Simon was a fantastic person to work with! I accidentally rented a storage unit instead of a truck and his humorous handling made me feel ever so slightly less an idiot. He deserves a raise and a promotion!

johnna p. | First ImpressionsTracy checked me in originally and was VERY helpful. The various staff lenders keep in contact by radios and appear to work very well together (no sniping comments). I do not know the young man who helped me with parking my truck as i moved into the storage unit and then who subsequently checked in my rental truck, but he was SO KIND. Tall thin dark- complexion, great smile, wearing a boonie hat. I was so very appreciative of him.
