Mobile check-in took almost an hour and on-site employee was not helpful. It’s ridiculous how bad this company is with CustomerService and UX. I would use someone else if there was another option in my city.

Tried mobile pick up truck was not in correct location. And was parked in between 2 trucks. Could not get it out and had to wait for employee who was a complete asshole about moving the trucks before the store was open. I rent about 20 trucks a year and this is the first time having a problem anywhere in the country.

Hire new people. The staff member that "helped" me was not friendly & extremely unprofessional. I made a reservation online and instead of helping me with my reservation she canceled it and made me redo it in-store, then charged me more for the in-store rental than my online reservation.

The customer service representative was unprofessional and aggressive. He didn't look at me once through the entire process, greet me, or answered any questions as I asked him. In fact, he completely ignored me as we were going through the rental process. Horrible experience with him, but I got my rental quickly and efficiently. I wish the employee watching the counter was professional.

Offer half the amount of moving blankets and/or reimburse for the bag that was never opened or used. 12 is to many some times! I believe this has happened at least twice from uhaul Also, it would be nice to have a “certified” person available for propane service, this is the 3rd! time we have tried to have propane tanks filled all with the same results; the worker on duty has always had the same answer when asked for help... “IM NOT CERTIFIED” It doesn’t matter what time of day, it’s always the same. No propane!!

Counter person was outstanding. The workers that maintain the vehicles lazy and uncaring. The paperwork process takes awhile, plenty of time to fuel the truck and have the car dolly hitched to the truck.

Lady that checked us in said dont accept cash anymore there but when called they said they did. Didnt want to use the card because now have to wait for the refund of my money, which we needed and now told can take 3-5 days. She said would have accepted cash if she was working the day we had to return it, which did not make sense.

There was some confusion with regard to use of an established corporate account on the part of our employee wanting to use a 10' box truck - the local office was rather uncooperative. Once our central office was able to submit a reservation via telephone to the 800 number, the local office then cancelled the reservation because our employee did not have the corporate account number - the reservation had been paid for, why did he need a corporate account? Later that morning, another reservation was in place and the rental secured. The receipt for the rental sent to our central office was then billed at a different rate requiring more time to resolve - you make it hard, Uhaul.

Vehicle kept flashing (check tire pressure-check engine-service) vehicle was clean. Waited in front office for 15 minutes for service person to talk outside before getting help. Also while helping she continued to talk to other people (appeared to be friends) while taking care of me. Took to long to Get out of there.

Excellent! The attendant was knowledgeable and professional. He explained how to operate the truck and carried out our supplies for us. The truck was very clean and ran like a new one. Due to road construction in front of the store, we needed to use the street behind Uhaul to reach it, but that is a city issue, not a company one.

GET SOME REAL MEN IN THAT STORE..........Me being a Woman, I was returning a trailer and trying to back it up I was struggling. I walked into the store to see a Man sitting behind the counter looking at his cell ph he looked up so I know he saw me struggling with that trailer HELL I was right in front of the store..No Greeting,NO HELP AT ALL.(Chris). A woman custermer service had to help me with my trailer

Hire more people to get customers in and out. While the woman who helped me was helpful and courteous I waited for over an hour for my rental that I had a reservation for causing the help I hired to leave then charging me $40.55 because I was late because I was in the uhaul store for over an hour

Hire more employees, when you have scheduled times to pick up equipment it’s for a reason not for the time to have to get pushed back due to the lack of employees at the location.

Kimberly is a fantastic Customer Service person and probably the reason people come back to this location. Most of the rest of the staff is moderately good The truck I rented was dirty in the back, the clip that holds the visor on the in place fell out at the slightest touch. Not sure why I rented a truck rated at $19.95/day and could have brought it back 24 hrs later under that same rate but was charged $20.00 late fee when I brought it back after hours on the SAME DAY- other than the contract was written up as me returning the same day. That type of billing doesn't seem right and I really feel I should be reimbursed for that or credited the next time I rent.

The drop off location I selected when I reserved my trailer was no longer in service. Didn't know that until I tried to return it! That led to having to locate a different facility which took quite a bit of time. Update your listings!!!!!!!!

The woman who worked at the location had my son (after finding out how old he is) stand up to show her son how short he is for his age, and embarrass himself, so they could both openly laugh at him, because he's 15 and her son is 17 and her son is much taller.

I was sent to a empty lot for drop off that was 13 mi from my house. when there was a u haul 3 mi from my house, then I was sent to South Bend for drop off and the girl was mad the lot was full and she gave me a lot of attitude towards me but the end she was a little nicer I will properly not use U Haul and go back to Penske .
