The 24/hour pick up was a exhausting experience. My phone didn't have a good service. Please provide WiFi when you are doing truck pick up anytime.
Slow service. Did not have furniture blankets available for rent so I had to buy them. Upon returning the truck, I had no idea what to do (where to drop keys, if I had to stay to receive receipt, go to front desk, etc.) and employees were not helpful when I asked. You need more explicit instructions for returning vehicles so that customers aren't just left standing around with 0 clue.

Due to lack of availability, I was forced to pick up the truck over 30 miles round trip from my home which of courses cost me more than double what I would have normally paid if the multiple closer uhaul locations had availability. I made this reservation over a week in advance. It's unfortunate to have to pay so much additional.
In the first truck the seat belt did not properly buckle and was dirty.The second truck the gas tank was empty the passenger door was not safe and the aligment was horrible i had to fight to keep the truck safely in the lane

Took nearly 1/2 hour to rent as only one cashier and 3 people ahead of me Taking pics on smart phone is a major hassle No clear drop off sign for keys so I had to walk around the building to find I would look elsewhere to rent from in the fut5
The Receptionist was extremely nice and did a great job, definitely the reason we gave 5 starts she was great!
NOTHING-SERVICE WAS GREAT
I was told to just leave the key in the ignition and go. I asked the attendant if he wanted to check over the truck he said no don't worry. I made sure I had the same amount of gas in the truck is when I picked it up. Now I get a bill for $16 saying that they had to put in gas. I should have made him check the truck in front of me so that we could go over it together. Rip-off
Your assistant was very professional. The manager was very helpful in explaining your rental policy and your u-box cost to ship to another state

Your customer service rep at the desk that morning was being completely harassed by a nasty customer. But eventually he did find him a vehicle - the customer was wrong. The store was very backed up but your rep did a great job trying to accommodate everyone after that
The entire location was unorganized and lost the key to the truck that I was renting.
Keep doing what your doing. I was very satisfied with the customer at this location.
To Remember to give all the equipments to the customer.

I picked up a car trailer from this location. After driving 11 miles with my car in tow, the straps that secure my front tires were both hanging on the side of the tires. Don't go to this location if you plan on towing you car...
Give customers options of daily or multiple day rentals,but that issue was quickly solved by customer service
Upon arriving to the saddle brook location I was not greeted by anyone even though the store was still open. There were two employees sitting down inside eating and joking around. They seemed more concerned about getting off shift than attending to the customer. After asking if they were still open one employee said yes and no as to indicate that clearly they were open but no they weren't going to do any work like check in my vehicle. I was told that if I left the van in the drop off area that I wouldn't be charge since I got theare before the end of my rental time. This was not the case though. The next morning I received and email stating that I was being charged an extra $40 because the employees decided not to do their job the night I dropped it off but to check in the van one hour after the cut off time the next day. I am currently in a dispute with the company to have my funds returned to me. It's a real shame that no one suggested that I do the self return because they were too lazy to check in my van. I would've gladly checked myself in. Steer clear on the night shift. It's probably better to arrive in the morning.
