26' can't turn b/t buildings leaving us to unload furniture, move it to the opposite end (outside), & back up the starting end through an interior hallway. Was told we could drive up to the unit.

Everyone needs to be on one accord. I confirmed the information I needed 3 times before coming to location and once at location I had to remind them of what I was informed in regards to a promotion.

I’m still in shock over all the items I loss in the flooding!!!! It’s apparent that their was some poor management going on not to catch this problem before I loss almost everything!!!!

Thanks for allowing me to rent your facility but the rats are aweful please check your pest patrol often because those rats messed up my bed and clothing ...I had to trash those!

Do not rent from them the one off red bird they are rude and have very bad attitude. They don't explain anything to you. Bad customer service all way around.

The overall experience was okay however I wish I would have been informed about the rodents that nippled through my clothes and shoes. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back.

Went thru to many unnecessary changes to get storage. Friday and Saturday had issues. Your employee didn't give me a card to get thru gate because he couldn't operate machine that programed it.

This facility was average but the way I was treated when I fell on hard times put it over the top. When I initially rented my unit the hours were very limited but I was told that has changed.
