Apart from this place being clean I have nothing positive to say about it. The person who helped me, Jade (I think that was her name) was terrible! I arrived about 7 minutes before closing to open up my storage unit and unload the trailer. She told me she couldn’t help me because they were closed. I called her bluff so then she would help me. She then said the key was lost to unlock my storage unit and I would have to come back another day. I again called her bluff and after a phone call to her manager she miraculously found the key! Then basically the entire time we were unloading the trailer into my storage unit, the alarm was sounding. Pretty sure we all have some permanent hearing loss from that day. The alarm going off the entire time is likely due to Jade not giving clear instructions for how to appropriately enter and exit the unit. There is more to the story, more for me to complain about, but I’ll leave it at that for now. I will be removing my stuff from this storage facility ASAP and will never return! It was some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

I signed my pictures only to find out the "full tank" was at a quarter, and apparently the miles were off too because it said I went 100 miles when I only went from Rogers to Fayetteville and back. They said to have it back last night so I did and then I was charged for 24 hours. $200 for a pickup truck for 6-8 hours is bullshit. I have always used uhaul, but won't be doing so anymore.

Uhaul corporate should program into the local store's software to be able to choose the packing materials packages...such as a 3-4 room package. Boxes, tape, etc. They had to enter the items manually. It just took a bot...but they did it.

usually have ample supply of trailers available, good check out procedures, and tire pressure checks available upon asking ( all my 6 x 12 tires were low @ 50 and raised to 65 (per tire rating) and int made for a much better 1300 mile trip. Plenty of blankets available if needed.

They seemed under-staffed. The appliance dolly had a strap that was cut so I had to return it for a different one. It was promptly taken care of when she was free. When I returned the truck, there was no one to receive it. Also, the printer was out of ink when I rented the truck and 3 days later when I returned it. Little things but that is why I couldn’t say excellent

When we returned the truck on Sunday, the location was closed to we left the key in the dropbox and read that we were to also return the contract. I went back on Monday morning to return the contract and ask for a final receipt. After waiting for several minutes with 4 other people who also needed help, a young man walks into the showroom and asks what I needed. I explained that I was dropping the contract back off, per the sign on the dropbox and he said it wasn't needed. That was frustrating to find out since I'd driven 20 minutes in the opposite direction of work, taking time away from starting my job. I asked for a final receipt since I was already there and the young man had a terrible time trying to operate the computer. He made some clicks and then admitted that he wasn't trained on the computer and he would just be staring at it not sure of what to do, and that he also had to get a hitch installed on someone's vehicle and that needed to be done first. I was shocked at his lack of customer service. It's fine if he can't operate the computer, but it seems like he could have suggested that I call later in the day or that he would make a note and have it emailed to me once someone who was trained on the computer was available. I asked if it could be emailed to me and he said yes, come back later or call. I assume this young man normally works in the back and isn't used to handling customers, but it would benefit this location to cross train their employees on how to speak with/assist customers regardless of their training, to not make someone feel devalued or like we are wasting our time. Once I did receive a copy of the bill, I found that we were charged a $25 cleaning fee. When I called to inquire about it, no one could tell me why, just that it was charged. We removed all trash, checked until the seats, etc. so I don't understand why we would have been charged this. It took a very long phone call to a national number to get someone to help correct this, and wasted another 30 minutes of my work day when it shouldn't have been charged to begin with.

We rented a couple dollies and ordered some moving material and neither was in the truck when we went to pick it up. We had to go back to get them since they weren't open when we got the truck. The guy that worked in the office didn't care that we had to make a separate trip and they didn't have the materials I ordered. We were given 2 lay down wardrobe boxes instead of the 3 regular wardrobes I had ordered and given nothing for the sofa cover! We were told multiple times that we would hear from the manager for a refund but still have not heard anything not given that refund. The girl was nice enough when we dropped the truck off but when we told her about the issues we were told once again thst she would let her manager know with no real solution. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Moving is stressful enough without extra issues.

Yes. I had no problem with the pick-up of the equipment. The trouble began when I went to drop off the trailer since we only rented it one-way. The pick-up location said that no location came up for where we were to drop the trailer off when we were done with it. The pick-up location said we could drop it off at any U-Haul location. That isn't true. The first place we tried dropping it off told us no b/c they had too many trailers and they referred us to another location. When we got there the manager said that he wasn't a drop-off location and told us we would have to go to another location. After explaining the situation to him, he agreed to take it back for me.

Sklyler was friendly and very professional. This location has more than enough space to maneuver the largest truck. The ease of traffic to arrive at this location makes it a great choice. I appreciate the notifications from corporate as my trip grew near and the instant receipt via email. U-Haul will always be my choice!

Secured truck 9 days prior on line & answered all the questions for quicker checking in process. Called 8th st uhaul to confirm truck availability & location of pick up 2 days before. Received notification at 3:50 (10 mins before pick up) that a truck was ready for me in 2 other towns (assuming that was an erroneous text, since it was 10 mins before p/u time). Arrived at 8th st & told no reservation there for truck, but it was available in Gravette. "Marco" viewed my reservation that I had four v there & got me a truck. Thank you Marco. Marco was the only person apparently working there that day. (Took along time to get truck compared to my other experiences w uhaul.) He was doing a great job. People there on phone & in person are helpful & courteous, but I will go somewhere else next time due to the "traffic control" issues. Just securing a uhaul on line & calling to double check doesn't mean you'll get one when needed. Appliance dolly wheels were reinforced w duck tape they were crumbling & unstable.

Initially I was very annoyed, I called the 800 number, I needed a pickup truck to pickup a TV and they sent me to a location that did not have any pickup trucks or vans so I had to rent a truck to pick up my TV. The customer service girl was great.

This U-Haul location was exceptional! The U-Haul Corp service was the worst which is who needs improvement! My reservation amounts were incorrect and 1 representative even told me that they have worked in that particular part of the business and what I noticed was incorrect. I work in IT financial systems so I know when accounting is off and I was able to determine what the system was doing (duplicating my origin amount in the grand total). She insisted that it was tax...idk where is the US taxes come up to $1360 on a $4800 bill. Every time I called I had to waste time to re-explain and them do their analysis because it didn’t seem as if they wrote notes on the account. Then my prices and dates changed without any details visible to me. At the end I had to reach out to multiple people (different business entities) to get my issues resolved.

BEWARE CUSTOMERS! A $19.95 a day plus mileage pickup truck is really going to cost you $29.95 just to start as they tell you the $10 additional roadside service fee is mandatory! Then when you return the truck and complain about the increase to the per mile charge of 0.59 a mile from 0.50 and that a $19.95 pickup truck total cost is REALLY $70 plus the $10 in gas you put in ...the clerk then informs you the $10 fee was optional but refuses to refund the $10 because the first clerk lied to you!! WTF!!?

I was charged twice for the truck rental and for a king size mattress bag that I only purchased one of. When I called the location - I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to even answer and the when they answered they transferred me to customer service and now I'm on hold again... going on 10 minutes. There was also only 1 person at the location which caused a long wait time.

We originally reserve to pick up at Walton Bentonville. However at 7:30 in the morning we received a call saying that the person there had to go to the doctor and it would not be available for our pick up at 9. We had to drive all the way over to 8th Street in Rogers which took us an extra 30 minutes for pickup and then an extra 30 minutes for drop off. Very unprofessional service at the Walton branch. It cost us an hour and time we were unable to keep the obligation that we had made to others because u-haul did not keep their obligations. The equipment and the service we received in Rogers was fine. But very disappointed with the reservation process.

Yes, I’d definitely recommend this location. This is the third time I’ve used them. The truck was a little dusty and the cup holders were dirtier than I’d have liked, but it was acceptable enough for a 2-hour move. If you notice issues with a vehicle, inform uhaul. They can’t fix what they aren’t aware of! That being said, it’s probably time to do some maintenance on this truck. After sitting overnight, it was slow to start on two different occasions. And the blower squeals when the heat/ac is on. Turning it to a higher speed helped but I wouldn’t want to drive more than a few hours with that going on in an already noisy truck.

I feel you need to staff at least two people at this location at all time they are open.
