I'm guessing that the location is a hub. Lot's of equipment and a helpful lady running the floor. She was alone and needs help, but that's the whole country right now. People don't want to work. I felt a little bad for her. Even though she was multitasking in a huge way, she was still kind and professional.Rick C.

The staff was very professional, service was fast. After having picked up the truck, it experienced mechanical issues, there seems to be an issue with the solenoid. The truck would not start, the issue happened both times I turned the truck off to load/unload.Antony R.

My pick up location was changed 3 times after I was supposed to have guaranteed availability or $50 off from the location I selected. I did not receive $50 off after I was relocated three times. The location I picked up the truck from didn't have any of the equipment I requested. This was a pretty bad first time experience and I will be hesitant to recommend U-Haul in the future.Morgan T.
There needs to be more than just one person working a shift so that customers can be serviced and don't have to sit and wait. Then be late for the occasion that they are trying to get to. Customer service on the phone was terrible the lady repeatedly was raising her voice and talking to me as if I was her child or something when the problem that had occurred was not my fault it was yours your idea of fixing the problem was giving me a $50 credit which didn't cover me having to drive to multiple places just to get my vehicle. I asked to pick up my vehicle at a certain place was told that I could pick it up there but when I arrived I was informed that they didn't have my order and that I had to go somewhere else. When I got to the other establishment they were closed the owner of the establishment was very rude and disrespectful if I find another place that rents vehicles I would go with themDerrick D.

The truck I rent broker up a trip of one and a half hour turns to 10 hours nightmare trip the mecÃ¡nico how came couldn't fix it and the Crain he requested took 8 hours to arrive. We was moving our meats freezer and all my premium meat spoil because the malfunction of the truck that the company assigned to us. The website had multiple issues. Links to add photos, etc didn't work so I always had to call . The staff was always very friendly and helpfulChristine B.
The delivery and pickup of the uboxes were great! Locks had been placed on our uboxes and we were not given keys, but this was resolved. However, we are having major problems with the movers who we hired through MovingHelp (Reliable Movers), which is through UHaul. They damaged several pieces of furniture and MovingHelp is not helping us get it resolved. They say that since it has been over 60 days, they will not help. Our uboxes were stored for 61 days at a Uhaul facility, so there was no way for us to know what the furniture looked like until we unpacked. It seems that an exception to the 60 day policy would be made since the uboxes were stored for 61 days. Really disappointed.Steven R.
You can start by getting rid of the the manager she is rude and very condescending also getting all worker on the same page because none of them have a clue on what they are doing. If I schedule to pick up my U- box at 9am and they don't have it ready till 2 pm there is a problemROSE S.

The truck we got would not go over 45mph and would jerk really badly when shifting gearsâ€¦ also would over heat that caused us to have to use the truck for 2 extra days because we couldn't move it without stopping multiple times to cool down and check fluid levels.. but other than that everything was amazing and the staff at the location we picked up and dropped off was more than amazing and helpful!! Well it's kind of like this when I was on the phone earlier today with somebody I did not understand what they were saying but when I want to the location where I rented the U-Haul truck that young lady was phenomenal she explained everything to me she want and took her time she even looked at her assistant and told her to give me some water cuz I guess I was hot your in-house people doing excellent job the one that was on the phone earlier not so great but like I said the one in house those two ladies are rock stars thanksOscar D.

The lady who helped me check out was nice. When I got the truck it was still dirty. The steering wheel was sticky, there was something that looked like soda in the floor, and there was sticky old liquid in the cup holder. I got a rag off the cleaning cart by the dirty trucks and sprayed it with the cleaning spray to try and wipe it up but that didn't work. The way the truck felt when I was driving it was not good. It felt really unsafe. The driver seat belt was hard to pull out and it did not return on its own after taking it off. I had to manually push it back in. The steering wheel felt like it was really loose and when I was on the highway it shook so much that I had to keep over steering to keep it in the lane. The turn signals would not turn off by themselves after a turn. I would have brought it right back as soon as I left the lot but I was on a tight schedule. My dad explained all the issues that I had to the gentleman that I returned the truck to and he just smiled and told me how much I was getting charged for the trip. It seemed like he didn't hear any of the safety issues. Overall it was not a good experience and I hope nobody else gets in this truck.Monica R.

I will not be renting a trailer from here again as it is not described properly. Yes it is a 6ft x 12ft trailer, but the ramp opening is not 6ft as I was made to believe so I rented the trailer just to have to return it then go somewhere else and get one that properly fit my needs. Wish I would've known and the description of the trailer be accurate to what is being supplied and saved myself the $50. Location and staff is great just not happy with what being advertised isn't accurate.Kayla M.

I then called the location and spoke with a woman who said they'd remove the charge. 4 days later, I get a collection notice from U-Haul because someone failed to do their job properly. Kylie went above and beyond to make sure that our items arrived safely and on time. She had said that our u-box was too heavy for their forklifts to handle. I would recommend that the facility invest in forklifts that can pick up the maximum weight the pods can carry. The UHaul help line staff were absolutely outstanding! Every communication with them was thorough, pleasant and helpful. They were instrumental in making the move smooth, less stressful and assisted with resolving an issue at the destination end of the move. Costs were all upfront with no hidden fees. UHaul is a full 5 Star âï¸ âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ The UHaul 6061 South Sooner Road location at the destination end was not easy to work with. No one was available to answer the phone spanning two days of calling to resolve a problem. On the reserved pickup date the Moving Help company picked up the first set of UBoxes; upon returning to get the second set of UBoxes, there was no forklift driver to load them. Moving help returned the next day to collect the boxes but again; no forklift driver was there. After multiple unsuccessful calls both days I contacted UHaul direct - they contacted the location manager - Moving Help went back a third time to pick up the boxes once it was confirmed a forklift operator would be there. Had the location staff simply communicated with the movers saying the lift operator would be gone prior to their closing hours the first day or was running errands the second day and would return later in the day it would have saved a lot of frustration. An even better solution would have been to answer the phone from their end allowing an open line of communication between them, client & mover.Virginia S.

Have better trained Packers I know they don't work for UHaul but you do recommend them the people that loaded my boxes did not use the pads did not have a hand cart did not have a furniture dolly did not have heavy equipment moving straps they did not wrap my furniture even though I bought three rolls of the plastic wrap I returned two of them and they hardly used the one that was left. They only used the wrap on things that I was able to catch them and put them on alert that I needed them wrapped since they did not wrap anything the drawers dumped out so the drawers are all jumbled up and my iPad is nowhere to be found. I thought it got packed by mistake but it has not shown up in any of the stuff but the empty case is here . They had no system for packing so I had to get extra u boxes because they were not good packers. They broke the top to an antique marble table and damaged several of my furniture pieces with gouges and scratches and places where the pieces rub together in the Container. The group that unpacked the boxes were fantastic.Linda G.

This vehicle was overall one of the worst rentals I've had from Uhaul in many years. I recently rented another van which performed significantly betterâ€"in handling and gas mileage. Additionally, the cab was not clean including what appeared to be animal hair all over the passenger seat.Mark R.
