june p | Overall ExperienceThe staff could not get the storage unit access card or PIN to work after an hour because the system apparently had a power outage that disrupted the process. After an hour I had to leave and come back the next day. The staff did what they could do but the U-Haul system appears to not be very robust.

Paula R | Overall ExperienceRidiculous, as soon as you are moved in, rates start going up. I was paying nearly double what my move in rate was. I actually got a 10x20 closer to my home for less than I was paying for a 10x10 at your facility. Anyways glad I found a cheaper option. As I could nearly rent an apartment for what you were charging in total for what was a 10x20 storage area. Nearly $500/month. Insanity.
