Person who I saw at the service counter was very grumpy, she did not look like she wanted to work there. She was on her phone doing some thing non work related while I was waiting to be helped.

Double and triple check the tires on the trailers. I made it from Troy, Michigan to Troy, Ohio. I stopped to check the straps on the items I was hauling, and noticed the trailer was bouncing. Found a baseball sized knot on the tire. Called roadside, took over 45 minutes for the repair guy to show up (not complaining about him. He was awesome) took him a while to get everything done and he aired up the tire. Put me behind by two hours on a 15 1/2 hour drive plus a stop for the night. Next day, I leave Florence, Kentucky and get right outside of Nashville, Tennessee to fill up my gast tank and noticed the tire looked flat. Checked it and it had 10psi in it. Because I was uneasy about staying there because the people kept giving me the creeps, I aired it up to match the passenger side tire and kept going. It lost a little more than 5 psi by the time I made it back to Arkansas.

I asked the person at the counter to come out to check out the return, he said I would get an email. I stopped at the gas station across the street before I returned it and was still charged $20 for fuel. I received no receipt as the rep stated I would. Getting assistance now to get my money back, Uhaul is being helpful, I'm frustrated that I even have to deal with this since I took the time to replace the fuel and tried getting someone to come out and review the vehicle after I returned it. There was nobody else in the store, it's not like he was busy.

This location does a lot of business and very organized to handle it. Attendant was waiting for me to hook up the reserved trailer to my vehicle ontime according to my reservation. They were focused on safety as they noticed my hitch ball size was incorrect.

My sales clerk has very poor customer service. He asked me to follow to a junky warehouse with trash and boxes everywhere to get a dolly I rented. Then instead of pulling my vehicle around I was directed to walk 1/4 to my rental with the dolly.

The lady at the service station was incredible, she served us super fast and was very friendly and funny. She worked from 7am until 6pm when we dropped of the uhaul, still in great spirits all by herself! She needs a raise or a form of appreciation, she run the whole shop by herself unfortunately I don't know her name. Bethany was fantastic to work with and got me into the final unit of a particular size I needed and she did it fast! And she was extremely knowledgeable on recommending what size would be best for me! The unit was clean and I would definitely rent another unit if and when I need to!

When first booking my storage unit, I went through the online request process where I got to choose a unit on the ground floor from those showing they were available. When I showed up in person to sign the papers, I was told the unit I chose did not exist and that there were no longer any main floor units available. I would not have signed had I known it would be on the second floor, and it was very inconvenient to access my things without needing someone to come along with me to assist.

I had been trying to get a second unit for several months. They wouldn't call me form was open I had to repeatedly call and ask if one was open. By the time I got one the price had gone up and I don't think that's fair. I'm very displeased

I've had to make 5 reservations within the last couple months as I transitioned up here. Uhaul has messed up 4 of those reservations and cost me money I didn't need to spend. Do better.

Within 2 weeks in late November and early December, had to replace my debit card 2. I spoke to someone online was told my December payment was over due need to pay around 250. Curicumstance I could not drive there I spoke to Bithany Manager at U Hall Rochester Rd and Tienken, she waived the late fee, gave her my Visa debit card # it went through. Also authorized every month, to take my rent  out. Brittany went above and beyond to help me. Would I recommend U Hall at this location??? Absolutely

Bethany was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I didn't know was that I needed to swipe my access card to "allow access: to my unit before I entered and unlocked it. This is my first time renting any type of storage unit. I set off the alarm but no biggie. Next time I know!

A young man whose name is Noah works at the location where my units ( 7 of them at one time) in Rochester MI on Rochester Rd. NOAH, was extremely helpful and always a big smile and he remembered my name calling me Mr Taylor whenever I walked into the office/sales area He always had a sympathetic ear for the perils of one moving from a huge house and downsizing. The customer service person on 8/2 was VERY patient and helpful as he explained the process. (Sorry, I can't remember his name.) Kevin in the storage facility was very earnest and helpful too. Both these guys were young and I was impressed that they were well trained.

Working w the staff there was a smooth and friendly experience. In the stress of moving from my home of 42 years, U Haul was the easiest and most efficient company to work w out of all the companies I had to contact in regard to this move.

Building was confusing, no signs where to go. Couldn't get into unit due to error in with check in device. Can't use my own lock.

I used to work for Uhaul so this will be biased. The basic service was fine. There's too much swiping and card reading and doors for my taste, but I get it. The counter is where the break is and always will be. No one knew how to use the door device, it took some time to figure out if it was the right one and if it even worked or not. Hire people and pay them accordingly so someone can be at the counter at all times and people can be out in the lot at the same time helping people. You guys never paid people for the amount of work you dump on them, and let them unionize if they want to Joe. I was offered a job if I wanted it, but really would not want to work for such a megalomaniacal greedy behemoth where the shareholders are more important than the workers. Sadly it is how all future corporations will be. Tell Bezos the same thing at your next rich guy meeting. I went down the road to a more economical storage facility in the end.

Heated unload area made moving in and out of storage easy, even in the dead of winter. This is also the cleanest storage in Rochester.

Well, I had to contact the office Saturday Oct 17 when I received a notice that I moved out, however, I did not move out. Within a reasonable amount of time I received a return call, stating they had made an error and corrected it. However, just waiting for my december payment to be reinstated as I paid 2 months in advance. Other than that, top notch customer service. I will stay on top of the correction to make sure it's done.

All good things. One exception was the young lady behind the counter had her radio a bit too loud and the elderly gentleman trying to return some boxes could not hear what she was saying behind her mask and the radio. She should have turned the radio off. Common courtesy.

I gave an "Excellent" rating to your storage, while I have a serious suggestion to you to improve the quality of your services. It is better to have multiple entrance doors to the buildings as for example for someone like me whose unit was located at the end of the hallway that was very difficult and a long way to access my unit through the only available door. My only comment would be that the office person should have shown us to the unit and showed us how to swipe in and out. I'm still not sure if I did it right.

Bethany I was there last night at closing. The poor woman who helped me either needs a lot of training or a new career. It took like 45 mins to rent the unit. That was insane. Then she didn't tell me that ther was no elevator, didn't tell me about the 2 levels of the price difference or there was apparently a free lock inside the unit after I bought one. Finding the zip tie on the lock was another unpleasant surprise since I flew in that morning and can't carry a pocket knife. Luckily I had a nail clipper in my backpack. The alarm siren went off several time. Never did figure out what to do with the card key Since I didn't need it to get in. Overall if was a horrible experience. The only good thing was you were open till 7. You should also put a camera and remote access system on your overhead door to rescue stupid people who are there past 10 instead of telling them they will just be stuck like you told me.

It is really wonderful in today's climate to deal with professional, knowledgeable and pleasant staff at a well-run company. The staff was always courteous and I never waited longer than 2-3 minutes if that for assistance. My storage unit was excellent the whole time I had my valuables in storage...no leaks, no wet floors, all inside, climate controlled. And once I cleaned out and closed my unit the rat trap had no bugs and no rats. The place is clean, very well lighted, safe, secure! Well run place! Thank you!

Storage is nice. Check-in procedure was a little problematic. I was not happy with my truck rental. We were charged a $25 truck cleaning fee, but the truck was filthy when we picked it up. My wife had to wash the interior. It had a dirty mask left in it from previous rental!

The entire staff is always super helpful and extremely polite. The location is convenient to where I live, the facility itself is safe, secure and they offer those carts which are super helpful. The loading/unloading area is well lit, I feel safe even when being there alone at night, have never had any issues. Would highly recommend this facility for any of your moving and/or storage needs.
