Staff were great (Kyle and Fawn)! They were so helpful in finding me a second, smaller storage unit for the overflow on our rental truck! Highly recommend!

Darrett P | First ImpressionsOverall I had a positive experience. The bathroom and unit area was always clean. However, near my unit there was a leak coming from the ceiling in the hallway and one in front of my unit. There would be blankets laid out to control the water, but it was concerning that if the leak was larger water could leak into the units. The garage doors seemed like they were being repaired constantly. Once one was fixed it seemed like the other one wouldn’t work. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Larry K | First ImpressionsWe experienced many issues with carded keys. We had to go to the service counter on multiple occasions for assistance (as well as other customers), which is a long walk. The alley on the north side of the building needs attention- road needs repaired, and more lighting needed to make you feel safe. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.
