I have np complaints about the experience with the team or anything else. The extra charges have pissed me off. If.you are gonna advertise one price and mileage usage then keep it there don't come up woth made-up fees

And don't call the day before the reservation and offer me a SMALLER truck because they don't have the one that I reserved 2 weeks prior. And honor what you offer. I was told I would get the mileage for 99 cents since they didn't have the truck I reserved and they refused to honor it and charged me $2 a mile. I will NEVER use Uhaul again!

I told him that this was my truck, he told me that this key obviously works for this truck also. So I went inside to let them know, and they said that we checked in at the same, But he checked in in person. Once someone checks in online there should be a hold on that truck until they are done completing the questions. Other than that, it was a very smooth transaction.

I arrived at 0700 in the morning and my app was telling me see someone inside. Sunday morning. Place locked up Niobe around. None answering a phone Called u haul. Lady was very supportive Told me I had to go to another location I was very aggravated. Your either going to sell u hauls at a location or your not. Hackensack failed miserably. I haul cs and saddle Brook performed very well. Also van was excellent

PETER C.When customers request an available truck type and its available, what is the procedure to ACCOMMODATE the customer, with effective customer service. When I arrived my cargo van was the NEW skinny type which I as a disable retired NJ State worker, find hard to operate. I requested the olde bulky cargo van , which was in the customer parking areas, and also in the staging areas for customer pick-up. As a 2003 customer till present , I have had service stations and this service center Reach Out and provide ME the reasonable equipment to fulfill my needs. But this time, I could not experience this type of service. My last request to STOP the invasion of privacy with the request of a picture image of the Driver's License. If a lawsuit were to ensure, it would be the Hacked data storage of personal data along with facial recognition of customers. Simple State Licence Id numbers and access to the Federal Nexus system would provide the necessary verification w/o the need of a upload of customer privacy information on a Driver's License. LET THIS BE A WARNING!

carlos T.No clear communication between the customer service reps and the customer. The van the was provided did not have a full tank of gas although the rep. Indicate it was full. When I returned the van and indicated the van was not full I was told I could not be reimbused for added fuel I paid. I was directed to customer service online for assistance. In addition, you the pick up the reps did not clearly indicate the location of the van in the parking lot. We were told to locate it ourselves for pick up. The customer service is very poor at this location. Needs improvement.
Rhondell J.First I was assigned one truck through the app then placed into another when I was finally able to be validated. At which point I lost 20 minutes because they kept having me running all over looking for the key. If they had just given me the truck that I was assigned the key was right there. The truck itself is a mess I barely drove it and the transmission slips like crazy which made the truck eat up more fuel than normal. I will definitely never attempt to rent a truck again using the pre check in. This entire experience was a joke.

The accident which occurred with an Explorer 20+ years ago was the proven fault of Firestone tires, as I'm sure you know. Please correct this. It's a big inconvenience. !

Brennen R.Remove the locked red key drop box. If another person wasn't there dropping off her van who knew there was a garage door key drop slot I would not have found it. Also, tell renters to do the on line checkout before they drop the keys. I didn't know it was going to ask me for photos of the inside and not let me proceed until I did. I used a photo of the inside of my car to be able to continue. Although I was told to take a photo of the odometer which I did, the app doesn't allow you to select it from your photos and it must be taken during the check out process, so you need to still be in the van. I took a photo of my car odometer to be able to continue but did record the correct milage from my cell photo

The facility was not easy to navigate, and after moving for 10 hours with one other person, a little assistance on where to go would have been nice. It would be helpful if you were clear about 3rd floor units having staircases and steep ramps with no elevator!!!!!!!!!! That move in process was exhausting!

Como clienta mujer esperaba mayor amabilidad en la entrega y no que tenía que saber como desengranar el camión del remolque que venía con mi carro. Yo venía de conducir 20 horas para encontrarme con semejante cuento. Los que recibieron el vehículo dijeron que eso no les correspondía hacerlo y que yo debía pagar un fee si quería que ellos lo hicieran. Yo respondí que no tenía conocimiento de ello pues en mi contrato no decía nada de esas tarifas extra pero que si estaba establecido en el sistema yo lo pagaba y finalmente no lo cargaron. Creo que solo tiraron el aventón. Ese detalle genera desconfianza. No me pareció honesto de esos dos empleados en Saddle Brook.

You have a building that's not maintained and that should not be my problem. I lost three months of Rent payments and thousands of dollars because I have to throw out all my items from the damage. I will never recommend or use that facility again for storage.
