I wanted to give a shout out to Jonathan. We were in the store while he handled a irate customer. He was the perfect employee, patient and unflappable under very difficult circumstances. While the customer was yelling and arguing at him he remained cool as a cucumber! Way to go Jonathan!

Unfortunately I didn't get this employee's last name, but I know his first name was Jonathon- he was excellent and very respectful and helpful. He also handled a very irate, over the top and out of control customer calmly and with respect (even though she was extremely disrespectful and rude to him and those of us in the store at the time. He should be recognized as a top notch employee, not everyone could have handled this person as well as he did.

Clean the cup holder area inside the cabin. It was sticky and contained crumbs.. did not want to place my keys and other belongings there. Also, after standing around waiting for 5-10 minutes, the Uhaul employee finally came from the back to assist myself and another party waiting in line behind me. He was also wearing headphones that he removed from his ears as he walked up to greet us. Otherwise, the location itself is fairly decent.

I am very pleased with my dealings with U-HAUL. I have rented their trucks for moving and their enclosed trailers for transporting smaller items. Thru U-HAUL I have also hired helpers. for furniture loading and unloading when moving. I can definitely recommend U-HAUl. Their service personnel are helpful and courteous.

This location needs additional employees or at least more than 1 person actually doing something. When I arrived there where 4 employees standing around talking. One associate quickly tried to help me with my return and the other 3 scattered when 2 additional customers walked in. When the associate tried to charge me addition mileage (due to computer error) I explained to her that that was incorrect and my contract says I’m well under mileage. She then left counter to search for the manager and other staff. After a few minutes she returned and corrected the issue, but the other two customers said they were tied of waiting and left. Maybe using the walkie talkies that were still on the charger would be a good idea?

There was one girl in the office checking people in, helping with boxes, running outside to help flow of vehicles leaving those inside waiting with with no direction. Absolutely no reason to not have staff throughout the day for heavy hits. Customer service is key, I live it and work it everyday. She couldn't even greet the amount of people in there. At 1:30 entry, I left having already spoken and have info in system from day before at 2:25. Two others did finally show up. If it was lunch breaks, stagger them.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed that I was charged for almost 200 miles when I barely drove 20 miles. I did not even put gas in the vehicle because the indicator was still on full. When i went back to the store with my family to tell them that this is not correct, the manager could only state that I was wrong and it is my responsibility to verify the fuel gauge and mileage. I have rented from U Haul for years and being a national company i would assume that the mileage is DOT regulated and have never checked and have always just checked the fuel gauge. The manager sward to god three times that in all her years that she had only seen mileage being off 2 to 3 miles and never hundreds like I claimed. I find that impossible since I only went 20 miles. Please look into this my path was: - U-Haul 7203 W Friendly Av Greensboro NC to -6103 Lomond Dr Summerfield NC to -2205 New Garden Rd Greensboro NC to - U-Haul 7203 W Friendly Av Greensboro NC Total = 23.2 miles and NOT 197.0 miles indicated on my bill Please look at your GPS on the truck and verify my claim. I used the app to reserve and pick up a van for 9:00am Sunday. I completed all of the steps and then the app never finished the transaction. My van was also in the middle of the line, so there was absolutely no way that I would have been able to do this unless there was an employee inside. He had to finish my reservation and move vehicles in order for me to even leave the property. That being said, his customer service was amazing and he took the time to get me checked out and on my way. He said that the app works sometimes and for others it gets hung up and never finishes. So, inside service great, app, not so much.

My reservation was cancelled, was given a smaller truck didn't know if they had appliance dolly, was supposed to have it for 3 days but given 12 hrs for rental. No I'm sorry no reduce cost just take it or leave it.

When I returned to drop-off the two trailers I rented, there was no way for my wife and I to return the trailers to the location we were requested to because of all the rental trucks parked all over the driveway, so we had to drop in a grassy area. Would be a great idea to strip the area for drops offs and put up signs to not block the driveway!

Gate City location was horrible And Market Street Convenience Store was horrible as well 2 reservations were wrong Finally got it right at Friendly Center How ironic ... changed my decision not to ever use uhaul again.
