To begin with when I picked the vehicle up, there were two people waiting on people. They both ignored me and I have never had such rude service. I called back after leaving the site because my low tire sensor came on. She didn't even ask who was on the phone and told me that van's sensor didn't work. I got home and my husband put 35lbs of air in the tire that the sensor told me was low. The sensor went off but then it came back on, I had service come change the tire and the sensor never went off. I will never do business with U-Haul again!

Super customer service; I especially appreciated that I was treated as an intelligent and skillful person with experience by the staff that assisted me when I visited to scope out the trailers; get advice on procuring a hitch; and got the trailer hitched up. He covered all the details; gave me the basic driving tips; and boosted my confidence just enough to make me comfortable but not cocky. I had a very uneventful 1000 mile drive from Iowa to Virginia, including over and through some of West Virginia’s finest hills and “hollers.” I am a 66-year old woman driving a 2018 Subaru Forester; I know the drive very well, but never hauled a trailer before. Thanks for making my trip safe and affordable. My kids are thrilled to have the bookshelves and other furniture and loot I brought out to them. : )

The Customer Service was horrible. The guy running the front counter was not welcoming and rude to other customers. I won’t be coming back to this location I will go to another store if my needs arise.

We drop off the vehicle that night with the drop off. Both my wife and I phone was dead and we wasn't able to do something cost us addled $20 on our final bill. We we got home we try to do it but it wasn't registering our location. Had they informed us when we pick up the van we needed our phone we would of just waited until the am. Not happy about the addled $20 charge. We will go back to Penske their drop off is very simple...That is our only complaint..Thank you

The agent that hooked the trailer didn’t hook trailer up correctly in fact we been trying to get a hold of someone there and no one seams to answer the phone

They were extremely busy on Sunday morning. Most people were decent a couple of irate people but the u-haul people kept their cool. SE-14 needs a larger facility or u-haul needs more locations open on Sunday. Everything else was great the people too.

It was a little longer than I wanted to wait but overall they did a great job With getting to the point where I can unload my U-Haul into my storage unit and they also help me get my car off the tow dolly at least the straps anyway thanks guys

My original scheduled appointment was not honored. I took off from work on Friday, September 27th for the appointment and when I got there, I was told I missed my appointment. My confirmation showed the 27th, I had to re-schedule for today. For this reason, I needed to Uber to and from work. The work done today was good but the schedule issue cost me.

No one would come out to help. Person mentioned he was in training and couldn’t help. Said someone would be right out. After 30 min I did a self check out on the app and unloaded the trailer myself. Terrible service.

Person at counter did not read that everything was already paid for and set up online. We could have been out much faster. Also not happy that the original dedication was changed to this location. We ended up going over on miles because of this. The truck could have been taken to the requested location by a employee. That would be great customer service. Also name on respiration was changed to the drivers name. I needed the receipt to say Tasha chestnut as requested. Tasha chestnut

Terribly understaffed. Impossible to get through on the telephone. Long lines, long waits. I am done with UHaul. 800 line help call quality was very poor with confusing background voices. Very bad experience.

Left item in truck, customer service messaged location and they called back within an hour to let me know they had my item, thank you!

I was charged 20 fee for bringing back truck after hours. I was NEVER told this would happen and I called customer service at which time they said they would notify the location to call me back. Never heard from them so I went in to the store 2 days later and was told the manager was at a meeting and would call me back that day. Guess what?? NO RETURN CALL!! I'm calling customer service again tomorrow.

I was given a smaller storage that I did not reserved. Because of that, my stuffs did not fit in the smaller storage. I left some of my stuffs outside the storage and now they are gone/stolen. I think this U-Haul location is responsible for my missing stuff. I am not happy and hold your responsible for not giving me the bigger storage I reserved.

The facility was always dirty and covered with litter. Many times the U-Haul card access door did not work, we had to wait in a long line, to ask an employee to open the access door.

I'm on autopay and got charged for a late fee. I followed the instructions from the customer service department and they are trying to charge me after I moved out. They never answer the phone. Awful.

Manager Tim Hunt is rude and unprofessional. He does not return phone calls. He does not understand his own accounting system. He does not follow through with actions. F- service!

The parking and loading/unloading situation is very unwieldy. Vehicles often have to block one another and the main exit lane was blocked by a truck. The location probably needs more parking space.

The only reason I wouldn’t is the parking- the quantity of trucks and trailors make it nearly impossible some days to park and access the storage unit. Employees perhaps should park elsewhere?

The storage unit itself was creepy, not lighted at all. We had to provide our own light. Too expensive for the outdated unit. Newer units are easy and very well lit.
