The staff was AMAZING!!!!!!!! Simply amazing. They went above and beyond to help me. When the gal at the front desk didn't know what to do, her co-worker that was clearly off of the clock and just stopping by, stopped to help her and then took over so we could get what we needed quickly. She was fast and efficient. Explained everything to me clearly and walked me to my storage unit so I got what I needed. On the following day, I received a phone call from the manager, Steve and he had found my credit card. He held it securely for me until I was able to come pick it up. I was so impressed with the honesty of this facility and how friendly everyone was. Will always go back to this place when I need a U-Haul. Always.JOSUE C.

Your system needs to be more flexible if their are multiple contracts that are setup under one customer. For example, if a customer decides to use the ubox/trailer pick-up and drop off service, it was terribly difficult to connect with someone that could add a ubox to my existing contract. They often would just make a new contract. The phone system automatically forwards to the call center when sometimes I'm just willing to wait to talk to someone at the local store so that things are setup correctly. When it came to get my uboxes delivered, I spent probably 5 hours on the phone and then decided to drive to the location to resolve the issue. I was there for about an hour trying to get the system to allow the contracts to be combined and delivered to my home and then picked up empty. It was a real pain. The service to be able to load a ubox one at a time and pick up a new one is great...though the pain of trying to get things delivered would veer me away from moving this way again. Hope this helps someone in the future.Ryan R.
I was one hour late returning two dollys and they charged me for a whole additional day. I don't think that is good customer service. I was already paying for an extra day, then the one hour makes it a 3rd day no exceptions. I will not come back to this location. It is only $14 but it's about the principle. They have dollys everywhere in that store there is no shortage of them. No reason for that kind of treatment to a loyal customer.JAYCEE C.

You need to properly maintain your vehicles. The coolant level was very low. The service engine light kept coming on, vehicle needed an oil change. And the summer washer fluid froze the system up. These are things that can easily be fixed.Roland R.

We picked up the truck after someone stole gas from this location, then was told to bring it back with a quarter of a tank and he would give a us a small credit.. we filled the truck not knowing how much this truck was going to use beings that we have never rented one. We drove 10 miles and had to bring it back with over three quarters of a tank and was told no extra credit as they did not ask us to bring it back with 3/4 of a tank and said and we did not ask to pick up a truck that was empty.. unsatisfied!!!!Homer B.

The staff tried to lie an say the truck was full an it was at a quater tank when i picked it up when that dident work they tryed to say there was damage to truck they wasted my time and made me angry trying to lie like they did and still got me for $180 the only one. When I arrived for storage the staff gave me too small of a unit because they assumed my trailer was a smaller size than it actually was and I had reserved a bigger unit in advance. If they had looked at my account and reservation to begin with they would've seen the trailer was a 6x12. After unloading a few items I knew it was too small so they said they were overbooked by ten units and didn't have a bigger size. I reserved everything in advance so after they looked on computer and me telling them I absolutely need a bigger unit they magically had my original size available. When I moved out and closed out the unit on Dec 1st they could not find my storage unit under my name. They had put both my first name with my emergency contacts name. So the guy who originally put my info in the computer messed up and did not even seemed like he wanted to be there or was new but none of this is my problem. I was glad to have had the free first month because I definitely wouldn't have wanted to pay for all these unnecessary employee errors. I reserved a 9 foot van for pick up in Draper, UT. I was never notified that my van was not going to be available. I was sent to another locale in Sandy, UT.
