Very rude staff that rushes into business. They don't take time to explain to you what you should have done. They threw us a key at the last minute. We drove off and when we came back they try to attribute a silly damage on the top of the truck that we would have never think to inspect. The white lady went straight to that so called damage as if she was aware of it. We felt like we were trapped and fortunately we had paid for insurance. Because we are a group of foreigners speaking a different language among us they assumed that was because we stupid. No dummies, we speak another language because we were not born in (England) not because we are illiterate. I had to tell them that they look like they were taking advantage of us, and that they had not told us to inspect. Also that we paid for insurance and there was no way in our less than 20 miles rent we would have went somewhere, under some kind of low bridge to get the top of the truck damaged. I am still upset about it even if they were not able to cut that check from us. Lesson learned.

I went for a wiring installation and the guy took and hour to install it and let an entire mess on my car, also the trailer that I rent for a motorcycle when I did the reservation they told me that it has a ramp and the one that they gave me it does not, I am a customer of uhaul but this time the customer service was awful.

I ordered blankets didn’t get any and got charged for it. The truck was not on full I filled full. One of the guys checking the truck in was super rude making gestures at me and laughing with the other guy working for him. Took over 35 minutes to get the truck no enough help and the guy who helped did not know what he was doing kept waiting for the lady he was working with to help him. Poorly managed, poor customer service. I would like some kind of reimbursement for the terrible experience.

I wish I would have went with another company, because the service I received here, was unacceptable. The 1st thing is , my morning was not going as planned ( and I know its not your fault) , so I was running behind, so I originally said that only needed to rent the truck for 8 hours, but was running maybe 2 hours beyond my scheduled time and that's when I asked could I keep the truck longer, and was told NO. I understand everyone is trying to collect late fees and everything, but at least explain to my why the answer is no, instead of me having to go to the website, to find out the answer, ( bad customer service). The second issue is that why do I have to bring the truck back to the same location, that is beyond unacceptable. I have never heard anything of the sort and the only reason is why you would not is so that i would drive more miles and go over allotted miles and then that would be two fees ( a late fee and then an over the mile fee) ( WOW U-Haul, do you guys need money that bad.. The third is that if you are not going to let keep the truck longer without charging me a late fee, then why does it take them 30 minutes or even more to get me the key and everything, so that I can hurry up and return this piece of GOLD back to you.

There are only 4 options in Jacksonville, FL to drop off a large truck and this was the closet. Upon arrival to drop off the rental, no one was there to meet us, so we went inside. There was an employee speaking with what appeared to be a customer but in a personal manner. I walked by her and she did not even acknowledge me or my mom. I went and got in line behind the 1 person at the counter. While I was waiting to drop off another young woman entered the store and the employee immediately stopped her conversation and greeted the young lady and took her right to the counter and began to assist her. I was still standing in the line and she never looked at me or acknowledged that she had completely ignored me. Her behavior was unacceptable for a customer service agent. The other young lady assisted me and got someone to help me complete my drop off. The young man that assisted was excellent, but because of the behavior of the first employee I encountered, I will not be using them again.

I was told my Saturday reservation was “bumped” at the San Jose location even though I made it on Thursday so I didn’t have a truck reserved. I was not notified of any changes. Terrible service too

Unfortunately, this was the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. I have used this company at least 10 times in 3 years and have never had this level of unprofessionalism. They gave away our truck and waited until we were in the store to let us know.

Awesome staff, great rental location.. A. Williams runs a tight ship. Her lot is neat, and well organized. Her inside store is well stocked with moving boxes and supplies. Always a pleasure.

When we came to drop off the uhaul no one was out front to take the truck they were helping other customers so we went inside to see what we needed to do or if we could just leave the truck there and the girl working at the desk was on her phone and didn't lift her head to tell us that we had to go back outside and wait for an attendant to help us. This was very unprofessional and made me feel like i was a bother instead of trying to help us or get us out of there faster or even help her team because they were busy outside while she was sitting inside alone with no customers on her phone. The person who helped us check the truck back in was very prompt and kind.

Rented a truck to empty stirsge init. 1 day late on storage - made me pay. Never again. Paid, rented a truck, emptied unit. Understaffed, very busy. Truck would not start....what a mess !!!!

The staff put a lock on one of doors tor an audit. The movers I hired @$85.00 an hour. Stood around 45 minutes doing nothing. Costing me over the 3 hours I had scheduled them for. There is much more.

I used your outside parking storage. The spaces and the drive lane are too narrow, the chance of hitting or being hit while backing into a spot is too high.

Your facility is grossly understaffed. Waiting time is runs from excessive to forever, for example it took over 45 minutes to just turn in my remote for the storage. This is unacceptable.
