KYLE ABryan was super helpful and friendly. He gave me a heavy discount by upgrading from the 4x8 to the 5x8. I had safety concerns on a previous trip when I had a wobbly old trailer, and he addresses this by switching the equipment rental to a newer trailer. He said he took care of all his trailers. 5/5 service. Please give Bryan a raise.

She does not know nothing about how to help me. I had to leave my stuff in the uhaul truck until the next day to go back to the store.
Kokou A | Premières impressionsWhen I arrived at the time I reserved, the dolly and furniture pads I rented were not ready. I did not realize that it wasn't until I walked to the van and looked inside. I had to go back in and let Mary know, and she then went to put together the rental products. They informed me that they would provide me a credit for the dolly and the furniture pads. Today is 12/17/21 and I have not seen any credit on my card. The receipt I received when I returned the van is still the same amount. I even returned the van earlier than expected. If you are going to offer something, keep your word. Not going to lie that I won't be renting from this location again.
Beatriz FInitial customer service was great. The one who was there in the pm was not. Website showed one charge per mile but was charged more per mile in the contract. 2nd person said they couldn't do anything, even though the website published the price. Feel scammed.

CHRISTOPHER MThe staff was nice but the pricing was deceiving. I had no idea I had to bring a copy of rental insurance and that I would have to pay an additional $25 on top of fees. I had the truck for one hour and used 9 miles and it cost me $64. Not ok.

MARKHAM CThis location ran out of the rental equipment I specifically ordered in advance (horizontal and rolling carts) To improve, there are two options: Keep a better stock of rental equipment so your customers don't have to scramble at the last second to get moving supplies. Alternatively, it would have been better for us if it was never even offered so we would at least know in advance to secure moving Dollies elsewhere. So, either remove rental carts from the website, or keep an appropriate stock. It was completely unexpected for us to not to receive the equipment we specifically rented out. For this reason I would not recomend this location unless the movers already have equipment. Customer service was otherwise fantastic - friendly associates that worked with us. Truck was nice & tidy. No issues driving.

Also the entrance door was never locked and I was told it was broken. Not good at all. Because anyone could get into storage area.. I didn't feel safe when I was working there.

GARY CThis is probably the tenth time i have used this facility in the last 20 years. My experiences have varied. But i want to emphasize how well i was treated this week. Mary Kraft did an exceptional job handling my questions, scheduling and requests. She was all business which is what i look for when i rent vehicles. She is a reason i will be coming back to this specific location in the future. I would not call her attitude exactly warm and fuzzy, but it is exactly what i was looking for . She was adapt at controlling efficient communications when the facility was crowded, yet gave me patient information when it was not busy. You have a great employee in Mary and i hope she is both recognized and appreciated. Well done! Brad Bank, Phila.

LOUIS DThe rental location was excellent. Corporate U-haul however needs to get their act together. I reserved a 15' truck with an Auto Transport trailer. Instead of having them both in one location for me, they split them between 2 locations almost an hour apart. I had to drive to the location of the truck to pick it up and leave my vehicle while I drove to the other location to pick up the trailer. THEN had to drive back to the first location to load my vehicle. Instead of the entire process taking just over an hour, it ended up taking close to 4 hours before I returned home.

MARK MWhen I dropped off the van, man at desk said leave the keys and I'll email you a receipt. I asked if anything else needed and he said no. I never received a receipt. Other than that, no problems. At pickup I received 2 texts and 5 emails. At drop off, no communication at all.

Anthony P | Expérience généraleAll of the above boxes should have had another option other than yes and no but maybe it should have had a box saying something other than yes or no. Anyway other than that no I would not suggest anyone uses the inside storage units I would advise them to stick to the outside storage units where they can actually get their stuff from their vehicle into the storage without having to walk up a whole bunch of stairs and downstairs it was so inconvenient because there is no elevator or lift it was so so so so much a bad experience. So again I would suggest people use the outside storage and not even consider for one second using the inside storage. But not only is it inconvenient to get your stuff in and out the lighting inside each individual unit really is not at all good and if I were to rate it out at 10 I would give the lighting situation at two.

The facility was clean and well-lit. The only issue I had was that my rental - a large storage on first floor - had no lighting. It made it very difficult to find things or organize. Mary tried to help with some small battery-operated nightlights, but they did not shed enough light and very quickly burned out. Really needs lighting, especially as B1052 is very large. Thank you for an otherwise great experience!

I think the storage is over priced with prices constantly increasing. It's difficulty to park after U-Haul added numerous storage areas and trucks.

Totally unacceptable. Unfortunately it was too late to find other accommodations otherwise I would've found a location with a first floor available.

Scott P | Expérience généraleOn 6/1/2021 Quincy had called me and stated that the storage unit I rented, the door was damaged. I agreed to a replacement with one month free. He also told me I didn't need to have a lock and bring that back foe a replacement. On 6/2/2021, I arrived. Mike was at the desk. I walked in with 2 other customers. He needed propane and the 3rd needed boxes. Mike was flustered , and rude to me because of being stressed. Even though I was before them, and as I told him of the conversation with Quincy he said "he told me none of this and I have to take these other customers because it will take a half hour to go through everything with you". I was placed aside so he could waif on other customers. When I finally did get to the desk. Mike was huffing and puffing about having to do this rental. I told him Quincy mentioned on the phone about the one month free and he said " he never told me". He then acted us if I was stupid to bring back the lock I purchased . I said Quincy said to bring it back because I didn't need one, I don't know - I never did this before. Mike was rude and talked down to me. He could not handle the stress of more than one customer. It was very uncomfortable to feel belittled in front of my son and pushed aside.
