The agent who helped connect and disconnect was amazing. Great customer service, and even in the rain he disconnected the trailer for me because it was very cold. I appreciate the service and this location is very fast.

My storage unit was broken into and my stuff was stolen. The staff were very rude to me when I was trying to figure out what happened and what to do from that point on. My storage unit door was damaged and the manager took my lock off and left it so any one could get into my unit. When I asked her about it she said there's nothing else she can do. I called corporate and they offered me a new unit so I could have my things secure, I'd never rent from Uhaul again nor recommend it.

The man that helped me reserve the trailer was wonderful - great costumer service. He checked to make sure the wiring worked on my vehicle, he made sure I had necessary towing parts and explained the process of picking up the trailer. The women at pickup were also fabulous - excellent costumer service. The woman who hooked up the trailer also explained everything and did a great job of teaching me how to hook/unhook the trailer as this was the first time I've pulled a trailer.

A pick up is advertised for $19,95 but when it’s time to settle up we had to pay close to $60 to use a pickup for about an hour and maybe 15 miles you guys are a total rip off scam lairs

I feel like the instructions on how to drop off the truck we're somewhat unclear, and could be more detailed. Other than that minor flaw I really enjoyed my experience with U-haul. Will definitely consider using this service again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Only wish that Uhaul had a slightly tiered usage allowance as we only needed the car hauler for about 2 hrs to move our son's car from his apt to across town to the dealer service dept. 2-4 hr vs 24 hrs might have offered a slightly cheaper expense.

Truck cab smelled like weed and the truck had a bad shake over 35 mph that was worse when loaded. Felt like an out of balance tire. Staff wàs great.

We reserved a one-way truck from Fargo to St. Cloud. The day before our reservation we were told we would have to drive to Whapeton ND to pick up the truck which would have added another hour to our drive. Frustrating that the website accepted our reservation only to change it. We ended up picking up the truck in St. Cloud and driving it both ways which unfortunately added more cost to the move.

The only issue was seeing every row plowed out and getting to the last row, where my locker was, and it was only partially plowed and snow still half up the storage door because they stopped plowing right before my locker. I came back the next day and it wasn't much better. In the year or two I had it I made 3 wasted trips because I couldn't get at it. Other then that it's very nice place.

We had an outside unit, there was a leak and I had a lot more damage to my stuff then realized at first. We also cleaned out and closed before the end of the month a week early. No compensation for damage or early leave. Don't use this one specifically. I have used other Uhaul's storage and they were much better.

Four plus years as a customer. Ever really had an issue until I went to empty my storage shed. I went to open my storage shed and my key wouldn't work. I assumed I had lost it and checked in with the employees. They said I had left a key. All great went to un lock again and key breaks in lock. Well I decide to get a locksmith. Get the shed open and found the locking mechanism and my old lock in the storage shed. The one my key actually works on. Go to complain and check out and come to find out my shed had been "broken into" they had a police case number but no one contacted me. Would have been nice to know. They had my old number listed despite documentation showing I had called and updated my number. The alternate number that is still correct... well apparently they don't call that number. Only one item in my storage shed was broken, ultimately didn't care about that. But because of the Kay they gave me not working I had to call out a locksmith. All I wanted was that fee refunded. Originally told me they couldn't do it, and well maybe partial. Then not until we said we were going to contact the police the report was filed with did they agree to cover the locksmith cost. Yes the fee was refunded. Overall the employees were pleasant aside from not wearing face masks. The manager was very unpleasant and needs to improve his people skills. Overall not happy and won't recommend. Plenty of storage options and places to get a uhaul if need be. Oh and the shed was broken into 5 months before I opened it... and no contact from anyone.

The door on Unit 0157 took two people to operate. I did complain about this but no action was taken. That being said the staff was always friendly and helpful. There was one time I left the door open and the staff closed it and locked it for me. I appreciated that very much. My lovely bride of 40 years have used Uhaul for these 40 years. Always satisfied. The guy who checked me out asked me if there is a black box. There is no box. I found few dead mouse and some of my stuff were damaged by mouse. I wish the person who checked me in knew about the black box.

The staff has been uninterested in my business, and I was treated each time I was there as if I was bothering them. The place in understaffed, and always looks junky - not dirty, but junky. It seems to be a low-budget operation, and the staff act like a low-budget deal. I would never do business there again, if can avoid it.

My only issue was the mice. There has to be a better method with rodent control as many of my items were nasty n had to be cleaned. I had insurance and should have seen if something could be done but i didn't. The rest of the facility n staff we're great!

While the staff and equipment at the site were top notch the actual construction of the storage buildings caused issued for unloading the truck. First of all the spacing between the buildings was such that backint the truck up directly in front of the storage locker was simply not possible. This in itself would have not been an issue except that the lane between the two storage buildings was sloped to such an extent that having the truck simply parked parallel to the building meant it was impossible to have both corners of the lower end of the truck's loading ramp touching the ground at the same time. As a result the ramp was constantly rocking and twisting every time we rolled the dolly down the ramp. This made several of the loads of boxes lean sidewise to the point where they fell off the dolly and spilled off the ramp. This caused unloading at this site to be significantly more work and resulted in considerable more broken items than would have happened if we had been unloading onto an approximately flat driving lane. Thus I would recommend this site to a friend who is seeking to rent a truck or trailer but I would most definitely discourage anyone I know from using a storage locker at this site.

This location allowed someone to be living in one of the garages for almost 9 months, which resulted in a mice infestation, that destroyed thousands of dollars worth of my personal property.

The storage facility was rampant with mice. After 30 days, we found our boxes full of mice feces and holes. While unpacking we found live mice in our boxes. We should receive a refund.
