The guy that checked me in and help put on my trailer was amazing!! He was super sweet and definitely knew his shit. When I returned the trailer, the young woman and gentleman that help take the trailer off were also so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this location.

!!BEWARE THEY SAY THEY ARENT LIABLE FOR FAULTY EQUIPMENT!! Ill start by stating that the ladies that I worked with at this location were wonderful, but that was the only positive in this whole review... Besides that, U-Haul made this the worst moving experience in my life. I rented a 26 footer at 7am on 9/7. I drove it 5 minutes to my old house to load up and move out. I had helpers for the morning hours and was on track to be done by 12. After our first load (which held 90% of our belongings) I started driving it to our now house, the truck stop accelerating and I realized the axle was completely broken. After 30 minutes on the phone with customer service they notified me that it would be an hour and a half before the tow truck would arrive. At this point I had lost my movers due to time constraint and was forced to unload everything with my father and brother so this caused for a MUCH longer unload time. After we were done I called customer service again and they had notified me I would have to drive 30 minutes to retrieve my replacement vehicle and upon requesting one from a closer location she also informed me the replacement vehicle was not free and that I would have to pay for it on top of not getting my money back for giving me a broken vehicle and causing me to lose almost 8 hours of my day by the time it was all said and done. After a heated exchange and requesting to speak to her supervisor numerous time (she claimed to have no supervisor) I asked for her name and she denied me by simply stating "Not gonna give you that" and proceeded to hang up on me. I ended up having to pay for another truck to get the rest of our belongings. Moral of the story is: Pay the extra money and just hire a professional moving company.

The only reason I am giving this an excellent review is because of the little red head lady. I can not remember her name. She was very helpful. The other girl who sold me the wrong lock for my unit and lied to me about some important details makes me wanna give this a poor rating. But the little red head lady made it a bit better and definitely helped me out. Thank you.

called 1800 number n made reservation for 9am to 5pm. got a text on the morning of use saying it was available at 11am till 5pm. did get it adjusted to 7pm so we still had the 8 hr window. most trucks are in good shape but this one was not. took a walk around video of truck n noted several issues. good thing we did because the front dr side turn signal fell off on the highway. was not our best experience but still got the job done.

Faster service. I waited behind 2 other customers for 15 minutes. Employees did not show up until 10 minutes after I arrived in the store.

The truck I drove seems like it needs maintenance. I was able to complete the move fine but the gears did not shift easily from park to drive etc. also there was trash (pop can) etc from precious drivers under and between the middle and passenger seats. Overall U-Haul has really helped me with my move. This was my first moving experience using U-Haul. The staff at the Riverside location are very nice, professional and helpful. They are up front and explain everything to you without being shady. This makes for a great experience. I would recommend this U-Haul location to someone else.

No complaints about the local service. However, the national service was extremely poor. The on line system wouldn’t allow me to return the truck after hours. My account was only recognizing the 2 storage units I have with Uhaul. It didn’t show the truck rental with return my truck option. When I called the next morning to make sure all was ok the system automatically connected me to national call center. I would have liked to confirm return with local office. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then after explaining my issue, I was transferred and on hold for another 20 minutes. Horrible service in that regard.
