JACOB SNot sure where to begin, but this location needs help. When i arrived to get the truck there were 2 employees dealing with billing issues . No greeting for 10 minutes and manager was in office never came out to help. First truck given had check engine light. Helpful employee Roberto Rosa got me a 2nd truck. Issue was the windshield was broken. It was 28 degrees and I was short on time and had to take this. How does this happen? You have leadership issues at this location!
Glenn SThe sign says 19.95 I rented a small truck used for 3 hours went 17 miles I did rent hand cart and got 15 dollar protection and paid 100 dollars after initial price of 49. I was told other 50 bucks was gas and hidden fees

KEANMA MU-Haul was outstanding from start to finish with our moving experience. Customer service was excellent and the drivers were wonderful. We cannot say enough about the quality service all provided. The driver who picked up the box even called previously to confirm our pickup and asked if we were ready and ok with her pickup time. What a great company! Highly recommend!
maureen sI made reservations a month ahead. Called a week ahead to confirm pricing and to make sure everything was ready. A day before I get a call.no trailer. Had to drive and hour away. When I got there they had none of my info, had to go over that again. Pricing was very wrong finely got that straight. Truck drove beautiful. Bad trailer light plug. I needed the truck and trailer for another day. No problem. That will be $65 more. Get there and it was $88 more. Seems to be a lot of hidden charges with U-Haul.

We booked it at 6 am and when we went to pick it up it said they didn’t have a truck assigned and we had to wait for the location to open. We had movers scheduled this causing everything a delay plus travel time. We were told to reach out to the store manager. I called her and left a voicemail and no call was returned. Nothing was done for the inconvenience.

The company as a whole needs to do a deep dive into its businesses because the people running them do not have consistent qualities and services aligning with U-Haul. Disgusting, disrespectful, non communicative, my locks were changed without my knowledge and so were the hours of access. Constantly had my storage blocked with U-Haul trucks etc. never again !!!!!! Chantel is rude and has no customer service everyone has a bad story with her.

JOSE Ji have the paperwork which states it should have been left on 1/4 tank of gas uhaul took $27.30 for gas saying it shouldn't be 1/4 it should be 3/8 your paperwork should be updated if you want the gas more than the paperwork states! got the uhaul it was 49 miles on it returned it it was 112 /114 mi so im not understanding

HECTOR OReserved 6’ x 12’ trailer for an 1,100 mile, one way trip from Hammonton, NJ to Port Charlotte, Fl. When I arrived to pick-up the trailer at the Hammonton U-Haul location there was only one 6’ x 12’ trailer on site but two tires were so badly worn that I requested another trailer. I was told that if I took that trailer that if there was a problem on the road that U-Haul provides 24/7 road side assistance. My response was that I will not put my family in an unsafe situation and renting that trailer was not an option. I ended up traveling to the Vineland, NJ location (45 minutes out of my way ) to get another trailer. When I arrived the representative was expecting me and greeted me with courtesy and provided a trailer with four new tires. The representative explained the hydraulic braking system, hooked the trailer up to my vehicle and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. The trailer towed beautifully and without incident. Dropping the trailer off at the Port Charlotte location was also very easy and the U-Haul representative (Jimmy) also had me on my way in less than five minutes.

KEITH BOriginally, I ordered (2) U-box containers because that is what was recommended based on the size of my home. I ended up needing a third container and called to have it delivered. All (3) containers were picked up at the same time to ship from NJ to NC. However, the third container was not shipped with the other two. I was told the container was lost which was very stressful but eventually it was found and shipped. I received the container over a week later. When I asked to speak to a manager about my experience, I got a call from Michelle. Michelle identified herself as the scheduling manager for southern New Jersey. She was very nasty toward me and told me that it didn't matter how much I was inconvenienced. She said I had to pay forthe third container even though U-haul did not meet their timeline guarantees. I would love to discuss this further with someone in customer service. if not, I will not be using or recommending U-haul services in the future.

We cancelled the locker. This location and staff were a disaster for us, and cost us hundreds of $$$ in labor pay since we had labor with us and stood around until the truck was ready. I suggest you look elsewhere for storage, based on our experience.

This enabled us to load and rent the trailer before 9 am whereas the Millville location did not open until 9 am! Huge difference when driving to TN. ANGELO L | Expérience généraleIn the unit there is a place to put a light bulb but when I put one in it it did not work and we empty the unit without ant light except from ours phones and the light turned outside turned on past eight it should have turned on as soon as it darkens but there should be light in the unit it would have made it easier and the light outside should turn on sooner . I hope ugly understood me lol but I liked if there had no problems with anyone,the workers are nice helpful and the manager was great with us and yes in the Future I would come back . Keep up the good work!!!!!
