Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved a 10 x 10 unit and was told on arrival that the have no more 10 x 10 units. I was then moved into two different units on two different completely different floors and was forced to pay for insurance on the second unit (which is not what I reserved). Absolutely no help no customer service pick another storage facility!
ANTONIO L | Premières impressionsThe link was sent to a wrong number. No account at U-Haul.
William M | Expérience généraleThe entire staff at the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rockville was professional, courteous, and friendly. All my questions were answered.I highly recommend this location.
Deborah B | Premières impressionsAbsolutely LOVE this location...I have been here a little over 2 years and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about everyone that works here. Seriously some of the best people. EVERYONE needs raises- even Ms Reece herself. Thank you especially to a few Xavier, Tommy and Ronald, but everyone is a team and they all get it done!
JENI D | Expérience généraleVery convenient, easy and secure.
Suzanne G | Expérience généraleAll the workers at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Especially Xavier!
Lauren K | Expérience générale“I had a great experience renting a storage unit with U-Haul. The process was very quick and easy, and the staff was professional and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the move-in process stress-free. The facility was clean, secure, and well maintained. I definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone looking for affordable and convenient storage. Thank you for making everything so smooth!”
Rochelle S | Expérience généraleWe had a one-way 20 foot truck rental that we dropped off at the Rockville Centre location which we also needed a storage unit at. All of the employees were very helpful and accommodating for our drop off and move in.
Lauren K | Premières impressionsXavier was so helpful. We found a perfect storage unit.
Suzanne G | Premières impressionsThank you
Peggy H | Expérience généraleEvery one who worked there was kind and helpful. Every time I visited my unit? I had a secure parking space and a ready cart and elevator. This was a far superior experience from other storage facilities where I had to wait to back up to the loading platform or …. The carts were not returned…. Elevators not functional - I highly recommend UHaul on Maple Avenue in RVC!
jill e | Expérience généralePlease note that after being a customer for approximately two years, I had to move due to theft. Someone climbed into my unit and stole tools and a cargo storage for my car. I brought it to the manager, who told me that if I feel my items are unsafe, I should move them to another storage location. The bottom line is that she was rude and did not do a thorough investigation. I am now waiting for a printout of my check-in/out report, which they have yet to provide to me.
