Jerry A.What bothered me was I rented a 6x12 trailer and when I got it home I noticed that the opening on the back was closer to 4,8 ft which would not work so I brought it right back. Then was still charged the full amount. If a rental doesn't work and is returned in a respectable amount of time I don't understand why the full amount is charged. There wasn't enough time between when I left and when I brought it back to do anything.
David G.The store where we rented from was good however we had a problem with the trailer in Grand Junction Colorado with a tail light out. After visiting the Uhaul there at 2949 North avenue Lonnie had us back on the road with a replaced fuse. He was very Helpful. At our 1st stop in Utah the trailer light was out again and after purchasing more fuses it continued to blow them immediately. So we continued to the Uhaul store at 1080 UT-118 and talking to the people there that were absolutely no help at all. They told us all we could do was call road service. Which brings me to my next problem. Contacting road service through the app or by phone is extremely SLOW! After quite some timne they had located a service man an hour and a half away. After figuring out he was along the route we were going we called the service man direct and decided to meet him there. This leads to the only bright spot of the day. We finally met Rick from The Beaver Valley Chevron station. After Rick looked at it he determined that there was a dead short in the wire leading to the taillight. After over the three and a half hours of dealing with this and even though Rick had a trailer he could replace it with, and dealing with road service again, through the app and on the pho ne , It took him calling to finally get something done. Needless to say at this point My wife and I were seriously disappointed with the whole Road service aspect of this rental. Five stars to Rick at the service center and maybe 1/2 to everything else.

richerd W.I needed the truck a couple more days and had emailed after they emailed me and I called regarding this extension. No problems so I thought. I'm a single mom with a 5 year old trying to work and pack and move things to storage all at the same time . So I needed the truck a couple more days. But before I could get the truck back to them on my way to work they have it towed because they started the recovery process which means they reported it stolen. Needles to say this location is not about customer service and God forbid you need the truck a little longer. But now they want to be blowing my phone up. I do not recommend this location to anyone that needs a uhaul truck

STEVE K.When I arrived there was a huge line. I waited for 30 min. in line then when I went to do the online check out the internet was so slow that I couldn't do it nor would it load the pictures. Then when I turned the key and put my GPS in the truck the plug in part was not working which I needed the GPS to work, so I had to get a new truck. It ended up taking me an hour to pick up the truck and on 100 plus degree weather that really made it hard on us. I was told that it would be about $85 when I was done you chared me $120. for the bill. I didn't drive in anywhere extra just to Agency MO, to the school in Atchison and then back to St. Joe like we figured.

Finally got to speak to someone at the 800 phone number. She wasn't much help and I'm still waiting on a manager to return my call. Overall the 24/7 app is AWFUL!!!

Robert B.Hire more help or have employees available at time of scheduled pick up. Make the alarm louder if a customer does enter the store without an employee inside. Review management and their customer service abilities. Whether I was in the store 10 mins or 20 mins by myself it was completely unprofessional. Added to the fact that I then have to go through all the check in steps I had completed online making me even later and completely set everything else in motion to fail and take twice as long costing me twice as much

Ricardo T.Being that this was my first time moving anyone I had lots of questions so I went to this location to book the rental. The lady (I didn't catch her name) was knowledgeable and walked me through everything that I would need for the trip. This location was convenient to drop off equipment.
Danell H.The cab of the rental reeked of body odor, cannabis, and something else. I actually had to pull over and let the vehicle air out for about 30min before I could continue to my destination and pick up the piece of furniture that I needed to move. It was a struggle not to hurl just from the 10 minutes I had been driving in that stench. Other than that, all worked well.

They accommodated my several needs last minute at closing time. They gave me guided tour and great detailed instructions which I appreciated. This is not the first time I've done business with them and certainly will not be the last when I'm in St. Joseph, MO. I also witnessed them teaching new employees. They are kind and respectful. I hope they are somehow recognized for their customer service.

Neither hm or the district manager know how to call customer obviously because I called numerous times over months and was told they would call me and they never did. Finally had to call corporate office to get anything done but yet these people keep their jobs! Time for higher management to step in and watch what is really going on in this store and start making changes because it is not good when they treat customers how they do! I moved my things out as quickly as I could because I was tired of the treatment I was receiving

I was abit disappointed in the fact that i didn't get credit back for not opening the blankets. I also picked up the truck on half tank and returned it with 3/4 tank. It would have been nice for that and unopened blankets to take care of the $4 for going over mileage.
