Richard C.My only complaint was I received the truck with what appeared to be 1/4 tank on the fuel gauge. I was told it would be enough to get to my location 30 miles away, about 10 miles into the trip the fuel gauge was reading almost empty and the low fuel pump indicator light came on the dashboard . I had to stop for fuel even before I got to my location and then again before I returned the truck. I think the trucks should be rented with at least a half tank ,allowing trucks to run close to empty is bad for life of the fuel pump..

richard M.Pick up did not go well. I was there in a rush and they forced me to do the entire app process. They didn't explain anything about the vehicle and how to return. When I returned, I figured I would have to do it in the all. A guy came yelling saying “ Leave the key in the car multiple times and waving at me aggressively. He said “ Nobody listens around here†I responded and said “ You have never spoken to me so save your commentsâ€. He asked me if I fueled the car and I said yes it's full. He said okay you go to go. I expected a receipt but didn't get one until I called. When I called, they said $98 then I got an additional $40 charge. Overall terrible experience.

richard M.Though I ran into some difficulties getting in after-hours, Reese took my phone calls around MIDNIGHT and was able to walk me through the process and grant access to my unit. The service I received from Reese Baccas, despite my very late phone call, went over-the-top in every way, and with a positive attitude. I would not have been able to complete my project on time, had it not been for the exemplary customer service I received.

MARILYNA L.A lot of noise with the equipment overall and there was two metal strings. One of them never came out it was too hard or stuck. Kinfa had to usa only one and it bended part of the metal under the car because it was holding alll the weigjt on just one.

Customer Service has told me that it will be resolved and I will be notified and then I find out the ticket has been silently closed with no actions. I will not be recommending this to anyone.

Kathryn H.The place we were assigned to drop off the vehicle (Shell 650 Sunrise Hwy.) would not accept it and sent me to another location (230 Maple Ave.) It was close by but, the Maple Ave location wanted me to take it back to Shell. I refused. Then there was talk of charging me for gas when I returned it with more gas than I started with. The two men at Maple Ave finally resolved the issue and took the vehicle.
charlie C.Uhaul told me they'd give me $50 off because they messed up with my pickup and dropoff location and they never gave me the $50 off. So maybe they could refund me the $50 they told me they would.

They smile, they laugh, and they get the job done. I wish I had more reasons to rent a truck, but when I do I will be back and tell my friends about my experience.

Fannie S.First off the elevator is not working properly I became scared to use it which is why I cancelled out the storage I had. Second the unit they gave me the door was messed up very hard to open and close and they saw this for themselves before renting it to me and said that was all they had to rent. Third the light skin lady that is at the desk is not friendly or inviting she acts as if you are bothering her the guys there are much better

The old elevator had heavy up-and-down "doors" that were difficult to lift, afraid I would get my hands crushed. It wasnt a bad experience but I can't say it was an especially nice facility.

It took a long time to get everything coordinated (7 hours on the phone with customer service over 3 days) but I eventually got everything worked out. The manager and employees at the Rockville Centre location were very helpful.

The elevator is out dated, very heavy and at times did not work which caused delays in my day.

Even the woman in front of me on the line (with her husband) were glowing over the way he handled their rental truck needs for a move to Florida. You must have a ton of awesome feedback on this guy...but as I said...all the workers I've interacted with had a similar friendly and warm demeanor. I'm extremely impressed. Such a blessing. Management is to be commended for this as well.

Bill became Past Due because of a problem on your website which would not allow me to use my credit card for payment. On 11-27-21, at 1:25p ET called 1-800-GO-UHAUL. Reached "Elizabeth" at the Call Center. Explained my dilemma with your website. She processed the credit card payment for me. After completing processing she told me that she was "unable to provide a confirmation or transaction number because the payment is pending." End result, NO PAYMENT RECORDED. Thus, necessitating my phone call to U-Haul RVC on 11-29-21.

She felt challenged challenged because a product that she recommended was not received with enthusiasm and later sought to pull rank and punish us by insisting we should go up and take a photograph of the room even though it was busy and a staff member was willing and able to go inspect the vacatied room. She was utterly combative and unprofessional. Poor customer sevice. Unlike what she purported in the video which is what appealed to me when I was shopping around. She certainly did a poir show of representating the company.

There were a few that were very helpful, and I would like to commend Mish on his help with trying to get the elevator working up to par, and quickly assisting us on getting out of the building. I do not plan on utilizing Uhaul for future business.

For six months now I have been having major problems with my payments -- checks are lost and then posted 6 months late, checks take weeks and weeks to post, and no one knows what is going on or has any interest in finding out. I had to come personally to the facility to straighten out my account, and then ANOTHER check appeared and was posted 6 months after I sent it in. When I texted the manager (as he had asked me to do about any issued), he has never responded. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING.

Although I would like to stay at this storage facility I need to find one that is cleaner and more conducive to storing my wardrobe. My clothing has mold on it and many fine pieces of clothing, especially leather clothing and shoes is ruined. Moreover, the freight elevator is inconvenient and clumsy for getting to my space and for moving stored items.
