You can start by asking your customer service agent to take a shower and use deodorant. He smelled so bad that nose burned. He dresses like someone that has been on a cattle drive for 6 weeks without a change if clothes and very little water. That's my only complaint. He knows his job well and performs his duties exceptionally. Just wish his hygiene practices were a bit more attentive.
marcos R.There seemed to be one employee available and she spent 30 minutes trying to attach a trailer for a customer. Two more customers waiting inside. I ended up using the online return portal to return the trailer myself.

The web site should also show the location address of where the container has been delivered with a direct phone number to the location where it is at. I had to call to find out where my box was stored. On hold for 15minutes. Then I was given a number that just rang back to the national number where I was left on hold again for over 15 minutes. I had to drive to the location after getting the address just to find out that I was supposed to give 48 hour notice of pickup? All of this could have been avoided if the web site was more informative. I am definitely not happy with the service of letting me know when it was delivered to the storage unit near me and contact information of the storage facility. You have a great web site when it comes to placing an order. Please make some upgrades to serve your clients and your local offices once the product has been rented and delivered to the storage facility!

Vic S.Requested a 10 ft truck was quoted online for A 15 foot by the system. Waited for well over 25 min in the store because they were busy but only one person working. No one communicated about the precheck survey in store. The appliance cart we paid to rent was absolutely worthless because the wheels were completely shot and didn't turn properly ended up having to lift our heavy stuff we needed to move by hand could have paid just a bit more and purchased one... Do better....honestly we were quite frustrated with the dolly being so crappy and lack of communication when picking up the truck.... This is my first time using u-haul and it Definitely left us wondering if there are better options here in grand island.

Gregg H.The truck was clean. It was a total piece of junk. Both doors leaked air. The engine made a horrible screeching noise at acceleration. The doors didn't latch tight. There was something loose and rattling in the driver door. The truck wasn't even equipped with cruise. I drove it 200 miles and cruise was expected. The headlights were not aimed properly. The walk up ramp needed some kind of adjustment. It was extremely difficult to deploy and retract.
Jennifer M.You can begin by cleaning the inside of the cab. This was the dirtiest truck we have ever rented. Sand, food and filth inside delayed our trip since we had to stop and clean the truck ourselves before we could travel. On the rental contract we were provided 4 days yet we were called and told to turn the truck in before 3 days were up.

I have a picture to prove however, didn't take a picture when we left Grand Island. Maybe you should recommend that to people so the can defend themselves when there's a dispute! Not happy!! Key Dropbox is a joke... not secure at all!

Brian J.I can't compare this location to any other as I've never done business with any other location. The truck I drove made some funny noises when I had the air conditioner on, but the lady I spoke with upon return said the truck was going out that evening for servicing.

The truck was DIRTY I informed the location and was told the girl who cleans the trucks obviously didn't do her job. I RECEIVED NO COMPENSATION at all! Very disgusting. Very very POOR service. Not even an apology.

Elia R.1st they changed the location of my truck to be over an hour away in the opposite direction, It took over 3 hours to get our truck. The rep kept going & helping other people & talking about her weekend plans with another person while my 5 & 6 yr old waited & waited. Then she couldn't find the keys which took another hour. Not impressed
