First day the worker was late, didn't get there till after 8 am, plus the equipment I reserved and was " guaranteed" wasn't available. The day I self-checked my equipment back in there was no lockbox, I had to wait until they opened to turn in my keys.CRYSTAL M.
Facility was clean. Staff was unhelpful and not at all confident in their answers/actions. The first 3 months i got charged late fees because whoever did the billing didn't know how to set up auto draft. Finally got that figured out. As I was cleaning out my storage building and terminating my contract staff was unwilling to listen. I told them I was moving out and the guy at the desk said clean out your room and we will come check you out. I cleaned out my room and called on the intercom, that guy asked me 3 times if I had cleaned out my room then said they didn't need to check me out and I had to go back up front. Train your employees. The guy set me up on some long haul contract and a 29 $truck turned into a 160 $truck in less than 2 hours. Thankfully it got fixed. Train your people! This guy had no clue what to do and the other guy working didn't want to help himMark S.

We were over charged and have reached out to the call center multiple times. The mileage was messed up prior to our departure from the uhaul location with the truck.Camryn M.
I rented the large flat bed trailer with ramp to haul my garage and household items. Due to the grooves in the floor, anything with casters and even the appliance dolly got hung up and it actually ruined my appliance dolly. Get a groove free floor that accommodates appliance dollies and castersAdam K.
I dealt with at least 5 different people on my recent 3 rentals. All were very professional and knowledgeable. Especially the trailer rental, the two that day diagnosed problems, and got me on my way in short order. Highly recommend this location.Allen C.

The large sliding door is locked around 6:00pm. I understand that. But I arrived to unload after 8:00pm and could only access storage thru a standard door. The uhaul rep that worked with us hooked up the trailer and connections. He had us turn on the truck lights and gave us clearance. We traveled at night and when it got dark realized we had no running lights only lights that worked were the brake lights. Very scary and disappointed. Why did he give us clearance that all were working when in fact they were NOT?!? Luckily we were not stopped by police and did not have a wreck. Just didn't make sense why we were cleared to go.XAVIER G.
My husband dropped off the Uhaul on 8/28 one day early. Entered location and three ladies were inside. He dropped off the key, told them where he parked the truck and asked if he needed to do anything else. They said "perfect" and told him they would email the receipt to the email on file. I had not checked my email as we had been working non stop moving my elderly parents. Received a phone call on 8/30/21 from a gentleman who asked when we were returning the truck. I was taken aback and frankly quite nervous that somehow I was going to be stuck with an erroneous charge for extra days that didnt happen. I told the gentleman I would get the details from my husband and would need to call him back, but that I KNEW he dropped the truck off on 8/28/21. I asked for a number to call him back and let him know. He said he would check the lot to see if he could find the truck. I immediately talked to my husband who told me exactly how and to who he had returned the truck. I called back the number about 5 minutes after talking with the gentleman. I held on the line after a recording for 28 minutes, in the mean time, I looked for the locations hours as my husband said he would just drive up there and straighten it out. This was at 4:20 PM on 8/30/21 The website said they closed at 4pm! The gentleman that called had placed the call at 4:24 PM, never mentioning that they were closed. The number he had given me to call seemed to be a generic number, not the local number as well. My husband said he would go there in the morning. At 6:09 PM we received a receipt from U-Haul with a return of 8/30/2021, which was the allowed return date, but I felt it very disrespectful that we did not receive a return call, and apology frankly for their lack of customer support and poor service causing us grief. If you use this location, make sure you get a printed receipt!!Clifford Dean C.

I was charged 25 $for 34 miles of gas. 6 gallons. So are you saying the van get 5 miles a gallon? The big trucks get 8. Thus is a 2021 cargo van. I would like to see the spec sheet. There is no way I used 6 gallons of gas to go 34 miles. 25 bucks in gas when I only paid 20 for the van for 2 hors. So I was charged 80 $. I could have had my furniture delivered for 99 $. I did the math prior to renting and figure save 50 $. Do it myself. What a fucking scam. I took pictures of the fuel. It was not as much as they stated.Joseph H.

I had to go 5 miles out of my way to get the truck and then you charged me 10 $for going 24 miles over your estimated miles on the truck that was BS but other then that it was ok.CHRISTOPHER J.
It is ridiculous that you pay 400 $for uhaul and then you have to buy specific locks that are conveniently located at the check out counter. I felt that uhaul was a money trap from the time we began. The store was late opening up so it caused me to be late. I ordered a 15 ft truck, they lied to me a d switched me to a 20 ft truck that had a higher rate because they needed the 15 ft truck. The truck had a whole in the side wall of the tire. That is extremely dangerous. I pointed that out so they tried to put me in a dirty truck that also had a whole in the side wall of a tire. Finally an hour later they got me a truck. It sounded awful and was in bad condition. Over 200 $was outrageous for the service I got. Terrible experience.JEFFREY W.

Get a better customer service department here. I was charged for 2 pods but only received 1. I still have not been credited back the money. I have talked to this location when I could get them on the phone, which was only twice. I even called the 800 number. So with that, I want to say thank you. This experience has just made me decide to never use the Uhaul company again. I will also be taking my companies business, as well as anyone I would normally refer. There were no issues with the equipment, rather a very dangerous incident happened as a direct result of the lack of concentration of the uhaul employee. The employee connected the two wheel dolly and checked the lights. She told me I was good to go and sent me on my way. Later, as we were loading the car on to the trailer, the tongue of the trailer slammed up, dropping the car and very narrowly missing a person guiding the car on the trailer. She had neglected to tighten the the fitting on the top of the tongue that secures the trailer to the ball. I had driven several hours on an interstate with it like that. On returning it, the same employee asked me if I had any issues. When I told her about what had happened, she said - with my family standing there - oh yeah, I waved at you but I guess you didn't see me. I guess I could have called but we got busy. Are you kidding me? They're fortunate that no one was injured. That would have been a negligence lawsuit for sure!BRYAN H.

Originally had reservations for 10' truck at Springdale, AR location - reserved almost two weeks in advance, but no truck available when I arrived, not even in larger size. Woman at initial location was unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. She tried to give us a pickup truck without even asking if it would work. When I asked her to check the Rogers location she initially refused to call, only looked in the system. When I asked about a discount for putting me two hours behind and having driven an extra 50 miles, she told me she couldn't because now the reservations had been transferred. That woman should not be allowed to deal with customers. The Rogers people were great, and gave a discount for our trouble, even though they had nothing to do with the initial screw up.CHRISTOPHER E.

I rented two 10x10 storage units thinking this would be plenty of space, but when I got up to the unit I found them to have 6ft ceiling height and a door that was maybe 5'6â€â€¦.these units are useless to me so I will have to go somewhere else. Luckily I got the first month free because I rented a trailer, so it won't cost me, but really these units are a joke. I'm 6'2â€ and I can't even stand up in there. There's a sign that says we have access until 10pm but I am here at 8:16 pm and have no access. I have tried calling and texting the site manager for help atleast 10 times and even had U-Haul customer service try to get ahold of him. The prices of a U-Haul are astronomical. We paid 330 $to rent. Filled it up with 40 $in gas and then were charged a 17 $fuel fee. Then because our storage unit was free we got two small units on a second floor that took 5 hours to unload. It took about an hour to ge the units situated because the one they assigned already had a lock. I will be using some other form of truck at all cost next move.CORY S.

We were told that we would have a 10x20, but it ended up that we were given two 10x10's. Good thing we didn't have anything longer than 10 feet to store. Would be nice if what you were getting was made clear at the onset of the process, not when we checked in that day. We were also unaware (until check-in) that we would be having to go up to the second floor with all of our things. That wasn't fun. However, on your behalf, there were carts to use and the elevator was big enough for 4 carts at a time, so that was nice. In hind sight, we would have much preferred to know that we were getting a unit on the ground floor, or at least had the opportunity to request one. So while everyone was nice, the facilities were clean and well lit, the carts were provided...having direct access (without going through sliding glass doors and up/down elevators for every trip) would have made it much better for us.Joanna S. | Premières impressions
We recently moved to Arkansas, and the month of storage here was invaluable. We finally got moved in to a new house and got our storage unit cleared out, but there was a hiccup when I called to cancel our storage unit, and we were billed for another month, plus a late fee. I came in and talked to someone and the issue was cleared up immediately, and I didn't have to pay anything extra. The facility is good. But we had a couple of issues with the alarm of the building going on during the night which is annoying and can damage hearing. We were not able to acomplish what we needed to do when we were putting things in the storage and then months later when were trying to move out we had issues with the elevator and no one was able to give us a time frame of when it was going to be fixed.
