The dude that was working he was very rude. He even hit me with a door bc I came outside and ask who was working the inside bc me and another customer was waiting he told me him n I have to wAit to be seen after he finish looking over two trucks I said o no we can walk out to store with so much stuff u r not professional at all and his reply was u cn wait or get out my store. He has broken glasses and not only that he was on the phone the whole time

Get people in there that have good customer service skill and know how to greet the customer when entering the establishment. I've never had a problem with this location until Nov. 14, 2021. The representative was very rude. The one representative never greets the customers and looks as though he don't want to be bother. I came in one day for a rental truck. They didn't have any and instead of say let me check another location. He just sat there and didn't even attempt to call another location. The Manager Samantha is really respectful and always willing to assist you anyway she can. One person can mess the entire business up.

The website is difficult to use and every time I call in, I'm the twelfth caller in the queue. I've been hung up on twice, no one returns my calls, referred to an office in South Carolina, even though we were looking for a place in Virginia, the list goes on and on. UHaul needs to step up it's game.

Love you uhaul I usually I have not complaints. This last location was but my vehicle was dirty outside and ok inside. The staff member in the am was so direct but no problems. Uhaul charge us 25 $for dirty vehicle what do I get when I have to deal with a dirty one. I had no time to change vehicles.

The man working there seemed annoyed to be working. He did a great job of unhooking our trailer quickly, but he was not friendly at all. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

I was having difficulty getting the mobile pickup to work. It asked for a another contact and verification I added my son but it kept saying it was already in his name. So I added friend and it said the same think. I asked the store person and she told me she couldn't help me and was very rude! When I called the contact # there was a 20 min wait so I had them call me back. After 20 mins someone called and was able to reset it and help me but the whole pickup took almost an hour. I will not use U-haul again.

When I got there the sign said stop and wait, I waited too long and had to go inside to get someone. Let's work on improving that. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location with good inventory of vehicle. Contactless vehicle delivery was a bust. Issues with the website prevented following through with the contactless and necessitated me going into the store front to complete the delivery process.

I have had my storage unit for a number of years and I have never had a problem. At the time of closing my unit I met with the manager she was extremely nice, very polite and concerned that all my needs were met, I appreciate that !!

The U-Haul rep was outside, which was helpful, but when I asked where to park the U-Haul trailer, he just kind of shrugged his shoulders and shook his head as if to say I was a bother or he was frustrated about something- poor customer service, period. Through the entire return process, he was short with me and had a poor attitude the whole time. Not a smile, nor a thank you the whole time. I'd just assume go elsewhere before I use this U-Haul shop again.

Ensure the person who is checking out the truck when you return and giving you total knows what he/she is doing. Person overcharged me, but thankful to woman at the desk, she noticed and fixed it for me. She was great, friendly, and helpful.

Poor customer service. Used app to check in and pick up the rental. Was following all the steps and proceeded to the office to retrieve the key. App specifically states to skip the line, head to the side of the counter show my phone to the attendant and get the key.. I could see the key hanging on the rack (literally a few feet away) and showed my phone to the attendant and stated I was already checked in online and just needed the key. She became very loud and rude and told me I needed to get away from the counter. I informed her I was simply following the very specific directions provided from the UHaul check in process... she made me continue to wait, answered some phone calls.. waited on another customer and eventually asked me my name... which I'd already provided with the phone... she finally turned around and handed me the key... which could have (and should have) been done in a matter of seconds upon my initial request with no delays for any other customers. It completely defeated the purpose of the having the convenience of online services not to mention the rude treatment and poor attitude of the attendant. Will never use this location again and will steer others clear if they need a rental.

The mobile check in was extremely slow. It took 15 mins from the time I started until I got the keys for the vehicle. Which cost me valuable time I could've been heading to my destination to get my stuff and drop it. If this is the average wait time from start to finish on the mobile check in then it needs to be indicated. So customers can start the process earlier than their pick up time and be done on time. Other than that everything went smooth with pickup and drop off. The mobile app pick up is a good idea but just needs some tweaking that's all.

Inside vehicle was clean outside was dirty. Vehicle not what was shown in booking ad. Agent seemed out out when questioned regarding rate charge and when vehicle returned when driver didn't see drop off spot initially

When i checked the vechile mileage it was not correct. Miles on my contract said 13740. On the van it read 113775. Manager said i would not be charge the 35 miles. But upon return i was charge the 35 miles. Unable to get in contact with the maanger. So i will not be using this location again

The customer service was absolutely atrocious the manager Samantha Tumminello was so rude and called me several times not only threatening me but with very inappropriate tone. Upon returning the truck the attitude was just as poor as on the phone and she even mouthed to me “ fuck you” and then Proceeded to flip me off as we drove off the property.

Have employees answer phones. Called several times when ready to drop off with no answer. Stopped by minutes later and employee right there inside office….couldn't answer phone?? Place was nice, clean and organized but employee could be a little more courteous and or friendly. Acted like I was bothering him. This location…never again.

Broke down for 4 hours. Service man that was sent was beyond rude. Called my husband stupid twice and told him he must not value his life due to where we broke down at like we had the choice of location to break down. The engine light on the truck came on the day prior to us leaving. He took the truck back, but they just waved him off saying it was probably just the o2 receptor that the truck was fine. Turns out a hose was missing completely, and the battery died. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN.

The customer service part of my transaction really sucked no understanding no compassion. She was very blunt and made an assumption without even knowing who I was and started not even to rent the truck to me because of the way that she felt. It took everything in me not to tell her off because I really needed that truck but I won't rent from that place again and will not refer anybody there they really need to work on their customer service and even my customer service when I return the truck back sucked as well the guy had no friendliness with them or anything.... Ughhh
