Don't have any negative comments about this place. They are very accommodating and friendly. They go out of their to give great customer service. I live 4 hours away and rented a trailer from them and they made sure my visit was perfect.

U Haul is responsible for renting a safe vehicle I told her. I would appreciate so reimbursement as we had to follow the vehicle close bc I f no tail lights. Lisa WillmanMy rental agreement stated 1/4 tank of gas, which was incorrect. I had luckily taken a picture before I left the facility but when I called to dispute the charge the representative initially tried to give me grief regarding the rental agreement until I submitted the proof via email. They corrected the charge on the account as they should but had I not taken the photo I would have been charged an additional $52,57 for the fuel.

Mike WardynManagement was friendly and helpful, but unit was way more pricey than what it was worth. Very poorly lit; light from the hallway didn't reach into the unit. A single stretch of lights over each row of units could easily be installed at low cost. Access after office hours would have been nice too.

However, the staff stayed very friendly and customer focused even when some of the customers were not behaving civilly. Sometimes everything goes according to plan and that is preferred of course. But, the thing that sets a company apart is when things don't go according to plan do they adapt and do everything they can to make it right? The employees at this U-Haul location went above and beyond to do everything they could to earn the business of every customer who walked through that door.

UHAUL was professional and courteous and addressed this right away and made me feel confident that we would be able to move on our timeline and not acrue additional charges due to the mechanical issue.

It only give you an hour during the week to be able to access your unit. I kept papers that were needed and it was hard to get them before a Saturday. Other than that , the service was good. Not sure the employee's but a young gentleman, couldn't have nicer or helpful.
