to your trucks, not sure if we got unlucky with an older truck but without ramp it gets harder to move heavy stuff inside.

The store was messy. The person at the desk was very rude and unapproachable. The uhaul was dirty! The check engine light come on the same day i left in the truck. The prices were extremely high. Never ever consider doing business with this store or uhaul again. Not happy. At. All.

You should not call a trailer 6' by 12' with ramp if you don't have a full 6' ramp. I rented it and pulled it almost 100 miles only to figure out it would not haul what I needed to haul because it would not go through the ramp and gate area.

Reserved larger storage unit on first floor but when I showed up only 5x5 was available. I recently had back surgery and cannot carry items up and down stairs. I am highly disappointed and agitated.

Everything was fine until checkout. When I was ready to move out of the storage unit (August 17, 2020), I went to the front office to notify them. They said they just needed to do a walk through. I have receive numerous emails and statements in the mail where late fees were assessed. I have had to call 3 times to try to remind them I had already moved out. Extremely frustrating to get through to someone and then my account still wasn't fixed. Hopefully, after today's call everything was concluded.

The loading dock was in need of some cleaning as there was a lot of water along the dock which also had an awful smell do trying to maneuver the carts through the area without your items getting wet and hoping not to drop anything that would fall into the water was a bit difficult. Not sure where the water came from but it covered the soles of our shoes and it hadn't rained so not sure what was going on with that but the dock smelled like vomit. I wish the doors to get into the units were wider. It was very hard to get my furniture especially sofa and loveseat into the door of the 10' x 10' unit.

The storage unit doesn't work. I have to have my truck turned in at 9 am. I came to put my sofa in the storage unit at 8:20 am, only to find the storage building denying my access, both with my swipe card and my access code. I was told by staff that the storage access doesn't always work, but this is of great inconvenience to me as a paying customer. I now have a large sofa in a truck and have to sit and wait. I don't want to be charged an extra day for the truck and I would like to be able to access the storage unit that I'm paying nearly 100 $a month for at my convenience.

The process of moving into a new storage unit as a student was complicated and stressful. My information was entered in wrong and trying to contact someone about the errors was difficult. When I brought up the errors the rep did not seem to care about it and just shrugged it away.

I have learned to never recommend any place, that is the reason I selected no. But, when I picked up the van, I had attempted to do the online part but that failed, and couldn't get a response online. The guy working the desk was creepy! Made weird comments about how I did things perfectly, the system was just acting up. He took a pic of my ID for some reason, never had that happen before. Couldn't tell if he did it with my credit card also. When I asked him about it he said he didn't do it. The guy had his volume turned up on the phone and I could clearly hear the picture taking sound. I have cancelled my credit card because of this and now concerned about my drivers license information being out that. I feel I need to get the redone. I am expecting u-haul to reimburse me for this expense and provide me with an explanation of why he is taking picture of my id and possibly my credit card.

The Gentlemen that was helping was very nice, but able to help pick out a unit. His coworkers did not help him much. It took an hour to get a 10 x 10 and then they could not print a document that stated what we just did. Nice place but painful get a 10 x 10.
