There's a sign that says we have access until 10pm but I am here at 8:16 pm and have no access. I have tried calling and texting the site manager for help atleast 10 times and even had U-Haul customer service try to get ahold of him. The prices of a U-Haul are astronomical. We paid 330 $to rent. Filled it up with 40 $in gas and then were charged a 17 $fuel fee. Then because our storage unit was free we got two small units on a second floor that took 5 hours to unload. It took about an hour to ge the units situated because the one they assigned already had a lock. I will be using some other form of truck at all cost next move.CORY S.

They let me stand in line for 10 minutes before telling me that I wouldn't be getting a receipt and that I could leave. They told me I could get a 15 foot truck for the same price because they were out, I told jimmy I was in a rush he said no problem. Still ended up waiting for the 10 foot truck. The person who checked in my truck added an extra 100 miles to the odometer reading and recorded the gas at 1/8 when it was 1/4 which resulted in the agreed upon credit of over 23 $not being applied. I picked up the error while at the site and an adjustment was made, but had I relied on the check in staff I would have paid for 100 miles I didn't use and not received the 23 $fuel credit.Brendan H.

Was in the day before to get my hitch checked to make sure it was safe and everything worked and at that time I was not sure I could get everything in the 4x6 and Joshua said he would gladly put me in a 6x12 for 5,00 $. This was great but when I went in the very next morning NOT so good!!! The General Manager said that was not a program they had and would not honor what I was told the day before. She was RUDE and very matter of fact! Doubt I will ever use this location again!! To make matters worse when I get to the drop off they are closed and without an internet connection out in the booneys in Weatherford you are unable to use the uhaul app to return equipment. There has to be a better way to drop off after hours, but I will not have to worry about that again. Staff was friendly and helpful at dropoff, however after returning the truck I saw that I was charged a 21,90 $ late fee. I returned the truck by my 11am scheduled time, but apparently it was not "officially" checked it into the system until the next day at 2am. Therefore I was charged a late fee that I shouldn't have. There was also another unexplained 21,40 $ charge on my final bill. I called in to the location for an explanation. Nobody answered, so I was routed to a call center. The call center rep looked at the same bill and could not explain the charge either. She then put me on hold to investigate further, and after 20 minutes I was disconnected.EVAN F.

Personnel seemed not to want to wait on us since it was 7 minutes till closing. We stood at â€œthe lineâ€ and waited on the attendant but none came. We walked in to ask about us dropping it off. He looked at the surveillance camera and saw we had come on in and found them just sitting there. He told my husband just to unhook it and where to leave it. We were clearly bothering him and the other attendant. Made to feel we were in their way instead of being welcomed. Not good serviceâ€¦.or should I say self service? What if we didn't know how to disconnectâ€¦or whether we returned our equipment correctly. Thanks anyway.Glenda F.
There were two issues with my reservation. One was not the fault of the location and the other was. 1) U-Haul changed my reservation location and did not email me. That is not the fault of the location but U-Haul's user interface needs much improvement. While returning the truck I heard someone else in line with the exact same problem. The pickup date had also been changed. 2) This location does not answer their phones but neither does U-Haul's main customer service so I assume this the corporate standard. The staff at this location was very helpful but overall my experience with Corporate U-Haul was very poor and I won't be renting with them again unless I have to.KIMBERLY G.

Returned the trailer after 2 hours of using it as intended and paid my charges. 4 days later I got an unauthorized Charge of 109 $posted to my credit card causing me to over charge my credit card. And an invoice in my email saying I had just returned the trailer 5 days later. Gave the trailer to an employee and he said I was good to go. They never checked it in and decided to charge me more for no reason. Had to sit on hold for an hour just to get my own money back. Very big inconvenience using uhaul.ZACHARY R.

We submitted photos during pick up of a muddy floor and was charged for it when we dropped it off- and was charged for 4 extra miles when I had to drive 6 miles from one Uhaul location to another due to Uhaul changing my drop off location. Uhaul needs to get their act together.TEDDY C.

We were told that we would have a 10x20, but it ended up that we were given two 10x10's. Good thing we didn't have anything longer than 10 feet to store. Would be nice if what you were getting was made clear at the onset of the process, not when we checked in that day. We were also unaware (until check-in) that we would be having to go up to the second floor with all of our things. That wasn't fun. However, on your behalf, there were carts to use and the elevator was big enough for 4 carts at a time, so that was nice. In hind sight, we would have much preferred to know that we were getting a unit on the ground floor, or at least had the opportunity to request one. So while everyone was nice, the facilities were clean and well lit, the carts were provided...having direct access (without going through sliding glass doors and up/down elevators for every trip) would have made it much better for us.Joanna S. | Premières impressions
We recently moved to Arkansas, and the month of storage here was invaluable. We finally got moved in to a new house and got our storage unit cleared out, but there was a hiccup when I called to cancel our storage unit, and we were billed for another month, plus a late fee. I came in and talked to someone and the issue was cleared up immediately, and I didn't have to pay anything extra. The facility is good. But we had a couple of issues with the alarm of the building going on during the night which is annoying and can damage hearing. We were not able to acomplish what we needed to do when we were putting things in the storage and then months later when were trying to move out we had issues with the elevator and no one was able to give us a time frame of when it was going to be fixed. Office and access hours were those of standard business hours. If I didn't leave work early I would never be able to access my unit. The only option was to pay for 24/7 access which is a complete inconvenience when I maybe needed access to it once a month. Multiple times I would try to pay my monthly bill early and the bill would say that I owe 0 $. Than the day after I get an email saying that I'm late and being charged an extra 30 $.
