Heather and her team do an excellent job in maintaining the facility. I would definitely rent there again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAfter talking to the authority of Kim that works there her boss Tom Sullivan they said that they wouldn't charge me for the few days over the free month that I got cuz I'm renting an $800 truck yet February 15th which I'm canceling they charge me and they put a lock on the storage unit after I told him that he was in the mail because their guy said that I could cut the lock then when Kim trained them in front of me as I stood there an hour and a half over the phone she got flipped with me so I finally got them to take the lock off remove my stuff and I'll go with Penske I would never recommend them she's a bully
PAUL L | Expérience généraleToni Dorr the manager was so friendly and thoughtful. She has been amazing to deal with
David M | Expérience généraleeverything is good except the units have an opening in the top which could enable someone to climb in, so not as secure as I would like
Daniel R | Premières impressionsThe staff was totally helpful and always courteous! The young lady was truly impressive with her knowledge, expertise and always eager to answer and help me every time I went.
Matthias S | Expérience généraleEverything was good. I only had a problem with the beam going right through my room.
shane h | Expérience généraleThe reservation for the truck and trailer was messed up when I arrived, the facility canceled my storage reservation with out notice and forced me to get a smaller unit which not everything would fit and had to keep the truck for a couple days late to find some where to put the rest of my stuff which ended up being the trash very un satisfied but I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful
Shayne H | Premières impressionsRat droppings in my storeage. So disgusting
Gary O | Expérience généraleSarah is an amazing asset to your team. She was so helpful in our rental of multiple trucks and storage units during our move and made a usually very stressful time not as bad. Please pass along our thanks again to her.
Kristy L | Expérience généraleThank you and I will choose you again. Blocker.
Derrick A | Expérience généraleStephen and his staff are phenomenal and provide excellent customer service. The only recommendation for improvement is that thr storage units need lighting inside as its pretty dark and dangerous. I bumped my head a few times moving things out from the the wood planks above being so low if you have a unit on the lower level. Almost got vertigo, but learned quickly to duct your head when moving things to avoid going to ER.
Icandace W | Expérience généraleManager very surly and didn’t listen that I had a few more items that I was returning to pick up. My card was deactivated so I initially couldn’t get back into my unit. The woman at the desk assisted.
JANET N | Expérience généraleDid not send the correct ubox with the customer. Had to go back to the location to pick up the correct ubox.
Jillian G | Expérience généraleVery frustrating! I was overcharged on the first day and tried to resolve it for two months with no response. I called over 20 times. Even contacted owner directly several times. No response!
