It was great we had no complaints, I will also say that the service at the Uhaul Greenbriar Location was also excellent. When our normal propane place was unexpectedly closed, we went to get our propane tanks refilled at the Greenbriar Uhaul Location. The service at both places was excellent and the fact that you also refill propane tanks is a huge blessing.

Guy was totally rude and unreasonable. Truck wasn't even cleaned when I got in, but didn't have time to deal with the laziness of the staff. When drop came around the guy helping to sign the truck back in was the same rude jerk from the day before. He wouldn't listen to the reason why we ran behind today. Rude, disrespectful, and lazy ugh what a combo to have in an employee, got yourself a winner there U-haul *sarcasm implied*

Please speak to the young man that took receipt of my truck return. He has a lot to be desired for politeness and good customer service/good public relations. He did not greet me as I entered the building but rudely said, "can I help you" and because I did not respond immediately to his rudeness he kept repeating himself in a very obstinate manner. I held the truck key up in the air for him to see that I was returning a vehicle and he continued to shout out "can I help you". I responded back with a loud, "can you wait until I get inside first" (as I was coming in from the rain with my umbrella . I told him "no you can't help me" as I went to approach the person sitting to his left for assistance with my return. He snapped back with "he can't help you so how can I help you?" I don't feel that I should have to deal with this type of non professional behavior/conduct when doing business with your establishment. I have done business with U-Haul as a repeat customer for many years and I do plan to continue. But this young man needs training on good customer relations, for example, learning how to appropriately greet customers when they walk in the door.

The entire Uhaul experience was horrible from start to finish. I moved from Florida to Virginia, made a reservation online, then spoke to a rep on the phone to be sure everything was in line. I rented a truck and was offered a free month of storage with my rental so I accepted and requested that I return the truck at the same place as the unit, a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit. I stressed climate control and was assured that my unit was reserved. When I got here, the unit was a 10 x 15 NON climate controlled. The manager was very snooty and insisted that I had reserved it and no cc were available. I had to leave my stuff here for a few months as I was in an accident. I just spent 250 $to move my things to a different storage facility because my things were filthy, water had gotten in and mildew was on some of my furnture. There were also tons of dead bugs in my things. I rented a truck from this location to move - arrived to find they had cancelled because I was not there at 8 am. I told the (again) very rude and condescending manager that I was not made aware that I had to be there at 8 and she was short, cut me off, insisted that her employee said that, lectured on and on. Absolutely zero customer service. Turns out there were other trucks available, she could have apologized for the misunderstanding and made for a positive experience. I would not recommend at all. There are plenty of other storage facilities around here. For the record, the other employee was very polite.

Actually the 10' truck worked and operated well, but front bumper was falling off when I rented it and I didn't know it until I arrived at my destination. Luckily I wasn't charged for that.

This was more than I would have ever expected, she has a customer for life. Thank you for all of your help, I literally could not have moved out of my house in time without your help. This location was great but I had to go out of my way after being at a different location just to find out the truck I reserved was unavailable. Huge inconvenience, this is the second time I have reserved a vehicle through UHaul & the vehicle is not available. This made me late for my item pickup.

Make sure the tires are in good shape. A large piece of the tire rubber came off. Exposing the steal belts in the tire. I was lucky that I didn't have a blow out while transporting my wife car.

The only issue I encountered is when you close out your account you don't get part of your payment back. My payment 165,98 $ was due on the 24th of November and I closed the account on December 8th .
