The entire team is rude and ignorant to do their job. They were putting my CC numbers on their personal cell phones, when I asked the reason, they got offended and start making excuses. Not coming back to this location.

VICTOR VI do not know the person's name, but somebody at the round rock store waited for me to come back and pick up my car keys. He waited in his car after hours so I could come back and get them. I do not know his name, but he had a beard and drove a red car. Somebody please give him a pat on the back for amazing customer service.!!!

FRANCIS MThe staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly checked to make sure my vehicle had the proper hitch and light connections. I backed up the truck, and they attacked the trailer. They gave me a card with a number to call if I had any problems or needed to extend the time of usage. They were also quick on the return. I just had to pull under the covered area and the staff checked to make sure nothing was left, unhitched it, asked me if I had any problems with the trailer, checked that they had my correct email address, and sent me on my way. It was quick and I appreciate that (especially after moving heavy boxes and furniture all day)! Thank you for making this part of a stressful move so easy.

LARRY PThey didn't have my tow dolly ready for me to pick up and I didn't find out about this until I got there to pick it up at 10am on my moving day. I was given some story about how the person who was supposed to return it didn't return it. And that I'd have to go to the Hutto location to pick up a tow dolly there which is 10 miles away. I said that I needed money for gas to drive the 20 miles round trip to pick it up. Initially, they weren't going to do anything about it and gave me attitude when I said it's not my fault and I shouldn't have to pay the consequences. Then they decided to give me a $25 credit. What they forgot to do was to reimburse me for those miles.

JOSEPH COh man we travels the four corners of central Texas with this mean machine of a truck. It carries everything with swift ease. The staff is great and always know how to make you feel welcome. The morning crew is all smiles and friendly conversation. The afternoon crew is all business with a great attitude. Best of both worlds. That staff is traffic is on top of it. One dude has 3 screens to keep up with all the truck slinging going on in round rock. Keep it up y'all. You are the example the rest should follow.

TREMAINE DI had a great experience at this location. If you have a move to make... then just use Uhaul. They have everything you need to assist you in your move at very reasonable prices.
TRAVIS BI rented from this location two times within a few days of each other during a recent move. One time I picked up my equipment in the evening and the second time I picked up in the morning. Both times I needed an appliance dolly, and included that in my online reservation. When I arrived, both times they did not have any available when I picked up the equipment. One of the time they only had 6 moving blankets available in the whole facility. For this I have to rate as average at best. Not having equipment available such as dollies and blankets seems wild to me, especially for such a large establishment with so many vehicles and storage available. The only thing that brought me back to the location the second time was that I could complete a reservation online with later hours than other locations around. If it weren't for that I would seek another location.

Jeryl GLast minute truck rental. And it did not disappoint. The truck drove like it was a Tesla. But you can gas it up way faster. Let's go with the winter season. The afternoon crew seems like a well oiled machine. I feel like this store is just full of winners. Yep plain and simple winners.

LARRY PThe guy in store told me as long as the trailer was returned before they opened the following morning at 7:00 am then I wouldn't be charged for a second day. I did that and was still charged for a second day. Either he gave bad information or the system malfunctioned, I suspect it was the UHaul rep who gave bad information. Either way I was charged twice what was quoted to me in the store which is unacceptable.

April H | Expérience généraleStorage is supposed to be climate controlled however it was hotter in the storage area than it was outside. There were some items that I was unable to put into the storage because of all the heat that was trapped in the building. The move into the storage ended up taking me 1 extra day because the heat in the location is unbearable. I have reached out to the manager of this location to try and come to a settlement. All he did was send me an email apologizing for the inconvenience but hasn't fully taken ownership of the matter. I would like to be refunded for the extra day that I had the trailer. The weather in Round Rock has been in the triple digits. If the AC was not working at that location I should have at least been notified and rebooked to another Uhaul location that wasn't having that issue.
Ricardo C | Déménagement en ligneWe reserved a 10x10 unit, however, when I finalized the reservation at your location I was told we would have two 5x10 units. Having two units was no big deal but I told the woman who processed my reservation that I wasn't sure if I needed both units. I specifically asked if after I loaded everything I only needed one of the two could I cancel the second unit that wasn't needed. She told me that it would be no problem to remove the unneeded unit from our account. I loaded my items in the unit and found I did only need one of the 5x10 units. I went back to the office and spoke with the same woman who previously helped me and explained that I only needed the one unit. At this point I was told that I had to keep both units. She told me that if I wanted a single unit she would have to move me to a different location. When I told her I literally just finished and that I didn't want to move her response was "well you can't take only one of those and either move or keep both." When I reminded her that she told me I could keep only one if needed she said "I know I told you , I apologize but you can't. Do you want to move?" So now I'm paying $150/month for a space that costs less than half of that. Your employee knew that those units couldn't be split but took advantage of me knowing that it is impractical to move all of my stuff it another unit after spending an hour moving in. I will never do business with your location again and I will be sure to let everyone I know in the Austin area what kind of business you run. I hope the extra money you are making from my second unused space is worth the potential loss of revenue and reputation. I will also be sending a letter to uhaul corporate explaining how I was ripped off and posting my expo on my social media channels. I will be sure to tag your location if you have one so there's no confusion about where people should avoid doing business
