Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had a really good experience from the man that helped me. I also came in about a week before I rented the unit. And the young ladies that helped me then were really nice and made me me comfortable
MARY B | Premières impressionsI always get the best service at this place. The customer service is top notch!
karen m | Expérience généraleStaff is extremely helpful and professional! Highly recommend!
Brooke m | Premières impressionsThe people who I worked with were friendly and professional. My only complaint is that they lost my reservation. I ended up with a bigger unit that costs 50% more than originally planned. Luckily, I’m only storing my belongings for a few months. So, be careful that you’re reservation is final and that they have your proper name, address and phone number from the beginning. I believe a big part of my problem was due to me leasing a truck under my maiden name.
LUCILLE R | Premières impressionsThe staff was very professional while on the phone at the facility. Keep up the awesome work.
RANDY B | Expérience généralePrice was expensive.
Bob B | Expérience généraleEverything at this place is excellent all staff are tremendous
JEFFREY M | Expérience généraleThe staff was extremely helpful and professional. So happy with their service. And the facility itself was very clean and well organized.
Libby F | Premières impressionsMy check in was made very easy by the worker TAMARA VAUGHN . She was very helpful with the check in and other information about the storage . She has a lot of patience and great customer service skills . Definitely would recommend anyone to ask for her on your move in process .
Kennethia H | Premières impressionsContinued satisfaction from management. Over and above customer service.
NELDA C | Premières impressionsVery pleased. Used their Storage Facilities for 2 years. Highly recommend them for Storage and Truck Rental.
Terry a | Expérience généraleThis is the best storage unit experience I've had in the last 20 years. I'm sad to leave it. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. They have helped me out numerous times including after hours. They take care of the equipment they rent and never send you out in something questionable. I will miss having such a well run and reliable Uhaul Moving and Storage Center nearby.
Jacob H | Expérience généraleThis place has some of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I had to rent a truck, three units and I bought moving products. I dealt with 4 different people on all the different times I had to go in and each and every person was kind, helpful and actually went above and beyond helping! I was very impressed and my units were very clean. It was nice having such a good experience during my very stressful move! Thank you!
karen m | Premières impressionsTamara and her team were amazing. They made the process so easy to rent the unit. The price lock guarantee is a great way to make sure I stay on budget!!
