Avis vérifiés des clients

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe staff at the facility were very helpful and fair. I am a repeat customer because they treat me like an individual and care about my continuing business with them.
DAVID H | Expérience généraleThe truck smelled like smoke and the seat was very uncomfortable and could not sit back far enough. Also despite booking weeks in advance, I still was not able to pick up my truck at my preferred location.
Eileen T | Déménagement en ligneAppreciate the services
Amir S | Expérience généraleI reserved a storage locker on 12/4 to begin my move in on 12/22. I even came to the facility on the 4th to ensure that my reservation went through and that all was well. On 12/22 when I showed up, I was informed that the manager had rented my reserved unit. Luckily they were able to provide two 5x10s instead of what I had previously reserved, but it was a bad look, overall.
Aaron B | Premières impressionsAs far as well lit I opted into one without lights at least you're the best of my knowledge didn't have lights
DANIEL H | Expérience généraleThanks I appreciate it 🫱🏾🫲🏿
GREGORY P | Déménagement en ligneThe staff was excellent always courtesy helpful I don't remember names but the guy with the great glasses was a great person in helping and understanding my needs and then on Sunday the African-American older gentleman was probably the best that I've ever met and regards to manners knowing his business I highly recommend this site to anybody and everybody
SAMMY P | Expérience généraleI was very pleased with your storage facility; however, I need to be closer with a larger area that was accessible to my convenience. Consequently, I moved my items to The Quartermaster’s facility.
james l | Expérience généraleThe roxbough Uhaul is run by professionals. Exceptional attention to detail and very friendly staff. The manager needs a big raise!!!!!!!!
STEPHEN S | Expérience généraleAmazing!
Angie Z | Premières impressionsExcellent rental experience. Would highly recommend.
Catherine N | Expérience généraleGreat location, appropriate sized units and fees, and temperature controlled was the best feature. I needed too access unit during extreme weather conditions and did so with ease. HIGHLY Recommended!
