Always seemed that the elevator was down in the summer hot months and always working in the colder months, which means you have to climb up and down the stairs when it's super hot outside which sucked! Other than that all was good.

Tried numerous times to speak to manager with no call back. I think it was the manager's wife that walked out on me as she came back out with a baby stroller and left. We will find another location if we need storage.

They were able to resolve it, but it took a while that morning and had movers waiting while being paid. Otherwise, it was great. Loved the facility.

BRUCE A. | Overall ExperienceElevator was broken. I have been wanting to collect my things for 3 weeks but it's been over 100 degrees. 80 in the storage facility. I was able to get my things because staff hired help to get things down the stairs. I would thin UHAUL would take things a little more seriously at corporate especially with such a big facility. The staff were always helpful and courteous. Unfortunately the corporate office is failing their staff in this particular situation.
