Customer Service at location was lackluster. Very rude no help....one person even stated...ohhhh I don't know how to do that when she told me I was setup to pick up via mobile phone. Will not be using or referring ANYONE to this location or Uhaul at all...The payment process was so confusing

They gave me a storage that was still occupied SMH. When I got there, there was still a lock there meaning, someone else was still occupying that space and I didn't get to move anything at all.

I was contacted buy U-Haul and was told my storage unit was empty I found police reports insurance claims and everything and had to return home early from out of town to find out that my storage was still full and not bother the next day I was told I had to make a payment now getting my stories this was a horrible experience and I would never choose you guys again or refer you to anyone especially this location

The manager was trying to charge me for a first month free when I already had a one-way truck last month and I had to call customer service to confirm that I did have a one month free. And I feel like she was being racist because I'm Hispanic and she is black and she just wanted to charge me like she told her employer to charge me because I was not going to get that freee called customer service and they got squared away after they read a pamphlet that they had on their desk. Being that she's a manager she knows the rules and she still was upset with me for some reason I don't know why and she wanted to charge me for 130 which is unacceptable because customer service said it was free all I was going to pay was for my second truck then I'm running from you guys I'm not gonna use U-Haul ever again maybe the trucks yes but the storage no and I don't not never wanna walk into that office ever again those girls are mean and the manager racist I wonder how many Hispanics they charge like that but I'm not the one.

Only thing I see could be placed on access memo is how and where to get gate card to exit because once you are in there and Noone is there to let you out so you would definitely need to get that first before going on location

Locking the late on the unit assigned to me is busted, had a very hard time securing the unit and was not able to get in contact with anyone as no one answered there phone or called back after several voicemails

The only thing that was inconvenient was having to get in and out of our vehicles to enter the gate code multiple times. Having some sort of gate remote or making the gate accessible from your vehicle would be great.

Pricing seemed fair .. i wouldn't recommend adding insurance honestly waste of money .. i was already on hard times so I had to put my things in storage so not necessarily anyones fault ..anywho the First couple of months I made the $75 payment w no issue (considering I still have other bills) but the payments weren't easy to keep being made so I kept getting the ridiculous charges of late fee and other fees . Which then Made it hard to pay but I needed my clippers as I am a barber so I hustled and got the 200 plus dollars and got my stuff and left. For what it was worth I kept my stuff safe until I was able to get it all at once. Again if you need a temporary solution yes do this but again opt out of the insurance will save your $15-50 and set a time frame for your own sake.

Overall the facility was good. When I rented by phone I specifically requested a Drive up unit and was assured it was. When I arrive I have to walk things up ans down hall. 2 things bothered me. 1 time I was late over 4 years, yes my fault, me my mother git calls ans letters prior to even talking to me or leaving a message. 2. The fial month I paid 1 day late then 12 TWELVE days later I arrive to get items after a 5 hour drive and my unit has a lock on it. Therefore it took a day to lock me out but 2 weeks to open ? Then I get there during posted business hours call the office and after hours numbers to get unlocked. No luck, I tell them I plan to be back early AM I return and at 9am still locked out of paid unit and told would get it Sometime today. I stated unacceptable and they did finally come.

Nobody at the facility was locked inside gate for hours and called the store a female employee answered and said Hello please hold and I was on hold for thirty minutes and this was at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday. I stayed on hold till I got out the gate and drove down the street to the store and to only walk in and nobody was doing nothing just playing on there cellphones and I walk in with my phone on speaker and they could hear me on hold and even said my name while they were just Laughing at me because they know I was on hold for a long time and they were not trying to work & ghetto … U-Haul this says a lot about your company and the district…

Faculty was poorly managed, no staff on site to help with issues. They were VERY unorganized and poor staffing for the storage. Two different managers and neither were of great customer service. They really need to do better that's why I stopped doing business with Uhaul purely because of staff and poor business.

My storage unit was broken into twice and I was not notified of the break-in. They tried to get me to pay 50 to take their lock off and said that I didn't have a lock on when I did. I will never do business with Uhaul again.

Storage was broken into and uhaul didn't call and say nothing. I found out through the insurance company a few days later. The storage was for my mom who had recently passed and as we begin taking everything out. There was so much taking from the storage that held sentimental value because it belonged to my mom. Uhaul has very poor service

The communication was poor from the first day to the last even still today I moved out two months ago and they are still harassing me for payment I should not owe and will not pay. The waiting time to talk to a rep at the kiest/ westmorland location is too long. Only 1 person to help. Then you try calling and the wait is always at least 30 min long. Need better customer service

I definitely was expecting a larger unit. I explained my. Apartment size to the rep on the phone. I really wish i could have seen it 1st. I think Covid has made some things easy and other things harder. Overall, We made it work. And Uhaul kept their word! So hey No complaints.

Our son had to file a claim due to rat feces and dust ruining his furnishings, clothing, shoes, paintings, and other belongings. The management team was not accommodating when we requested they hire a pest control company. This storage should be shut down, rats should not be running rapid through a customer's belongings.

My belongings were damaged. There was no one on site when I came to move out and all systems were down 18April21 to which I was unable to rent a truck for my move. One top of it all uhaul prices went up after I had already been using the storage site.

I currently have two storage units. Both move-ins have been frustrating and inconvenient. I have had to chase entry codes for access or locks that were suppose to be in the unit at move in according to the online move in order. The indoor storage only had a few lights working in the hallway. Customer service experiences have been terrible.

the entry code given to me to access the area did not work. Hard to get someone on the phone. I went to the office and had to wait in a line was given a card that did not work. Once in the roll up door was broken. Went back to the office to get a new unit. Back at the storage again, card still not working. Could not get out until someone came in. Very frustrating.

The storage space was perfect! I really didn't know how much space was needed so they definitely helped me out. It was easy to move into the storage. It's also secure so I can sleep at night. It's clean and on site person is also nice and here to help when needed. Will definitely be renting from here this point on!

The outside lights on the building next to mine where out. They have been out for months. I've told the office girl twice, she said she informed maintenance, but Maintenance has not made any repairs. No maintenance to this facility is being done.

When got the storage there was a lot of furniture and trash in the hallway. The General store manager asked me was I moving in that day I said no probably buy that Wednesday he said he would have it ready. Wednesday came it was still in the hallway so I called him he came out and move the stuff farther down the hallway and said he would call the moving crew to move it. I waited a whole hour before the general manager got there. When he got there he said he would send me an email for $50 off my next month's rent, which I never got. The move has finally came to move the stuff out of the hallway and it was hard for me to move my stuff in while they was moving the stuff in the hallway out. This all was a mess. I've used this place in the past for storage and Truck Rental, but never again. Plus I did not have access to enter the storage I had to call the manager numerous of time to get a code to get in. Finally I went to the store on Kiest and Westmoreland and got them to reactivate my card. In the store was the general manager again ask him about the email of the $50 off next month rent he was supposed to send. He said he would do it right then again I still never got it. I just moved out the storage and was only there one month. I moved to another storage I got tired of dealing with the confusion. All the other employees was very nice and helpful except the general manager full of lies. I do not recommend this site on Kiest and Westmoreland to no-one!

I rented this storage for over a yr and when I went to retrieve my property my storage unit was full of dead mice and dropping just nasty and smelly. This problem needs to be fixed

Everyone needs to be on one accord. I confirmed the information I needed 3 times before coming to location and once at location I had to remind them of what I was informed in regards to a promotion.

We were at least expecting to return the trailer to a person but the person came out and would not return. Maybe because we were black? We got to return the trailer, but the persons car was in the way. No customer service skills at all!!!

Thanks for allowing me to rent your facility but the rats are aweful please check your pest patrol often because those rats messed up my bed and clothing ...I had to trash those!

The self check out is not a good idea. Everything is confusing. If the person name you put down doesn't answer, it takes longer. I will never use this service again, I would rather go to a location with a live person.

Went thru to many unnecessary changes to get storage. Friday and Saturday had issues. Your employee didn't give me a card to get thru gate because he couldn't operate machine that programed it.

This facility was average but the way I was treated when I fell on hard times put it over the top. When I initially rented my unit the hours were very limited but I was told that has changed.
