Marquise C.I don't understand how you can charge for mileage and gas it should be one or the other your advertising states a U-Haul for 19,99 and you end up with 1,09 per mile plus want me to replace the gas that is unacceptable. It should be a flat rate for the day no matter the miles then youpsy for gas. The gas was another 36$ pkust after returning I had to pay for another 60 miles that don't make any sense almost 200$ to use a truck for not even 8 hours that is outrageous.

Carlton R.There is a one problem on my final invoice. I put $20 ($4,05 a gallon) gas right next to you guys at speedway and I still got charged $17,25 for gas. How is that possible, I drove the truck for 83 miles. How would the truck need 8 gallons to cover 83 miles? Is the truck average 10 miles per gallon?

Ralph D.I signed up online. When doing so, I opted not to have the insurance coverage. When checking in for the rental I confirmed with the representative that I did not want the insurance. I used the rented vehicle. When I brought the van back the representative reviewed the charges which included the insurance fee. He told me that I should have asked the girl not to include the insurance. When I told him that I did he said there was nothing he could do and “at least it wasn't $100.†I would not recommend this location.

Odometer couldn't be read and Fuel tank was not where they said it was so I did exactly what I was told and uploaded pictures to the link they sent me! Thank god I took the photos or I would have had no proof! Will never ever use u-haul again at least this location!
MARYBETH C.This was the first time I used mobile checkin . It is not very easy to navigate if you've never done it before it took me almost 45 minutes. The 17 foot truck I rented had a short in the dash so the speedometer kept going out in the passenger side window was loose and with swing out of position both things are a safety concern

JENNIFER M.Fix the falsely advertised interior dimensions of your box trucks. The height is not 7'2" with the rear door open and the installed door rails. You cannot properly utilize this space; thus it should not be advertised! I had an awful experience with my rental, wasted a full day, and I am out hundreds of dollars without being able to accomplish the task I needed to get done. Going to be using Rider from now on.

MICHAEL L.Trailer was a mess when I got to the facility. Had to take a trailer full of leaves and dirt. The wait was around 45 minutes to rent a trailer. I understand there is a labor shortage but the employee was slow. Almost deliberately slow. Upon returning the trailer I had a 30 minute wait because the same employee couldn't find keys to a truck he just printed a contract for and rented. Another 10 minutes later he found them in the drop box because they were left overnight. I have rented from this location a few times so I don't know if the place is a mess because Shara is out but I can tell you it took way too long, the trailer was filthy and I would consider other locations in the future.

PETER D.I have had an absolute horrible experience. 24 hours before my reservation, I received a call from someone named Jenn to confirm my reservation time and location. On the day that I went to go pick up my reservation at the time that I was scheduled for, the employee there told me that our reservation wasn't there. I understand things get mixed up and I tried to be patient. But the employee you had there was less than helpful. He kept informing us "this wasn't his fault", which I understand. However, I had to keep reiterating to him that my plans are to move out of the state and be out of the state that night. And irregular if the issue was directly his fault or not, I needed a solution and we had to prompt for help at each level before he finally called a manager. We were informed that for whatever reason, my reservation changed and it was at a location that was 40 minutes away. This delayed my plans to load and leave by at least 2 hours, delaying and affecting my move out inspection with my apartment building. Why in the world would my reservation have been confirmed 24 hours before the move and then changed without any text message, email, or a phone call.

The only recommendation for improvement is that thr storage units need lighting inside as its pretty dark and dangerous. I bumped my head a few times moving things out from the the wood planks above being so low if you have a unit on the lower level. Almost got vertigo, but learned quickly to duct your head when moving things to avoid going to ER.
