jose p | First ImpressionsI went to stop the rental of my storage unit there was a few people in the lobby the staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in helping the customers. After quite a wait I let the person at the counter know I was canceling my rental unit and returning the truck I rented. They told me they would email me a copy of the receipts. I received a phone call yesterday, asking for payment of the unit, I went back and checked my records and found that I never received a receipt for the unit being canceled and I was charged for the month of June and July.
Nathaniel D | Overall ExperienceThe general manager is always at the desk working and I love to see that. This is the most efficient and well ran U-Haul i have ever dealt with. As long as she is still there, i will continue to only use this location in the future
Trevor V | Overall ExperienceManagement needs to be looked into Poor communication Staff not trained to handle simple tasks Location: Unsafe/unsecure - our equipment was broken into. Management never reported. Police were contacted and nothing was done.
