I did rent a U-Haul truck on June 5, 2021 and it was great except there was to be a furniture dolly in the truck, but I did not end up with one. It had a regular dolly but I did not use it. Thank you LindaLINDA G.
Brought the truck back, waited quite a while for a CSR to come in. Then when I questioned the charges, I didn't get any decent answers, and then the phone rang. The CSR stopped, answered the phone, and I waited 15 minutes while she ignored me while setting up a reservation for the caller. That, was RUDE! I finally left. Oh, and I never did get an answer.RANDALL L.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I waited 30 minutes to pick the van up and 30 more to drop it off. The one guy there was doing his best to handle the workload of two or three people. I would give a lower rating but I don't want it to negativity impact your one employee.Chris O.
The check in system using the phone was awful. Kept asking me for alternate contacts, but they were rejected because the were listed as alternate drivers or wouldnt answer the phone call from Uhaul. Who answers their phone when it's a number you dont know?? I ran out of names to give and I gave up. People at the front counter were wonderful and soon I was on my way.Nancy K.
