But two days later I had reserved a truck and someone NOT from this Rox Uhaul called and told me there was no truck available and I'd have to pick up from a different location and drop off same day. Not what I reserved!!!! Very disappointed. I made this reservation three (3) weeks in advance. Totally NOT cool!!!!!!!! I had to cancel and find a truck elsewhere.

anis A.Jordan Derricotte is the greatest manager running the greatest UHaul in the country. I'm serious. The customer service is out of this world there, and the feeling amidst the employees is seen, not contempt which I'd grown accustomed to at many of the U Hauls I've visited. Whatever is going on at Jordan's store is very effective and wonderful.

The radio didn't work....I didn't care that much cus I was local But if I had to take it on a long distance I would have been really upset really upset. Also could not get the air conditioning to blow cold. The Van smelled clean and looked clean the only gripe I have is the windows were filthy! You may want to light a fire underneath the people that are cleaning the windows... I worked for a car rental agency for 10 years and never had windows like that ever go out to a customer The people were very nice and professional!! Thank you !!
mike R.No need to do anything. This is my go to location for truck rental or moving/storage needs. Staff is smart, polite and I have never had an issue with any of the vehicles. They work as advertised.

SEAN S.The location overall was great but you need to really need to train a few employees over again I rented a pickup truck that was paid for I parked it to drive my tractor trailer when I returned the pick up was gone I went to the police station to report it stolen and the police had no records of it being towed and it was listed as being stolen I went to the location and they said it was listed as being abandoned on the highway how is that possible I had the keys they did not even call me very unprofessional I called recovery and they were very nice they did not even know because the location did not tell them either I could not even use the truck for what I really needed it for and did not get my money returned

The girl that helped me was very nice, but she was very busy that particular morning. More staff on schedule might help.

Dolores G.Outstanding experience at the Ridge Ave - Roxborough UHaul! I usually go to the UHaul on Hunting Park Ave in the old Tasteycaek Factory, and they are very nice there and incredibly helpful, but renting a trailer takes a long time because they are always understaffed. The Ridge Ave - Roxborough UHaul employee I worked with was a young lady who was fast and very helpful. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I rent trailers for UHaul roughly 10 to 15 times and year and I am gong to use this location from now on.

She assisted me through my entire moving process: picking out boxes, finding a storage unit, and solving the battery issue with my uhaul. She even offered me a ride home when I had to leave my truck overnight to recharge and wouldn't accept a cent. And afterwards she reached out to me to let me know that I had forgotten to lock my storage unit. She's gone above and beyond the requirements of any employee and has been one of my favorite interactions with a company representative. I seriously cannot stress enough how accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable she was. whatever she's paid it's! not! enough! Overall this team makes the location A1 and I have no complaints at all, please keep doing what you guys are doing!

Scott P. | Expérience généraleOn 6/1/2021 Quincy had called me and stated that the storage unit I rented, the door was damaged. I agreed to a replacement with one month free. He also told me I didn't need to have a lock and bring that back foe a replacement. On 6/2/2021, I arrived. Mike was at the desk. I walked in with 2 other customers. He needed propane and the 3rd needed boxes. Mike was flustered , and rude to me because of being stressed. Even though I was before them, and as I told him of the conversation with Quincy he said "he told me none of this and I have to take these other customers because it will take a half hour to go through everything with you". I was placed aside so he could waif on other customers. When I finally did get to the desk. Mike was huffing and puffing about having to do this rental. I told him Quincy mentioned on the phone about the one month free and he said " he never told me". He then acted us if I was stupid to bring back the lock I purchased . I said Quincy said to bring it back because I didn't need one, I don't know - I never did this before. Mike was rude and talked down to me. He could not handle the stress of more than one customer. It was very uncomfortable to feel belittled in front of my son and pushed aside.
