I have rented from this location on Bay rd in Saginaw, Mi and have never had a bad experience. It has always been clean and organized with people who seem to care about their job and the customers. They are always priced reasonably not only for rentals but also their propane refills. Keep up the good work. - Mike

We had to wait while 3 employees helped 1 person that they said had no vehicle available. While I had a reservation and paid for online. Finally my friend interrupted the 3 and said we have a reservation.....then it took forever to get truck. I guess a semi was blocking my truck so they had to get another truck. The girl was very abrupt and just threw the dolly in back . This truck was almost on empty also. Very annoying!!!! I brought the truck back before it was due and it still had a half a tank of gas which I told the guy but he ignored the comment.

Preordered a trailer however when we went to pick it up stood in line for over 40 minutes to get it. Pleasant and helpful staff just not enough staff to handle the customer load.

I should never be rented a vehicle with less than half a tank of gas. This one had a quarter of a tank. That's unacceptable when you're picking up a vehicle. The check in link wasn't working so I couldn't upload pictures or verify mileage. I was told it was "probably fine" and there was nothing they could do. It feels like every time we rent the staff care less and less about providing any decent service.

The gentleman who prepared the truck and auto transport was very professional and helpful.

Truck came with low tire pressure that worsened within hours, tire condition was probably not ok. Truck also had a very beat up driver's seat that made it uncomfortable to drive. Staff was great to deal with, just the equipment was a little rough.

My issue is not with the store I interacted with. You almost lost a sale! You U-Haul forced me to lie to the rep at your store. Your online info is incorrect. The first agent looked up my truck and vehicle I intended to tow. So I had to go to another rep in the store and lie about what I was pulling. First of all, I have a truck that is rated to tow more than your system acknowledges. My half told has the max tow option. So from the factory it can tow 11800 #. I also have airbags on it so the suspension is more robust. The vehicle I towed was a 2010 Traverse for about 110 miles. I even had someone cut me off so I had to hit the brakes hard to avoid hitting them. I had no problems towing it. Plenty of power too. If you look that vehicle up it's not recommended for towing a2010 Traverse. If you look it up it tells me I can't even tow an Equinox. What is the purpose of the car hauler if you can't tow a car. I could see if it was a 3/4 or 1 ton truck but these are just basic SUVs. There is no reason to deny this.

The Saginaw office was great - The Conroe office staff was great but their trucks all needed service and I drove a truck with the service engine light going off and the child lock switch on the ignition was very unsettling. When we got to one destination, we try turning the key at least 20 times before it started. Once started we opted to not turn it off again and had to fill up with gas three times while the truck was running. Not very safe

The gas in the vehicle was almost on E when I got it and the paper stated it was at a quarter tank. I only drove 5 miles or less.

Simon, the store manager and Tracey, the assistant manager have a great team and they always provide excellent customer service. I never have any reason to even check out what a competitor's company may be offering. I honestly don't know and don't care because I know that with U-Haul I am going to have both great equipment and excellent customer service. Merci.

Was told prior to our arrival that they had a storage large enough for my 26ft truck but only had a 10x10 when I arrived so I had to go to a Storage down the street for the other half of my household.

The storage was facility was clean well it everybody was professional. I needed to use a truck to move my things. The truck that I use that headlight was not working correctly and I did not know because I didn't do a check with the staff before I left with the truck and the brakes were skipping, and I informed them as well when I return the truck, but overall it was good

Only one staff seems to want to help all the men I talked to just wanted to rush me off. Unit was smaller then I expected for the price you are charging found a 10x20 for 80 a month...that's not 10 feet height so everything thing can but can fit.

Owner Tracey Sequin and her crew were so helpful and friendly! Over the four years we stored our goods here, we've been nothing but delighted. On our move-out day, Tracey was gracious and very dedicated to making sure all our needs were met in detail, with a happy smile. Excellent business!

It was a huge inconvenience getting my stuff out of storage February the 14th around 6:00 p.m. because the two sliding big doors did not open and they've been broken for months and the price of the storage is kind of high price could be lowered I left my storage clean

Tracy checked me in originally and was VERY helpful. The various staff lenders keep in contact by radios and appear to work very well together (no sniping comments). I do not know the young man who helped me with parking my truck as i moved into the storage unit and then who subsequently checked in my rental truck, but he was SO KIND. Tall thin dark- complexion, great smile, wearing a boonie hat. I was so very appreciative of him.

I was not told that the 24 hour access was untrue. It is only extended hours which no sign even explained what that meant. I need the exact times. This resulted to me getting locked out of the building while I was still unloading and had to take an extra day to unload and drive 5 hours. This entire experience was garbage and has cost me 400 bucks and U-Haul thinks they are going to charge me for miles but I will not or I will get my 400 I am owed. Will never move with U-haul ever again.

Great place and staff... but outside in the winter is a slip and fall begging to happen. The entire area behind the building is not salted and barely plowed it seems. Almost fell several times.

Everyone was friendly but my card never worked so I would always have to go in and each time have to wait while they tried ti fix it until finally they would let me in themselves. It was super frustrating especially when I wast tying to grab something quick.

I did my storage unit online. However I was charged 4 times.went there discussed Iraq and he said I had to wait for the next business day and this was Saturday. Then after my First load because I'm currently in a law suite I took pictures befor and after I left and the first trip! Came back and things where different. Bulta where missing and the storage unit next to me has a unit with electricity running from it to my unit. I spoke the manager about it and she told me The was medication and a fridge that needed to be ran in that unit. Then I told her that just seemed weird because we where not allowed to to that. She said they paid extra and there was a camera in the unit as well. Well why do u need a camera in the unit of you ha e them in ever corner or hall of th storage place? Little writes to me. I asked to change units and I did. Came back to the new unit and same thing. My property where moved and the structure of my unit was different. Very strange and in easy. The workers keep saying no one can get in so it makes me question is it the employees who are messing with the units themself! After I complained manager was very rude and said I couldn't do anything unless I had pictures. I told her yes and she got mad and Walked off. Why would you be so mad at me about figuring out why things are being messed with? I didn't want to question any more and could tell she was not interested in my Issue the manager that is. Then they guy that helped me Saturday was nice but when I went on Monday to address my Fees still on there him hisself gor mad and said whatever and walked away.

The only concern I have it cleaning up right outside of the large door more often. I have seen sharp objects and glass often, and stepped on one which sent me to get a tetanus shot.

Having to pay for night access after paying over $150 a month for the unit is way too high. The access times are terrible, and waiting at the place for help is always too long. I would not reccomend.
