Stuart P | First ImpressionsThe staff and handling of services were excellent. My concerns for security are that the door closest to my unit was never locked upon entering or leaving. Using my plastic key card on the swipe pad was unnecessary. Always had access without using it. Also lighting was very poor inside the storage units, unless your unit was very near a light source. Mine was not. Other than that... I had a good experience. The office personnel was always wonderful!
