Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOverall a great location. Pricing kept going up every year which is reason I moved out of facility.
Everett T | Expérience généraleVery accommodating to my needs.
Chandra S | Expérience généraleThe check-in process was over an hour for me, which intern cost me money with my movers that were sitting in a Moving truck waiting for me to come out after the check-in process. My entry code would not work several times and I had to go back in and speak to the gentleman that was working behind the counter.
Diana R | Premières impressionsEntering the storage area is a bit confusing, a little more direction during the purchase process would have been helpful.
greg k | Premières impressionsI love the service u offer
Christopher B | Déménagement en ligneHad an issue getting in to the units. The loading bay doors would not open and neither did the door to walk in. I had to call and have them send someone. Also door stuck when I tried to close it.
stephanie w | Premières impressionsYour staff are amazing
Albert T | Déménagement en ligneThe only reason that I would hesitate to recommend Uhaul is the due to rate increases annually. Fortunately, my unit was small therefore the increases didn't break my bank account but I was disappointed.. Other than that, I was very happy with the amenities. Good job U-Haul!
Patricia K | Expérience généraleWe all know that moving is not fun, but Uhaul has made the experience easier.
JOHN B | Premières impressionsRepeat customer 4 Life.
John C | Premières impressionsCharged for lock, never given and did not need it. Never given access code info. Wasted prob an hour just getting going.
TALON B | Premières impressionsThis has to be one of the best U-Haul facilities. I have had my belongings at for last eight years. I never had a problem with getting in to my unit as well as a staff has always been available when needed! I definitely will be recommending Rochester U-Haul to anyone that is looking for storage
Jane C | Expérience généraleGreat experience and my belongings were well taken care of. Storage unit was clean, dry and it was easy to access the unit when I needed to. Thanks so much for keeping my stuff safe.
Carla A | Expérience généraleAlways a great experience with U-Haul Rochester at every level. The check in agent was especially helpful cordial and patient during a busy time of the day
ROBERT R | Premières impressionsI had my unit for 9 years and in the pass 3 years the price went up and up for no reason. Last year the price went up twice! For no reason at all! No new benefits for the price hikes!! So I will never suggest using Uhaul to friends or family!!
