I appreciated the extended Saturday hours, because I was able to get the truck returned at the end of the day. The representative was able to give me a discount on the mileage that was cheaper than the initial bid.

My pick up location was moved 25 minutes from our home, without prior notification. This caused a 1hr delay for hired help and our moving day. The lady at the pick up location was nice, but this is unacceptable. An hour out of a moving day, when help is scheduled costs much more than the 0,2 mileage discount. I have used your trucks for multiple moved, but I am very disappointed in your service this time. I would caution anyone I know to beware of your changes in advance.

The staff at this facility are terrific. There was an issue getting my trailer lights to work. They fiqured it out and replaced the fuse in my truck. They went above and beyond. Excellent service à la clientèle.

We have used this location twice. Both times there was only one person working and wait times well over an hour to pick up a vehicle. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but over worked. They should have some one there ready to call when more than one customer is needing assistance. We waited about an hour and a half. We saw 5 people walk out of the store who got tired of waiting. That is money out the door. We would have left also, but had to use the vehicle that day to move. Nice location in need of more help!!

Don't accept a reservation in Centerton/Bentonville AR at a U-Haul franchisee and then not have the vehicle available at that location. I had to drive 25-30 mins away to pick up my rental from a location in S Rogers AR with no free time to waste! I would have gone to another rental company rather than waste my time chasing down a vehicle

Josh helped me select the right unit, unit location and made a great recommendation using the movinghelp.com app to get people to help unload the truck. I ended up using a company called Fresh Start and they did a great job. They showed up 15 minutes early. He made sure I could get them close together with close access to the elevator. Susana (I think that was her name. She has red hair and is very friendly) did a great job checking my rental in and answered my questions about the facility. I would give the facility 10 stars if possible. Thanks for the help!

First day the worker was late, didn't get there till after 8 am, plus the equipment I reserved and was " guaranteed" wasn't available. The day I self-checked my equipment back in there was no lockbox, I had to wait until they opened to turn in my keys.

Facility was clean. Staff was unhelpful and not at all confident in their answers/actions. The first 3 months i got charged late fees because whoever did the billing didn't know how to set up auto draft. Finally got that figured out. As I was cleaning out my storage building and terminating my contract staff was unwilling to listen. I told them I was moving out and the guy at the desk said clean out your room and we will come check you out. I cleaned out my room and called on the intercom, that guy asked me 3 times if I had cleaned out my room then said they didn't need to check me out and I had to go back up front. Train these people please!

Train your employees. The guy set me up on some long haul contract and a 29 $truck turned into a 160 $truck in less than 2 hours. Thankfully it got fixed. Train your people! This guy had no clue what to do and the other guy working didn't want to help him

I rented the large flat bed trailer with ramp to haul my garage and household items. Due to the grooves in the floor, anything with casters and even the appliance dolly got hung up and it actually ruined my appliance dolly. Get a groove free floor that accommodates appliance dollies and casters

I dealt with at least 5 different people on my recent 3 rentals. All were very professional and knowledgeable. Especially the trailer rental, the two that day diagnosed problems, and got me on my way in short order. Highly recommend this location.

The large sliding door is locked around 6:00pm. I understand that. But I arrived to unload after 8:00pm and could only access storage thru a standard door. I unloaded what I could and had to return the next day. So U-Haul promotes access after 6:00on but not convenient access.

The uhaul rep that worked with us hooked up the trailer and connections. He had us turn on the truck lights and gave us clearance. We traveled at night and when it got dark realized we had no running lights only lights that worked were the brake lights. Very scary and disappointed. Why did he give us clearance that all were working when in fact they were NOT?!? Luckily we were not stopped by police and did not have a wreck. Just didn't make sense why we were cleared to go.

My husband dropped off the Uhaul on 8/28 one day early. Entered location and three ladies were inside. He dropped off the key, told them where he parked the truck and asked if he needed to do anything else. They said "perfect" and told him they would email the receipt to the email on file. I had not checked my email as we had been working non stop moving my elderly parents. Received a phone call on 8/30/21 from a gentleman who asked when we were returning the truck. I was taken aback and frankly quite nervous that somehow I was going to be stuck with an erroneous charge for extra days that didnt happen. I told the gentleman I would get the details from my husband and would need to call him back, but that I KNEW he dropped the truck off on 8/28/21. I asked for a number to call him back and let him know. He said he would check the lot to see if he could find the truck. I immediately talked to my husband who told me exactly how and to who he had returned the truck. I called back the number about 5 minutes after talking with the gentleman. I held on the line after a recording for 28 minutes, in the mean time, I looked for the locations hours as my husband said he would just drive up there and straighten it out. This was at 4:20 PM on 8/30/21 The website said they closed at 4pm! The gentleman that called had placed the call at 4:24 PM, never mentioning that they were closed. The number he had given me to call seemed to be a generic number, not the local number as well. My husband said he would go there in the morning. At 6:09 PM we received a receipt from U-Haul with a return of 8/30/2021, which was the allowed return date, but I felt it very disrespectful that we did not receive a return call, and apology frankly for their lack of customer support and poor service causing us grief. If you use this location, make sure you get a printed receipt!!

I was charged 25 $for 34 miles of gas. 6 gallons. So are you saying the van get 5 miles a gallon? The big trucks get 8. Thus is a 2021 cargo van. I would like to see the spec sheet. There is no way I used 6 gallons of gas to go 34 miles. 25 bucks in gas when I only paid 20 for the van for 2 hors. So I was charged 80 $. I could have had my furniture delivered for 99 $. I did the math prior to renting and figure save 50 $. Do it myself. What a fucking scam. I took pictures of the fuel. It was not as much as they stated.

The staff at this U-Haul facility were perfectly friendly and courteous, the site is clean and well maintained, as are the vehicles. Picking up and returning was easy. I highly recommend doing the pre-check in on U-Haul's website since that greatly expedites picking up your rental.

I had to go 5 miles out of my way to get the truck and then you charged me 10 $for going 24 miles over your estimated miles on the truck that was BS but other then that it was ok.

It is ridiculous that you pay 400 $for uhaul and then you have to buy specific locks that are conveniently located at the check out counter. I felt that uhaul was a money trap from the time we began. It was almost the same price to have a professional moving company move us.

The store was late opening up so it caused me to be late. I ordered a 15 ft truck, they lied to me a d switched me to a 20 ft truck that had a higher rate because they needed the 15 ft truck. The truck had a whole in the side wall of the tire. That is extremely dangerous. I pointed that out so they tried to put me in a dirty truck that also had a whole in the side wall of a tire. Finally an hour later they got me a truck. It sounded awful and was in bad condition. Over 200 $was outrageous for the service I got. Terrible experience.

Get a better customer service department here. I was charged for 2 pods but only received 1. I still have not been credited back the money. I have talked to this location when I could get them on the phone, which was only twice. I even called the 800 number. So with that, I want to say thank you. This experience has just made me decide to never use the Uhaul company again. I will also be taking my companies business, as well as anyone I would normally refer. Thank you for making this such an easy decision.

There's a sign that says we have access until 10pm but I am here at 8:16 pm and have no access. I have tried calling and texting the site manager for help atleast 10 times and even had U-Haul customer service try to get ahold of him. We have been moving stuff in all day and this was our last load and we needed to have everything in BY TODAY. Not happy.

I did not get moved into this unit I could not get anybody at the location to help me that look to be what was like dried blood or something nasty in the floor of the unit so I ended up going to a different unit in a different city which is too small and I need to have to book two now so I need to make sure this is not going to be charged on my card and I am very very very appalled at the facility and U-Haul in general

Got our unit online. Would have been nice to see where our unit(s) was beforehand. Didn't realize that there would be an elevator involved. And our 10x20 was actually two separate 10x10's. But loved the carts being available.

We were told that we would have a 10x20, but it ended up that we were given two 10x10's. Good thing we didn't have anything longer than 10 feet to store. Would be nice if what you were getting was made clear at the onset of the process, not when we checked in that day. We were also unaware (until check-in) that we would be having to go up to the second floor with all of our things. That wasn't fun. However, on your behalf, there were carts to use and the elevator was big enough for 4 carts at a time, so that was nice. In hind sight, we would have much preferred to know that we were getting a unit on the ground floor, or at least had the opportunity to request one. So while everyone was nice, the facilities were clean and well lit, the carts were provided...having direct access (without going through sliding glass doors and up/down elevators for every trip) would have made it much better for us.

We recently moved to Arkansas, and the month of storage here was invaluable. We finally got moved in to a new house and got our storage unit cleared out, but there was a hiccup when I called to cancel our storage unit, and we were billed for another month, plus a late fee. I came in and talked to someone and the issue was cleared up immediately, and I didn't have to pay anything extra. Working with U-Haul has been the easiest and most convenient part of my move across country. I wish everything could be this easy and convenient. Merci.

The facility is good. But we had a couple of issues with the alarm of the building going on during the night which is annoying and can damage hearing. We were not able to acomplish what we needed to do when we were putting things in the storage and then months later when were trying to move out we had issues with the elevator and no one was able to give us a time frame of when it was going to be fixed. We lost plenty of time getting things out through the stairs Instead. I won't use their services in the future because I dont really know what to expect.

Reservation on line was useless at store. Thought we were getting a10x15x10. Got a small entrance door and only 6' tall. Cannot get lg. items like couch down hall and into unit

I have been to this location multiple times however, this was the first that I have had an employee roll their eyes at me and make me feel as though I was a bother to them. If not for the great service I received during previous experiences I would have left and never return.
