The manager of this location is HORRIBLE! He was supposed to put my storage on auto pay instead he did not and I was charged late fees more than once. Neither hm or the district manager know how to call customer obviously because I called numerous times over months and was told they would call me and they never did. Finally had to call corporate office to get anything done but yet these people keep their jobs! Time for higher management to step in and watch what is really going on in this store and start making changes because it is not good when they treat customers how they do! I moved my things out as quickly as I could because I was tired of the treatment I was receiving
